Former champion and number-three ranked bantamweight Petr Yan will take on former flyweight champion and number-five ranked bantamweight Deiveson Figueiredo in a five-round main event this Saturday.
After losing his title and three fights in a row, Yan recently snapped his losing streak with a unanimous decision win over Song Yadong that took place at UFC 299 back in March.
A former 125-pound champion, Deiveson Figueiredo moved up to the bantamweight division last December. Starting to suffer from weight cutting issues at flyweight, Figueiredo seems to be thriving at his new weight - having won all three of his bantamweight fights this far.
He is coming off of an impressive unanimous decision win over former title challenger Marlon Vera that took place back in August. A win over Petr Yan would likely cement the Brazilian as the next bantamweight title challenger.
Despite Yan standing two-inches taller it will be Figueiredo who will have a one-inch advantage in reach.

Boasting black belts in both Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and judo, number-ten ranked strawweight Tabatha Ricci will look to solidify herself as a title contender should she manage to defeat -210 favorite and former title challenger Yan Xiaonan in her home country.
Ricci has won back-to-back fights in 2024 and is coming off of a unanimous decision win over Angela Hill.
Xiaonan’s last fight took place in the co-main event of UFC 300 - where she took on strawweight champion Weili Zhang. She lost the fight by unanimous decision. She had won back-to-back fights over top-contenders prior to the title loss.
Xiaonan will stand three-inches taller and have a two-inch reach advantage over the younger Tabatha Ricci - who is currently listed as the +162 underdog at FanDuel.

China’s undefeated Wang Cong is a sanda gold medalist who also holds a kickboxing victory over current women’s flyweight champion Valentina Shevchenko.
This will be just her second fight in the UFC but she made a big splash in her debut back in August - knocking out Victoria Leonardo in the first round.
She takes on Brazil’s Gabriella Fernandes, who is 1-2 in the UFC and is coming off of a split-decision win over Carli Judice that took place in June.
Listed as -530 at FanDuel, the undefeated Wang Cong is the largest betting favorite on the main card by far.

He made his UFC debut back in February, defeating Brendson Ribeiro by first-round TKO at UFC 298.
Mingyang takes on Ozzy Diaz, who will be making his UFC debut this Saturday. He is coming off back-to-back wins in the LFA - both of which took place this calendar year.
Diaz will be the taller and longer fighter but is still considered to be a +240 underdog at FanDuel for this matchup.
