Originally slated to take on former title challenger Taila Santos, Erin Blanchfield saw a last-minute change of opponent when former strawweight champion Jessica Andrade replaced Santos on just a couple week’s notice.

Andrade last fought just one month ago, dominating former flyweight title challenger Lauren Murphy on her way to a unanimous decision victory at UFC 283 last month. She has now won three in a row across both the strawweight and flyweight divisions.

Blanchfield, who has quickly become a top contender since making her UFC debut in late-2021, has now won seven fights in a row - including all four of her UFC bouts.

She last fought fan-favorite Molly McCann at UFC 281 last November, submitting her with a kimura in the first round.

Blanchfield will stand two inches taller and enjoy a significant six-inch reach advantage.

Despite being listed as a +130 underdog, we feel Blanchfield will enter this fight better prepared than her opponent.

Undefeated at 4-0 heading into his time on the Ultimate Fighter season 30, Zac Pauga made it all the way to the finals of the tournament but came up short against Mohammed Usman via second-round knockout last August.

Like Pauga, Jordan Wright is also coming off of a loss heading into this fight. In fact, Wright has lost his last three straight - having most recently suffered a second-round TKO loss at the hands of Dusko Todorovic last October.

Both men stand at an equal height and there will be just a slight reach advantage for Jordan Wright this Saturday.

Listed as -275, Pauga is the biggest betting favorite on the main card.

Jamal Pogues will be making his UFC debut this Saturday night as he looks to follow up his impressive unanimous decision victory over Paulo Renato Jr. that took place last August on the Contender Series.

His opponent, Josh Parisian, is 2-2 in his last four fights. He most recently earned a second-round TKO win over Alan Baudot as well as a performance bonus last June.

Parisian will stand one-inch taller than Pogues and will have a two-inch reach advantage.

William Knight vs. Marcin Prachnio - Light Heavyweight Division

11-4

Record

15-6

Things haven’t been easy for Willian Knight as of late. Knight has had weight cutting issues and fought his last two fights at heavyweight - losing both of them.

After winning back-to-back fights over Khalil Rountree and Ike Villanueva, Marcin Prachnio saw his streak get snapped at the hands of Philipe Lins last April via unanimous decision.

Despite Prahnio’s five-inch height advantage, he will only have a one-inch reach advantage over Knight.

Essentially a pick ‘em fight, Knight is listed at -115 while Prachnio is listed at -105.

Jim Miller vs. Alexander Hernandez - Lightweight Division

Jim Miller

TALE OF THE TAPE

Alexander Hernandez

Height

5 ft. 9 in.

71 in.

Reach

72 in.

35-16, 1 no-contest

Record

13-6

One of the most decorated fighters in the promotion to not have held a title, Jim Miller holds UFC records for most wins and most fights within all divisions.

The 39-year-old is riding a three-fight winning streak and most recently submitted Donald Cerrone in the second round of their UFC 276 welterweight bout last July.

Standing opposite of Miller Saturday night will be Alexander Hernandez, who has lost his last two fights in a row to Renato Moicano and, most recently, to Billy Quarantillo at UFC 282 last December in a bout that was fought at featherweight.

Hernandez is nine years younger than Miller and will have a one-inch height and one-inch reach advantage in their fight this weekend. Hernandez is listed as a -225 favorite.
