UFC Fight Night Lemos vs Jandiroba Predictions

Amanda Lemos vs. Virna Jandiroba - Women’s Strawweight Division

Amanda Lemos TALE OF THE TAPE Virna Jandiroba
37 Age 36
5 ft 4 in Height 5 ft 3 in
65 in Reach 64 in
14-3-1 Record 20-3

Former UFC title challenger and number-three ranked strawweight Amanda Lemos takes on number-five ranked Virna Jandiroba in this Saturday’s main event.

After losing against champion Zhang Weili, Lemos bounced back in her most recent octagon appearance - defeating Mackenzie Dern by unanimous decision at UFC 298.

A black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Virna Jandiroba is riding a three-fight winning streak. She most recently defeated Loopy Godinez this past March.

Despite standing one inch taller, having a one-inch reach advantage, and having fought for the championship once before, the former title challenger Amanda Lemos is still considered the underdog in this match-up, being listed at +114 at FanDuel.

Bet on Virna Jandiroba (-146) at FanDuel

Brad Tavares vs. Park Jun-Yong - Middleweight Division

Brad Tavares TALE OF THE TAPE Park Jun-Yong
36 Age 33
5 ft 11 in Height 6 ft
74 in Reach 73 in
20-9 Record 17-6

It’s amazing to realize that middleweight veteran Brad Tavares is only 36 years old when you consider he appeared on the Ultimate Fighter tournament show back in 2010 and now has 23 UFC fights on his resume.

Unfortunately for him, he has gone just 1-3 in his last four fights and is coming off of a third-round TKO loss at the hands of Gregory Rodrigues.

In this weekend’s co-main event, Tavares will take on South Korea’s Park Jun-Yong, who recently had his four-fight winning streak snapped when he lost a close split decision against Andre Muniz last December.

Both men are more known as stand-up strikers known to trade and bang. Tavares will stand one inch shorter than his opponent but will have a one-inch advantage in reach.

However, it is the younger Park Jun-Yong who comes in listed as the -170 favorite to win.

Bet on Brad Tavares (+132) at FanDuel

Steve Garcia vs. Choi Seung-Woo - Featherweight Division

Steve Garcia TALE OF THE TAPE Choi Seung-Woo
32 Age 31
6 ft Height 5 ft 11 in
73 in Reach 74.5 in
15-5 Record 11-6

Favored at -146 at FanDuel, Steve Garcia will be looking for his fourth win in a row this weekend when he takes on Choi Seung-woo.

Returning to the featherweight division after a recent lightweight bout, Garcia has finished all of his last three fights within two rounds.

Choi Seung-Woo just recently snapped a three-fight losing skid with his unanimous decision win over Jarno Errens last August. This Saturday will mark his first fight of 2024.

Seung-Woo is the shorter fighter but he will try to utilize a 1.5-inch reach advantage.

Bet on Steve Garcia (-146) at FanDuel

Kurt Holobaugh vs. Kanyan Kruschewsky - Lightweight Division

Kurt Holobaugh TALE OF THE TAPE Kanyan Kruschewsky
37 Age 33
5 ft 11 in Height 6 ft
75.5 in Reach 73 in
20-7, 1 no-contest Record 15-2

After a six-fight winning streak that included a win on the Contender Series, Kanyan Kruschewsky unfortunately lost his UFC debut against Elves Brener - who knocked Kruschewsky out in the first round.

Kurt Holobaugh, a BJJ black belt, most recently lost to Trey Ogden back in March. The loss snapped a three-fight winning streak that were all won by finish.

Holobaugh will have a 2.5-inch reach advantage over the taller Kruschewsky, who is favored at -150 via FanDuel.

Bet on Kurt Holobaugh (+118) at FanDuel

Cody Durden vs. Bruno Gustavo da Silva - Flyweight Division

Cody Durden TALE OF THE TAPE Bruno Gustavo da Silva
33 Age 34
5 ft 7 in Height 5 ft 4 in
69.5 in Reach 65 in
16-5-1 Record 13-5-2, 1 no-contest

A BJJ black belt on a three-fight winning streak, Gustavo Silva looks for his fourth straight win despite being listed as a +100 underdog at FanDuel.

He takes on Cody Durden; a fighter who recently had a four-fight winning streak snapped via a submission loss against Tagir Ulanbekov.

Durden, a southpaw fighter, will stand three inches taller and have a 4.5-inch reach advantage over Silva.

Bet on Cody Durden (-128) at FanDuel

Choi Doo-Ho vs. Bill Algeo - Featherweight Division

Choi Doo-Ho TALE OF THE TAPE Bill Algeo
33 Age 35
5 ft 9 in Height 5 ft 11 in
70 in Reach 73 in
14-4-1 Record 18-8

Kicking off the main card will be South Korea’s Choi Doo-Ho, a fighter in desperate need of a win as he has gone just 0-3-1 in his last four fights.

Having lost three in a row, Doo-ho most recently fought to a majority draw against Kyle Nelson back in February. Doo-Ho likely would have won the fight if not for an illegal headbutt strike that he threw in the third round.

He takes on BJJ black belt Bill Algeo. Algeo is 2-2 in his last four fights. He most recently suffered a TKO loss (also against Kyle Nelson) back in March.

Algeo will be taller with a three-inch advantage in reach. He is a -172 favorite via FanDuel.

Bet on Bill Algeo (-172) at FanDuel
