In what would be his biggest win to date, Song Yadong looks to defeat the former bantamweight and flyweight champion as well as Olympic gold medalist Henry Cejudo.
Despite not being as big of a household name, Song Yadong has a plethora of advantages heading into his main event against Cejudo. Song is four-inches taller and will have a three-inch reach advantage. He also has nearly double the amount of professional MMA fights on his resume.
However, Song is coming off of a decision loss to Petr Yan that took place last March. He had won two-straight prior to that defeat.
Cejudo is also coming off of a loss - two, in fact. Cejudo ended his first UFC run on a six-fight winning streak and held two championships. He retired in 2020.
But he didn’t stay retired long. Cejudo returned to action in 2023 and has subsequently lost two in a row - both by decision.
Despite his credentials as a two-weight champion and gold medalist, the time away from competition seems to have affected Cejudo’s performances and he is thus listed as a +230 underdog at FanDuel against the younger Song.

75 in | Reach | 75 in |
24-6 | Record | 13-2, 1 no-contest |
Number-12 ranked middleweight Anthony Hernandez looks to punch his ticket into the division’s top-ten. In order to do so, he’ll have to defeat the number-nine ranked Brendan Allen in this Saturday’s co-main event.
Hernandez is currently riding a six-fight winning streak, with five of those wins coming via stoppage. He most recently earned a fifth-round TKO win over Michel Pereira in what earned him his second ‘performance of the night’ bonus in a row.
Brendan Allen, who will stand two-inches taller than his opponent, holds a black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Allen was riding a seven-fight winning streak into his most recent bout against Nassourdine Imavov. However, Imavov would earn the decision win over Allen.
Despite his past win streak, youth and height advantage, Allen will be the underdog in this matchup as oddsmakers list Anthony Hernandez as the -310 favorite at FanDuel.

Rob Font | TALE OF THE TAPE | Jean Matsumoto |
---|---|---|
37 | Age | 25 |
5 ft 8 in | Height | 5 ft 6 in |
71.5 in | Reach | 68.5 in |
21-8 | Record | 16-0 |
The first of two undefeated fighters on this main card, Jean Matsumoto will make his third octagon appearance this Saturday by taking on the number-nine ranked bantamweight Rob Font.
Matsumoto is replacing Dominick Cruz, who suffered an injury while training and subsequently retired from the sport - hence the catchweight agreement.
Matsumoto most recently defeated Brad Katona by decision last October.
Rob Font is just 2-4 in his last six fights but is coming off of a decision win over Kyler Phillips that took place last October as well.
Despite his advantages in both height and reach, as well as his experience in the cage, Rob Font will enter the octagon this weekend as a +138 underdog at FanDuel against Matsumoto.

A member of the ever-growing popular gym The Fighting Nerds, Jean Silva aims to win his fourth UFC fight and 11th fight overall this weekend when he takes on Melsik Baghdasaryan.
All three of Silva’s UFC wins have come via KO or TKO. He most recently defeated Drew Dober via doctor’s stoppage TKO last July in what was deemed the fight of the night.
Baghdasaryan is 3-1 in the UFC and is coming off of a unanimous decision win over Tucker Lutz that also took place last July. He will stand one-inch taller than Silva and have a one-inch reach advantage as well.
However, listed at -700 via FanDuel, Jean Silva is the largest betting favorite on the main card.

15-5-1 | Record | 6-0 |
Twelve years of age separate these two fighters as veteran fighter Alonzo Menifield is set to welcome the undefeated Julius Walker to the octagon in what will be his promotional debut.
Menifield, a UFC roster member since 2019, is just 2-2 in his last four fights and has dropped his last two in a row - both by knockout.
Julius Walker only has six professional MMA fights to his name but he has five of them in the first round and the other in the second round.
Walker will also have the physical advantages in this matchup as he will stand four-inches taller and have a five-inch reach advantage.
Despite those stats, the still inexperienced Walker comes in listed as the +186 underdog at FanDuel.

Making his third UFC appearance this Saturday, Ibo Aslan is thus far 2-0 for the promotion. He has earned back-to-back TKO wins - most recently defeating Raffael Cerquiera in the first round of their UFC 308 bout last October.
He takes on UFC veteran Ion Cutelaba, who is 2-1 in his last three. He most recently defeated Ivan Erslan by split-decision last September.
Aslan will stand two-inches taller and have a 2.5-inch reach advantage over Cutelaba. He is listed as the -184 favorite to win at FanDuel.
