Jared Cannonier vs. Gregory Rodrigues - Middleweight Division

Currently unranked in the middleweight division, Gregory Rodrigues could further shake up the division’s rankings should he be able to take out the number-seven ranked former title challenger Jared Cannonier.

Despite holding a black belt in BJJ, Rodrigues has become known for his knockout power. Five of his seven UFC wins have ended via KO or TKO. He has won his last three fights in a row as well.

Still ranked in the top-ten, Jared Cannonier has gone just 2-2 in his last four; having dropped back-to-back bouts to Nassourdine Imavov and, most recently, Caio Borralho.

This will be Cannonier’s fifth octagon appearance since fighting for the middleweight title in 2022.

Rodrigues, a -245 favorite at FanDuel, will be the younger and taller fighter but Cannonier will look to utilize a 2.5-inch advantage in reach.

Calvin Kattar vs. Youssef Zalal - Featherweight Division

With a win over number-ten ranked Calvin Kattar, Youssef Zalal looks to jump into the featherweight division’s top ten rankings. 

Oddsmakers seem to have faith that he will accomplish this goal as Zalal will enter the octagon as a -500 favorite at FanDuel, the largest betting favorite on Saturday’s main card.

A BJJ black belt, Zalal has won his last six fights in a row, including three straight for the UFC. He is coming off of a second-round submission win over Jack Shore that took place last November.

Kattar, on the other hand, has lost his last three straight, albeit all of those fights were against top-ten opponents. He most recently suffered a decision loss to former bantamweight champion Aljamain Sterling at UFC 300 last April.

Kattar will stand one-inch taller but neither man will have an advantage in reach.

Edmen Shahbazyan vs. Dylan Budka - Middleweight Division

A highly-touted prospect when he debuted for the UFC back in 2018, Edmen Shahbazyan has had mixed success at best - holding a promotional record of just 6-5.

He is coming off of a second-round submission loss at the hands of Gerald Meerschaert that took place last August. 

However, for this bout against Dylan Budka, Shahbazyan will enter the octagon as a -430 favorite to win at FanDuel.

Budka is 0-2 in the UFC and most recently dropped a decision to Andre Petroski last September. He will stand two-inches shorter but will have a one-inch advantage in reach.

Ismael Bonfim vs. Nazim Sadykhov - Lightweight Division

Debuting for the UFC back in 2023, ISmael Bonfim has put together a promotional record of 2-1 and is coming off of a unanimous decision win over Vinc Pichel that took place at UFC 304 this past May.

He takes on Nazim Sadykhov - a fighter who will also be making his fourth UFC appearance. Sadykhov won his first two UFC bouts by stoppage before fighting to a majority draw with Vlacheslav Borshchev in his most recent outing last November.

Despite standing two-inches taller, Sadykhov will have a shorter reach by two-inches. 

Bonfim comes in as the -230 favorite at FanDuel.

Rodolfo Vieira vs. Andre Petroski - Middleweight Division

Andre Petroski’s UFC tenure started with a five-fight winning streak. After a setback of two straight losses, Petroski has started to build a new streak - having won his last two fights in a row, both by unanimous decision.

He takes on Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt and World grappling gold medalist Rodolfo Vieira, who has won his last two fights in a row as well.

Nine of Vieira’s ten professional wins have come via submission - including five submission wins in the UFC.

Connor Matthews vs. Jose Delgado - Featherweight Division

The first fight of the main card will feature Jose Delgado, a 26-year-old fighter who will be making his UFC debut. 

He is riding the high of his second-round KO win on the Contender Series that took place last August.

Delgado will take on Jake Matthews, who also has a win on the Contender Series. Matthews has only appeared in one UFC contest in his career thus far. He debuted for the promotion last March and was defeated via third-round TKO.

Matthews is listed as the +300 underdog at FanDuel for this matchup.
