Despite the number of steps required to claim their full welcome package, it won’t take long. I was guided through the process of verifying my phone number after registering, which saved me time later on. I was then prompted to click “Yes” as I consented to emails and SMS texts. 

Next, I noticed a pop-up prompting me to claim my first daily login bonus of 20,000 GC and 1 free SC. I clicked “Collect” to send the coins to my balance. I connected my Google and Facebook with Sportzino by signing into both accounts when prompted.

First Purchase Offer 

Sportzino lists three first purchase offers catering to various budgets, but you can only pick one of them. They’ll give you 160,000 GC and 7 free SC for just $2.99, representing a 57% discount from the usual price of $6.99. You can also buy 250,000 GC and claim 10 free SC for just $4.99.

This package is normally priced at $9.99, which translates to a 50% discount. If you have a bit more to spend, they’re selling 1,750,000 GC and giving out 45 free SC for $29.99. This is their least attractive discount (34%) from a mathematical standpoint, but it’s still a good bargain.

Sportzino Bonus Code 

There’s no Sportzino bonus code required to participate in their tournaments, claim bonuses or benefit from giveaways. 

Free Daily Reward 

Sportzino will give you 20,000 GC and 1 free SC on your first day as a new player, and rewards grow larger over time. Their login bonus operates on a 7-day cycle, which lined up perfectly with my week-long testing period. For convenience and readability, I’ve listed each day’s bonus here.

Sportzino Refer-A-Friend Bonus

Sportzino’s refer-a-friend bonus gives you up to 2,000,000 GC and 30 free SC for each person you invite. In order to qualify, your friend must be KYC-verified and make a GC purchase on the website. Your referral bonus amount depends on the number of GC your friends decide to buy. 

I’ve created a table outlining the specifics.

There’s no limit on the number of friends you can invite. To get started, copy your referral link in the sidebar and send it to as many people as you want. I put this promo to the test with the help of my trusted co-worker, who didn’t mind getting KYC-verified and spending $0.99 on my behalf. 

She bought 110,000 GC for $0.99, which kicked back my referral bonus of 43,564 GC and 2 SC. I received my extra coins three hours after she made the purchase, but it can take up to 24 hours to see your referral bonus. 

Sportzino Social Media Giveaways & Special Contests 

Sportzino encourages players to follow them on Facebook, Reddit, Telegram, Twitter (X), and Reddit to claim free coins during pop-up giveaways. They announce new game releases, post updates, and interact with followers by getting the crowd amped up for tournaments. 

They’ll occasionally post giveaways on socials, but there doesn’t seem to be any set pattern. In mid-October 2024, they gave fifteen lucky players a prize of 1.5 million GC and 40 free SC. The winners had to correctly choose one of three turkeys to serve their Thanksgiving guests.

Sportzino’s five-tiered VIP program is known as “The League of Champions.” You’ll receive loyalty points with each GC or SC spin, and action on their sportsbook counts as well. If you climb to the top of the food chain, exclusive promotions and premium VIP perks await you.

It seems like a fun program, but I do think that Sportzino needs to be much clearer about the number of points you earn per game, and the number required to graduate from tier to tier. At the moment, it’s all a little vague for my liking. I didn’t make it past House League during my week of testing.

Every week, Sportzino runs free events on their website. At the time of my review, players had to choose between Team Aliens and Team Cowboys for an intense tug-of-war match. In order to participate, you must place at least 20 spins using SC on any of the eligible games listed below:

Sportzino User Experience 

The user experience at Sportzino is beginner-friendly thanks to fast loading times, an easy-to-understand site layout, and attractive animations and design. 

Sportzino Desktop Experience

Opening Sportzino for the first time, I felt as though I’d been teleported to a haunted house. Since I wrote my review in October, the whole site had been given a Halloween makeover. 

The undead zombies, in-your-face chainsaws and eerie background artwork demonstrate meticulous attention to detail. Normally, their website features a plain, blue background to enhance visibility. 

It’s easy to find your way around the platform. Use the top menu buttons to switch between their casino selection, sports markets, and fun picks. Toggle between GC and SC by clicking on your balance. Open “Free Coins” to receive daily bonuses and see GC packs available for purchase. Clicking the Sportzino logo brings you back to the Lobby section from anywhere on the site. 

I’m a fan of their promotional banners, which allowed me to keep track of their numerous events and promo opportunities throughout the week. They have so many bonuses that it’s easy to get lost, so it’s nice to see the reminders. 

Taking advantage of Sportzino’s referral bonus is simple with the inclusion of their “Add Friend” button near the top-right corner of the screen. Next to this tab, you’ll notice the menu sidebar. This is where I could perform various admin tasks like editing my account info, redeeming prizes, and contacting support. 

Beneath their promotional banners, they list a row of slot categories. Opening the search allows you to look for specific titles or see all the casino games hosted by each provider they work with. 

I have to give Sportzino credit where it's due, because even more established social casinos like Chumba and McLuck don’t offer a way to search by software company. You can also use the top menu to access their most popular titles, newest releases, jackpots, Megaways, and specialties. 

Their Lobby organizes games according to their specific mechanics and features by default, with categories including Jackpots, Megaways, Crash and Hold and Win. 

Should you happen to fall in love with a specific game or three, hover your cursor over the icon and click the miniature heart at the top-right corner. This brings the slot to your Favorites folder for immediate access. If you want to view your Favorites, click the first tab within the top menu. 

Overall, I found navigating very easy and Sportzino has clearly put the work in to make it easy for players to find what they want. I only wish they’d provide more information about each game’s minimum and maximum play limits for GC and SC gamers in the lobby. I found this feature useful when testing McLuck, Chumba, and Hello Millions.  

Sportzino Mobile Experience 

Sportzino doesn’t have a downloadable app for iOS or Android devices at the moment, but you can access their mobile-friendly website to explore hundreds of slots and sports markets from anywhere. I logged into my account and tested their UI with Google Chrome on my iPhone 16. 

I was immediately redirected to their lobby page, where I noticed a familiar selection of categories and menu options that I was used to from the desktop site. They’ve made it easy to navigate with one hand using the bottom menu.

I did find the incessant pop-ups annoying after a while if you’re not interested in their frequent GC discounts. I would definitely prefer Sportzino to just let me explore the platform at my own pace, instead of having to constantly close pop-ups. 

Your GC and SC balance are visible at the top of the screen, and pulling up your account info is as easy as opening the sidebar. You’ll also find their latest promotions, your unique referral link, your recent gameplay history, and a button that bookmarks their website on your home screen. 

I didn’t experience any freeze-ups or delays playing on mobile. The pop-ups aside, it’s a great mobile site.

I would recommend this platform to hardcore slot enthusiasts, but players looking for classic table games are better steered elsewhere. They only list slots, jackpots, and a few specialties.

Sportzino has a smattering of original slots and instant-win games that you won’t find anywhere else, the most fun of which is Emily’s Treasure (in my opinion). Frequent slot tournaments stoke the fire for players with a competitive streak, and their bingo area is always popping with events every few minutes. 

Slot Games

Sportzino sets the tone with slots, slots and (you guessed it) more slots for active players to spin through. Unfortunately, their massive library comes at the expense of virtual tables and live table games. Aside from slots, you’ll be able to enjoy bingo and a handful of crash/instant-win games. 

High rollers will be happy to know that Pragmatic Play provides eleven of their 57 progressive jackpot slots. Top prizes reached 316 million GC and 5,469.72 SC for the luckiest Sportzino players during my review. Gates of Olympus, Crown of Fire, and Tropical Pop are my three favorites by Pragmatic. 

It’s possible to filter by software provider using the row of icons located underneath their search. Unfortunately, there’s no way to sort through titles by theme. I was able to see their hottest reels and pull up their latest releases using the top menu, which also enables you to sort by category. 

Pragmatic Play offers 75-ball and 90-ball bingo tournaments through the site, and they feature a library of 22 mini-slots to keep you busy in between rounds, which I found a nice touch. 

There are also a few fishing games: Panda 10,000 Gold, Lucky Clover, and the distinctly pop-culture themed 7 Piggies. It’s a nice change of pace from the slot-heavy menu. 

Table Games

Sportzino doesn’t have any table games in their collection, which is a definite shortcoming and will be a big drawback for many players. As an alternative, Chumba Casino fills the gap with a wide assortment of popular classics on top of 200+ slot machines. They also feature Slingo and scratch-offs to explore in between rounds. 

Live Dealer 

Sportzino doesn’t have any live dealer games, making them an inferior choice for anyone looking for an experience as close as possible to the real thing. McLuck and Playfame.com have you covered with real-time blackjack, baccarat, roulette, poker, and game show action. BetRivers.net has a live dealer too, but they don’t offer sweeps contests.

Sportzino Payments 

There’s no requirement to spend your hard-earned money at Sportzino, and their free bonuses make sure of that. I received 170,000 GC + 7 free SC to kickstart my week-long testing period. They’re also giving away 20,000 GC + 1 free SC per day with opportunities for increased coins.  

If you’d like to purchase GC with real money, here’s what you’re working with at Sportzino: 

Their beginner-friendly $0.99 purchase minimum keeps things low-stakes, which I’m a big fan of. While the least expensive GC package only gives you 110,000 GC, higher-priced GC packages also include free SC as a bonus. Importantly, players are never able to purchase SC outright. 

Depending on your budget, Sportzino offers three first purchase discounts to enhance your play. The three GC packages listed below are usually priced at $6.99, $9.99 and $44.99, respectively.

I found it easy to make GC purchases with my bank card, but they don’t accept any e-wallets or cryptocurrencies. I chose to buy their least expensive item for $0.99. They take VISA/MasterCard payments for GC purchases. Click “Free Coins” and select the price icon next to your preferred package to begin. 

Select “Credit/Debit Cards” on the next screen. Enter your card number, expiry date, and CVV. Click “Pay” and refresh the page – you should see your coins right away. During testing, I was able to use my 110,000 GC on all their games and sports predictions with no additional delays. 

Redemptions are delivered exclusively through bank transfer, and there’s a 50 SC minimum. It would behoove them to also offer gift card prizes with a lower minimum in the mold of McLuck and Chumba, both of which allow players to redeem just 10 SC at a time. 

One Sweeps Coin has $1.00 USD in prize redemption value. I received my $50 prize 24 hours after submitting a request, but some transfers take 1 to 5 days.

Sportzino Customer Support 

Sportzino’s customer support options exhibit room for improvement, as they don’t have a 24/7 chat system or phone hotline available. Support is limited to email, FAQ, and their built-in form for ticket submissions. I wish there was a way for users to speak with their agents in real-time. 

You can access their combined FAQ page and contact form via the sidebar by tapping “FAQ & Support.” Their Knowledge Base covers pertinent topics such as verifying your phone number, redeeming prizes, completing purchases, troubleshooting, KYC questions, and account issues. 

I used their Contact Form and got a response six hours later, which is quick for an email reply. Still, it’s not able to satisfy their need for immediate assistance. I then sent a message over to [email protected] about their latest bonuses. I noticed a return email seven hours later. 

All their agents got straight to the point with each reply, and I never felt like I was bothering the support team. I was treated like a valued player as they cheerfully answered all my questions.

1. Create a new account: Click “Sign Up” at the bottom of Sportzino’s website. You can opt to sign up with an existing Facebook or Google account, but I chose to register using my email address. Type in your first name, last name and email before creating a password. 

2. Verify your email: Tick the boxes to agree with Sportzino’s T&C’s and confirm that you’re at least 18 years of age. Tap “Create Free Account” and go to your primary inbox. Open Sportzino’s verification message and click the link inside to earn 20,000 GC + 1 free SC. 

3. Verify your phone: Enter your cell phone number and click “Request Verification Code.” Enter the six-digit code you receive and click “Verify.” This step gives you an additional bonus of 30,000 GC + 1 free SC. Once finished, log into your account on the next page.

4. Verify additional details: Click “Yes” when prompted to receive promotional emails. You’ll receive 30,000 GC and 1 free SC in exchange, but you can also opt out. 

That’s enough to get your account up and running, but you can complete some additional steps to get more free coins. Opting into promotional SMS messages earns you another 30,000 GC and 1 SC. While their KYC procedure takes a little more effort, it’s similarly easy to understand. You’ll need to get verified prior to redeeming SC. 

I’m going into detail about the steps I took to get verified at Sportzino in the following sections. 

Obtaining Coins at Sportzino

Gold Coins are designed for those who enjoy spinning through slots without putting anything at risk. Much like Monopoly money, GC has no real-world or prize redemption value, and it’s pretty easy to keep playing for a long time using only your free GC.

Sweeps Coins: 

• When you play games with SC, you are using them as tokens to participate in sweepstakes contests

If you’re interested in participating in sweepstakes contests for cash prizes, you’ll need to play games with Sweeps Coins. Even though winning SC are redeemable for real money prizes, there’s no actual money being spent on wagers. 

They don’t require a real money gambling license, permitting them to offer services in my home state of New York (which notably outlaws traditional online casino gaming), and 45 other states in the US. 

How to Redeem Prizes at Sportzino 

It couldn’t be much simpler to redeem prizes at Sportzino. Their KYC and redemption processes are easy to get the hang of, but I wish they’d add an option for players to request gift card prizes like Chumba and McLuck. Sportzino only sends out prizes via bank transfer starting from 50 SC. 

Before receiving your first qualifying prize, you’ll have to finish their verification process. I got to the end of the rainbow in less than five minutes, so there’s no learning curve to worry about. However, you do need to gather some documentation. You’re going to need a valid form of ID, a recent utility bill showing your address and a bank statement. 

To begin, click “Redeem” from the sidebar and tap “Proceed.” Their verification data is collected by Jumio, promising encrypted verification featuring enhanced security. Tick the “I Consent” box and click “Start.” Alternatively, click “Use Mobile Phone” to complete their full process on mobile. 

Select the form of identity you’d like to use on the next screen. They take state-issued ID cards, driver’s licenses, and national passport documents. I used my driver’s license for the sake of convenience. I was asked to submit a copy of the front and back of my license before clicking Continue. 

Next, I had to take a moving selfie on my smartphone. If your computer has a webcam, you can take a selfie on your desktop. I just had to position my head within the frame. This is done as an additional measure of ID verification, comparing your ID photo to your biometric (facial) details. 

You’ll then be asked to submit your current address, city, state of residence, zip code, birthday, and proof of address in the form of a recent utility bill. Make sure that your bill is dated within a 3-month period and double-check that your address is visible on the document before sending. 

Enter your account type, routing number, bank name, and account number on the next screen. I had to re-enter my account number for confirmation and fill out my name alongside the last four digits of my SSN. You’ll be asked to send over a bank statement dated within the past 3 months. 

Then, enter your address once more and click “Next.” Go over your personal details on the final screen and tick the five remaining checkboxes to confirm your eligibility as a Sportzino player. If you’re finished, tap “Submit” and wait to receive a confirmation email after you’ve been verified. 

Written down, it sounds like a lot of effort but Sportzino guides you through the process smoothly. Finding a recent utility bill was the step that took me the most time. 

It took their agents 12 hours to manually verify my information, at which point I was informed that my KYC had been completed successfully. 

You’ll need at least 50 SC to request a prize, which is sent only via bank transfer. You’ll have already entered your bank details during the KYC process, so the redemption request is very simple.

What’s the Difference Between Sportzino and a Real Money Casino?
