Jackpota is a relatively new social casino, founded in 2023, but quickly becoming a major threat for more popular sites like Chumba and Fortune Coins. For this Jackpota Casino review, I signed up and spent time exploring the site to bring you all the details on games, coins, bonuses and much more.
Let’s see what the fuss is about.

Jackpota does a great job with bonuses and promotions, keeping the excitement high and providing lots of ways to keep your Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins balances topped up.
Jackpota, like most of its competitors, offers a sweepstakes casino no deposit bonus worth 7,500 Gold Coins and 2.5 Sweeps Coins, which I received immediately after creating my new account. I was prompted to accept the bonus via pop-up on their homepage, and I clicked “Claim” to opt in. I then saw the 7,500 GC and 2.5 SC in my account balance. There was no real effort required, and I didn’t have to jump through hoops - just as I like it.
Claim Your Jackpota Welcome Offer
I didn’t have to enter any sort of bonus code to claim Jackpota’s 7,500 GC + 2.5 SC welcome package. It was credited to my account immediately, with no further action required on my end. By default, all bonuses are given as soon as you sign-up. This rule also applies to their 1,500 GC + 0.2 SC daily login bonus.
Like many other sweepstakes operators, Jackpota offers deposit bonuses. However, they don’t just have one or two—they have three purchase bonuses. These bonuses are:
1st Deposit: 57,500 Gold Coins + 27.5 Free Sweepstakes Coins for $9.99
2nd Deposit: 80,000 Gold Coins + 40 Free Sweeps Coins for $19.99
3rd Deposit: 100,000 Gold Coins + 50 Free Sweeps Coins for $39.99
With such generous first purchase bonuses, Jackpota ensures that new players get a strong start.
Active players at Jackpota will get 1,500 GC and 0.2 SC just for logging in every day. There’s not much more to say here, especially because all I had to do was click “Claim” to get my prize. It doesn’t get much easier than that!
I appreciate sites that make it as easy as possible to keep playing with no purchase required, and that’s exactly what Jackpota does with both the welcome bonus and daily login bonus.
The one improvement I could suggest is boosting their daily login bonus to 2,000 or even 3,000 GC. As you’ll soon discover, 1,500 GC goes fast when the minimum betting limit for almost all of Jackpota’s games is 70 GC
Jackpota hosts weekly tournaments and leaderboards, which include Gold Coin giveaways for the top places.
If you’re feeling lucky, Jackpota’s latest tournament puts 600,000 GC up for grabs for the winner every Thursday. To take part, you just need to play any of the eligible games. Every win earns you points, which determine your position in the final standings.
The second place winner can get their hands on 300,000 GC, and whoever comes in third will be rewarded with a respectable 200,000 GC. Players who place within the top 50 will get at least 10,000 GC.
Here’s a list of the eligible games I found on their tournament page:
3 Magic Lamps: Hold & Win
Coin Strike: Hold & Win 3 x 3
3 Pots Riches Extra: Hold & Win
Energy Coins: Hold & Win
Power Crown: Hold & Win
2 Sunny Fruits: Hold & Win
Clover Charm: Hit the Bonus 3 x 3
Arizona Heist: Hold & Win
Although I didn’t stick around long enough to place in the tournament, I wanted to try a handful of the slots listed above. So, I chose “3 Magic Lamps: Hold & Win” and discovered that winning 100 GC would give me 10,000 points on the leaderboard.
Unfortunately, I’ll never know what kind of winning score would have gotten me into the prizes!
If you’re not able to get a piece of the action on Thursday, there’s another Jackpota tournament held every Friday: the Winner’s Weekly Leaderboard, which offers 600,000 GC as a top prize. Fifty winners are chosen every week, and the reward structure is the same as their Hold And Win-A-Thon Tournament. However, the eligible games are different.
Check out the list of qualifying slots for this one:
3 Hot Chillies: Hold & Win
3 Clover Pots: Hold & Win
Coin Up: Hot Fire 3 x 3
Gold Nuggets
Sky Pearls: Hold & Win
3 Egypt Chests: Hold & Win
Lion Coins
Aztec Fire 2: Hold & Win Multi
Even though I didn’t place within the top fifty players during the week I spent testing Jackpota, I had a blast playing 3 Hot Chillies: Hold & Win. A single, successful spin guarantees entry into the tournament, but your leaderboard points are calculated a bit differently than the other tournament.
For example, if you win 1,000 GC while betting 100 GC, you’ve won ten times your wager. According to Jackpota’s promotion terms, this earns you 10 points on the leaderboard.
I thoroughly enjoyed the time I spent with Jackpota. Their user interface incorporates the ideal amount of simplicity for beginners, but they don’t neglect to add more advanced features that appeal to more seasoned players. There’s no real learning curve to navigate; all I had to do was create an account and start spinning.
I started off playing Jackpota on my laptop.
I immediately took note of the black-and-orange color scheme, of which I’m a personal fan. The sidebar on the left is permanent and gives you one-click access to all the main sections of the site. You can use the top menu banner or the built-in search bar to sort through their games by category.
I enjoyed a similar gaming experience on my iPhone 13, where I accessed the site using the browser on my phone. The games are split up into the same categories, with three games appearing per row on the smaller screen. Unfortunately, there is no Jackpota mobile app available for now, only the mobile site.
The experience wasn’t totally without some odd design decisions. I noticed two separate menu icons labeled “Get Coins.” This feels a tad repetitive, but at least it’s hard to miss. There’s no purchase required to play games at Jackpota, but the option is there if you want it. Unfortunately, I didn’t spot any first-time discounts for new players, only a first-purchase bonus.
Scrolling down to the bottom of my screen, I noticed several icons linking to Jackpota’s socials. While it’s not exactly specified, there’s a way to get free coins by following them on Instagram. As far as I can tell, they publicize giveaways there every now and again, but I didn’t come across any during my review period.
I also found Jackpota’s phone line, contact form and Terms of Service in one convenient place.
They’ve also included links to their Twitter, Facebook, and TikTok pages alongside Responsible Play guidelines, their Privacy Policy, and a short “About Jackpota.com” section. However, I was only able to set deposit limits by submitting a ticket under “Responsible Social Gameplay Tools.”
Aside from the fact that they haven’t yet developed a downloadable app for iOS and Android, I don’t have any complaints. Jackpota strikes the perfect balance of usability and functionality.

Jackpota relies primarily on their huge library of slots, which isn’t the best strategy I’ve ever seen a social casino adopt.
However, they host plenty of social casino slots that I haven’t seen offered by Chumba or High 5 Casino, including by top casino games software providers like NetEnt and PragmaticPlay. Even though I had tons of fun playing here, I did have to remove some points because they don’t feature many classic tables or live games.
Jackpota specializes in the slots department, and they’ve teamed up with some of the industry’s most advanced software providers to deliver an unforgettable experience rife with excellent graphics and realistic animations. They work closely with 18 game providers to host 698 slots in addition to 39 jackpot games. Below, I’ve listed all the software companies I could find on their website:
1x2 Network
3oaks
Beter Live
Bgaming
Booming Games
Evoplay
Fantasma
Habanero
Netent
Playson
Playtech
Pragmatic Play
Relax Gaming
Rubyplay
Slotmill
Slotopia
Spadegaming
Spinomenal
They’re constantly adding new games to their collection, which I was able to find under the “New Games” tab at the top of Jackpota’s casino homepage. Some of the more popular games I had the pleasure of testing were Green Hat Magic, Sweet Bonanza, and Buffalo King Megaways. I appreciated their excellent spin mechanics and, generally, how smooth the gameplay was.
I don’t like picking favorites, but if I had to choose, I’d suggest playing Dragon Wealth by 3 Oaks Gaming first and foremost. This “Hold & Win” slot also comes with a maximum 5,000x multiplier. I enjoyed fast loading speeds and I didn’t encounter any lag while switching from game to game.
Switching my experience to my relatively new iPhone 13, I saw that Jackpota’s slots were sized appropriately for desktop and mobile devices. However, I would like to see them develop a true mobile app for even easier on-the-go gaming. As of right now, their mobile site is the sole portal.
As for the issue of sifting through 700+ slots in short order, I found their top menu banner to be sufficient. I was able to sort games by popularity, recency, category, bonuses, and progressive jackpot potential. The search bar enabled me to look for slots by name and software provider.
In summary? Jackpota’s library accommodates casuals and seasoned slot players alike, with one of the best selections I've seen at a social casino.
Social casinos often don’t host a ton of table games, and Jackpota is no exception to that rule. However, they made an effort to include the basics. I was able to enjoy a few rounds of Texas Hold ‘Em and Multihand Blackjack from Evoplay and Pragmatic Play, respectively.
I was impressed with the simplistic layout of their sole blackjack table, and I was able to select up to three hands per game. I also enjoyed playing Texas Hold ‘Em, but I’d appreciate it if they added a few more video poker variants to their selection.
There are also a number of specialties and arcade-style games which offer a change of pace. Space XY is one of my all-time favorite crash games, and GiftX puts a holiday twist on this beloved classic.
All that said, there is definitely room for improvement here. I wasn’t able to find any virtual roulette wheels or baccarat games in their library, and they could also consider games like bingo, craps or even candy crush style games.
It’s relatively common for social casinos not to host any live dealer games, so I was pleasantly surprised to see a live table each for roulette, baccarat and Gravity Blackjack from Beter Live. There’s also a “live” Auto-Roulette table, although I was a little confused as to why Jackpota chose to include their Auto-Roulette option in the “Live Dealer” section, especially because both the animations and results are computer-generated.
This isn’t the largest selection I’ve ever seen, but again, they have the basics down and it’s better than nothing.
There is no purchase required to play social casino games at Jackpota – their 7,500 GC and 2.5 SC initial bonus and 1,500 GC + 0.2 SC daily login bonus make sure of that. Because you’re not placing bets using real money, there’s never any sort of obligation to spend your hard-earned cash on Gold Coins.
That said, you can purchase coins to add to your balance if you’re looking to play more. Below, I’ve listed all the payment methods available at Jackpota.
Jackpota Payment Details | |
---|---|
Payment methods | VISA, Mastercard, Skrill, Google Pay, Apple Pay, ACH, Instant banking, and Prizeout |
Minimum purchase | $1.99 |
Maximum purchase | $299.99 |
Minimum prize redemption | 75 SC |
Prize redemption time | 2-3 days on average |
Now, I wanted to see how easy it was to purchase Gold Coins in the first place. So, I clicked “Get Coins” on Jackpota’s homepage and got to work. I immediately noticed that they have a lot of payment options, including: VISA, Mastercard, Skrill, Google Pay, Apple Pay, ACH, Instant banking, and Prizeout. I would love to see Skrill and PayPal added as well, but that is more nitpicking than anything. There are more then enough payment options at Jackpota.
Unfortunately, there were no first-time discounts available for new sign-ups. This puts Jackpota behind sites like Chumba Casino, which notably offers a 50% price reduction on your first GC purchase. Good thing they do have deposit bonuses on your 1st, 2nd, and 3rd deposits:
1st Deposit: 50,000 Gold Coins + 25 Free Sweeps Coins (150% Extra)
2nd Deposit: 80,000 Gold Coins + 40 Free Sweeps Coins (100% Extra)
3rd Deposit: 100,000 Gold Coins + 50 Free Sweeps Coins (25% Extra)
I explain more about my experience with purchasing GC in the Obtaining Coins section below.
In the table below, I compared Jackpota’s available deposit and withdrawal methods against the payment options commonly accepted by four popular social casinos: Fortune Coins, Luckyland Slots, Chumba Casino, and Stake.us.
Jackpota | Fortune Coins | Luckyland Slots | Chumba Casino | Stake.us | |

Having access to competent, responsive customer support is much like wearing your seatbelt in a moving vehicle. Although you’d hope never to get in a car accident, you’d much rather be safe than sorry. In that vein, I wanted to see what service options were available at Jackpota Casino.
I noticed a “Contact Us” button at the bottom of my screen. I clicked on it and I was immediately redirected to a screen where I was able to submit a support ticket. I was able to select an issue from the drop-down list, so I chose “Purchase Queries” and wrote out an introductory message.
I was then asked to enter my email, which is how Jackpota would be getting back in touch with me. Finally, I clicked “Submit” and waited for a response. 12 hours later, I got a return message from someone on their team.
I then accessed the Live Chat feature, but it’s worth noting that it’s paywalled behind your first GC purchase. Nonetheless, I said “hello” and got a reply from a real person 30 seconds later. I guess restricting chat access to paying customers streamlines response speeds, but I’d rather wait a few minutes for a chat service that’s accessible to everyone.
Next up, I called their phone number (+1 424 699 4745) and waited on hold for 5 minutes before hearing a voice on the line. While everyone I spoke to was courteous and professional as ever, I was disappointed to learn that Jackpota’s phone line is exclusively for payment-related queries.
Finally, I noticed several icons linking to their Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok pages, where you can also interact with their team.
Overall, I'm impressed with the support options at Jackpota, especially the fact that there is phone support available. The one big change I would make is to have live chat accessible to everyone, not just players who have purchased Gold Coins.
Jackpota is legal in 39 US states, but they don’t accept players from the following locations:
Alabama
Georgia
Idaho
Kentucky
Michigan
Nevada
Washington
New Jersey
Pennsylvania
Louisiana
Montana
Additionally, they don’t operate in surrounding U.S. territories or anywhere throughout Canada, putting them behind Chumba Casino and Fortune Coins in terms of availability. Nonetheless, if you don’t see your state listed above, it’s safe to say that you can legally sign up with Jackpota.
Signing up with Jackpota took me all of 30 seconds. I’ve completed the registration process with more than a dozen popular social casinos, and Jackpota’s intuitive user interface and sign-up requirements are built for beginners. Here’s how I signed up:
Create A New Account: Follow our secure link to Jackpota. Click the orange “Join Now” button on Jackpota’s homepage, which is located at the top-right-hand corner of your screen.
Enter Personal Details: Enter your email address and create a new password. Then, type in your first and last name before selecting your state of residence and entering your date of birth. Alternatively, click “Google” and choose a pre-existing Google account to enter your personal details automatically.
Accept Jackpota’s Terms: Tick the age certification checkbox to confirm that you’re 18+ years old and certify that you live in a supported location. This checkbox also indicates that you have accepted Jackpota’s Terms of Service.
Confirm Your Account: An email will be sent to the address you provided. Click the link you can find to complete the verification process, and your account will be up and running, with 7,500 GC ready to go.
(Optional) Add Your Debit/Credit Card: If you wish to purchase Gold Coins (GC) on Jackpota, you’ll have to add your card number, security code, and registered address to pay for them. It’s worth noting that it’s completely optional to purchase GC since you’ll get 1,500 of them per day.
Even if you’re not the most technologically literate person on the planet, Jackpota’s registration process won’t give you any problems. Personally, it’s one of the easiest signups I’ve ever done.
I found the process of obtaining Gold Coins at Jackpota to be very simple. I received 7,500 GC + 2.5 SC within seconds of creating a new account. I also took advantage of 1,500 GC and 0.2 SC every day - all I had to do was log in. Still, there is a way to buy GC with your own money and get free SC in the process.
Even though Jackpota doesn’t use real money for wagering, you can purchase Gold Coins in several different-sized packages. To start, I clicked on the “Get Coins” icon near the top-right corner of my screen. Then, I selected the smallest option to buy 4,000 Gold Coins for $1.99.
After confirming that I wanted to make the purchase, I clicked on “Pay Now” and was asked to enter my VISA/MasterCard details. I was also prompted to enter the name and address of the cardholder (me). Finally, I clicked “Add Card & Pay Now” to get my GC and save my card info.
At the other end of the spectrum, I saw an option to buy a whopping 600,000 GC for $299.99. However, no matter which Gold Coins package you decide to buy, you’ll unlock access to the live chat feature (which I would prefer to be available to everyone) alongside exclusive slot games.
Still, I’d like to reiterate that it’s always free to play slots at Jackpota with no purchase required.
Unlike some other social casinos that only offer GC for fun, Jackpota offers an engaging social casino experience with the added benefit of redeeming SC for cash prizes
Here’s what you need to know about redeeming prizes at Jackpota:
Sweeps Coins Expiration: Sweeps Coins expire in 60 days, so be sure to use them within this period.
Minimum Cashout Amount: You need at least 75 SC to request a cashout. This threshold ensures you have enough winnings to make a meaningful redemption.
If you’re looking for a social casino that offers both engaging gameplay and the opportunity to win real prizes, Jackpota is a fantastic choice. With the ability to redeem Sweeps Coins for cash, you get the best of both worlds.
The difference between Jackpota and a real money casino is that there’s no purchase required to play social casino games with Jackpota. You can play 698+ slots with the 7,500 GC + 2.5 SC you receive after creating a new account, and you’ll get 1,500 GC + 0.2 SC as a daily bonus at zero cost.
Unlike a regular online casino, you can’t wager or win real money at Jackpota. Jackpota is a social casino. Social casinos don’t use real money for wagering purposes, allowing them to operate freely in states where real money online casinos aren’t permissible.
That said, you can purchase Gold Coins at Jackpota, so there is real money involved - even if you won’t be on the receiving end of it!
We rate social casinos based on five factors to determine whether they’re worth signing up for. To explore these factors, we undergo a minimum of ten hours of testing over the course of one week, with all of our information and opinions based on first hand experience with the site. We believe that actually signing up and playing is the only way to evaluate any social casino.
Check out the factors we consider below:
User Experience: We test each casino’s user interface for ourselves to see how it feels on both desktop and mobile devices. We also search the App Store and Google Play to see if the site in question has a downloadable app, taking into account ease-of-use and loading speeds. We want sites to be accessible for beginners, but also fun and interesting enough for more experienced users.
Games: We spend hours digging into the gaming catalog, playing a wide variety of different games and seeing how the software works. We like to see variety here, with lots of slots, table games and live dealer tables. We also consider the software providers hosted on the site.
Promotions and Bonuses: We personally opt into every promotion that’s available, and we rate different bonuses based on their associated terms & conditions. Our team also takes into account how easy it is to sign up and claim a bonus in the first place. We also give out extra points for recurring or daily bonuses. We want to see promos that genuinely add value to the overall experience.
Purchase and Redemption: We put our money on the line to purchase GC packs. We document all the payment methods available at a given casino, and we like platforms that go beyond accepting debit/credit cards. We personally withdraw funds or redeem prizes (if possible), taking into account the speed at which our payout is received.
Customer Support: We research and test every available support method, from social media to sending in a ticket. Our team sends out real messages and documents the time it took for somebody to respond. We also call any phone number that’s listed, taking into account each agent’s professionalism.
After our reviews are published, we have a team of post-publication editors who dedicate at least five hours per month per review to ensuring the info stays up to date.
WSN has been a key player in the casino industry since 2005, marking 19 years of reliability and authenticity derived from hands-on, independent research. We’ve been featured by CBS, ESPN, Reuters, Forbes, the LA Times, and Entrepreneur as a one-stop-shop for sports news.
Our analysts have decades of combined experience reviewing online casinos, sportsbooks, and daily fantasy sports betting platforms. Before publishing each review, we spend up to a week playing games, contacting support, making deposits & initiating payouts.
Whether you’re a beginner, casual player or casino enthusiast, our experts walk a mile in your shoes. We go in-depth to highlight the good, bad, and indifferent about each casino we review.
Ultimately, we want to help our readers make the best decisions and arm themselves with all the necessary information.
I would recommend Jackpota to any player who usually goes for the slots when they hit the casino, and who is looking for a fun, low pressure platform. If you’re hoping to win sweepstakes prizes at Jackpota, you will be disappointed by the fact that they only utilize Gold Coins (GC). That means you’re only able to play for fun, with no sweepstakes mode and no prizes available.
I was pleased to see that Jackpota provides a steady stream of 1,500 GC and 0.2 SC daily, on top of the 7,500 GC and 2.5 SC I got for registering, which kept me entertained for hours without spending any money. The quality of their games is exceptional, and I found myself logging in regularly to enjoy the fun.
Outside of slots, the range of games is pretty average. It’s an area that Jackpota could think about improving down the line. If you do want to purchase more GC and SC, the process is very straightforward.
I had a lot of fun playing slots on Jackpota. It's on good track to quickly find its place on our exclusive list of the best sweepstakes casinos.
Any social casino worth their salt implements responsible gaming features that give players the opportunity to take a break from the action if they so desire. So, I wanted to see what Jackpota offered in that regard. I clicked on the “Responsible Play” tab at the bottom of their homepage.
I was redirected to a screen explaining the steps required to self-exclude my account entirely, lock my account for a certain period of time, and set GC spending limits. They currently offer players the option to “Take A Break” for a period of seven (7), fourteen (14) or thirty (30) days.
Limit your GC spending
If you want to limit how much you’re able to spend on GC packages every day, send an email to [email protected] or use the Contact Form on their website to get in touch. Notably, I saw that you can change your spending limits every day, which seems counterintuitive at a glance.
Self-exclusion requests are a bit more stringent, as they should be. Once you send their service team an email asking to self-exclude your account, you won’t be able to log in for a period of at least 6 months. After this period elapses, you can email Jackpota to get your account reinstated.
Last but not least, Jackpota explains the guidelines of safe gaming and provides players with a checklist that can help them recognize a Computer Game Behavior Disorder. Finally, they link to several informative, online resources intended to promote responsible social casino usage.
