After registering, I was offered a promotion for my first purchase. I could grab 2,500,000 GC for $19.99 with a free bonus of 30 SC. Usually, the $19.99 package is for 2,000,000 GC with 20 free SC, but this also comes with Bingo Balls and Gems. 

The offer is only available for 10 minutes, so you have to decide quickly if you want to purchase it. I didn’t end up going for this offer because I had enough GC and SC through bonuses for my initial gameplay, and I saw plenty of other purchase promotions available to use later.

I don’t love the time limit, which feels a bit like they are trying to pressurize new players. I’d like to see this removed. 

Daily Bonus

Every day that I logged into Ding Ding Ding, I could collect a bonus of GC, SC, and Bingo Balls. Players can receive increasingly valuable rewards for each consecutive day.

After the seventh day, the rewards cycle resets. You’ll be reset back to the first day if you miss a day.

For my first challenge, I had to win a jackpot twice. Sadly, I didn’t manage this, but if I had, I would have been able to claim 35,000 GC and 0.5 SC. 

Every few hours, a new challenge appears, keeping things interesting. These promotions encouraged me to return to the site each day and ensured that if I ever ran out of coins, I just had to wait until the next day to resume gaming. 

Loyalty Scheme

At Ding Ding Ding, the VIP Program doesn’t have the standard tier structure I’m used to. Instead, it offers what it calls a Progress Bonus system, where you complete various tasks (including playing games, similar to traditional VIP Programs) to gain EXP and unlock new benefits. Your progress is shown on your profile.

I was awarded 500 GC for the first few levels, but the bonuses get increasingly valuable as you keep going. 

Once I reached ‘Level 7’, I unlocked the ‘Pet Farm', where I had to choose a pet, name it, and care for it. This is like another loyalty scheme in itself. That’s right, we have finally reached meta sweepstakes gaming.  

You can reach the next level as you feed your pet and receive SC and BB bonuses. I reached ‘Level 2’ with my pet panda and received 2 SC and 3 BB. After this, you’ll unlock further animals and levels with better rewards. 

I haven’t come across a loyalty scheme like this before. I appreciated the fun and gamified approach, but I think it’s not for everyone, particularly those who prefer a more sophisticated rewards system.

Players can take advantage of giveaways on Ding Ding Ding’s social media, where they can win bonuses. On their Instagram and Facebook, there are competitions where you’ll have to answer questions, like trivia or puzzles, in the comments of their post. Usually, they’ll pick ten winners and give them a bonus of 120,000,000 GC, 4 SC, and 6 BB. I gave it a shot, but sadly, I wasn’t picked that time.

When you invite a friend to join in on the fun at Ding Ding Ding, you can snag a bonus of 200,000 GC and 2 SC. All your friend has to do is sign up through your unique link, which can be found on the ‘Invite Friends’ page in the menu. I tried it out with a colleague, and it was a simple process. Players are allowed to invite up to 5 friends every 30 days. That’s a potential reward of 1,000,000 SC and 10 SC each month!

What I love about this offer is that my friend didn’t even need to purchase any coins for me to get my reward, which is pretty rare in my experience. 

Mail-In Offers

Sweeps Coins can be gained by mailing a request card to Ding Ding Ding’s registered address. Your request card has to be handwritten with your email, full name, return address, unique code, and request statement. The code can be found in ‘My Profile’ under ‘Postal Request Code’. Once the request has been approved, players will receive 5 SC.

Lucky Piggy Bank

Whenever you have a loss on Ding Ding Ding, a fraction of this amount will be put in your ‘Lucky Piggy Bank’. It can store up to 1,000,000 Gold Coins and 10 Sweeps Coins. If you want to break your ‘Lucky Piggy Bank’, there is a fee of $5.99. It’s another unique promotion that speaks to how Ding Ding Ding goes above and beyond to provide opportunities for players to receive extra GC and SC.

I didn’t build up my ‘Lucky Piggy Bank’ enough to justify breaking it during my week on the site, but it’s a fun concept. 

Ding Ding Ding User Experience

Ding Ding Ding provides a playful and vibrant platform that stands out from the typical. I’m a fan of a fun and unique theme, but I know this isn’t everyone’s cup of tea.

Ding Ding Ding has fully gone for the gamified approach, particularly with features like the ‘Pet Farm’. There were a few issues when certain features would freeze and I’d have to reload the page. While it wasn’t anything that couldn’t be managed, it was frustrating at times.

When I first entered the platform, I was confused by all the different features available since there wasn’t any information about them. Adding a guide or explanations would help reduce this confusion, and there is definitely a learning curve for new players.

Upon entering the platform, you are taken to the games lobby. Above this, you'll find buttons for the ‘Bonus Store’, ‘Leaderboard’, and ‘Pet Farm’. Other promotions are listed on the left-hand side. A lot is happening on the site, and sometimes it feels a little overwhelming. I can't imagine how it looks to somebody who has never seen a sweepstake casino before. 

I also think the games lobby could benefit from a better layout. There are plenty of categories where you can filter by game type or software provided, but scrolling through them is quite laborious and feels cluttered.

I did like that you can search for specific titles if you have one in mind. The ‘Recently Played’ category was also helpful, as I often forget the title of what I’ve been playing but still want to return to that game.

Ding Ding Ding can be accessed through your mobile browser on your iPhone or Android device. I actually preferred using the site on my mobile. First, using the site was smoother and fluid. It also felt less crowded, as the menus and features were tucked away. Unfortunately, there isn’t an app, which would improve the mobile experience even more. 

The site’s colorful and gamified approach makes it unique, but it could benefit from refinement. Overall, the site's performance was mixed, but I can say that it was interactive and engaging. I found the site's usability better on my phone than on my laptop.

Live Dealer

I found that I had the same issue with the live dealer titles. There are 9 titles in total, but only two can be played by all users. The rest are available when you reach ‘Level 100’. I made the most of the two titles, ‘Las Vegas Roulette’ and ‘Live Limitless Blackjack’; my experience with each game was positive with high-quality software and professional dealers.

Other than that, Ding Ding Ding has different sorts of games that can be explored. Whenever I wanted a change from the usual games, I would head to the ‘Quick Games’ section. Here, you can find unique titles like ‘Plinko’, ‘Dice’, ‘Minesweeper’, and more. I was happy to find that there were also bingo, Keno, and crash titles available to all players.

Overall, I’m disappointed that I couldn’t easily access all the games at Ding Ding Ding. I understand that they are trying to create a new experience that mimics the progress in a video game, unlocking new features (games) as you progress. Ultimately, however, I just felt frustrated when I can't play what I want.

Games at Ding Ding Ding can be enjoyed for free without spending any money, as there are ample bonuses of GC and SC given out. Most titles are available to play as soon as you join the platform. The rest can be unlocked once you reach a certain level or make a purchase.

It’s particularly rare for cryptocurrencies to be offered, so this was a pleasant surprise. Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Bitcoin Cash, Dash, Tron, Tether USD, USD Coin, and Matic are accepted, which is on par with other top sweepstakes casinos.

It is rare to see crypto and fiat options catering to any player preference, so I was impressed.

I opted for the $9.99 ‘Beginner’s Choice’ deal for my first purchase. It was a simple process. I clicked the package, chose the credit card, and filled out my card details. Once the transaction was processed, I instantly had my coins. 

For my second transaction, I wanted to test out exactly how cryptocurrencies worked on Ding Ding Ding. I selected Ethereum as my payment method and was given the exact amount in ETC and the address. Customer support at Ding Ding Ding can be contacted through the contact form, email, or phone number. Before I got in touch with an agent, I looked at the FAQ section for answers to my questions. There wasn’t much information on this page. The FAQ section could benefit from being more in-depth and organized. 

Following this, I used the contact form on the ‘Contact Us’ page. Here, you simply have to fill out your name, email, and add your message. Since I sent my request on Saturday, I only received a response on Monday. The team is only available Monday to Friday between 9 am and 6 pm ET.

During these hours, I contacted them through the phone number at +(800) 971 0734. It took around 10 minutes for me to be put through to an agent. Still, I appreciated the ability to talk directly to someone for instant answers and follow-up questions, which isn’t possible with the other two methods.

I also sent off an email and, even though it wasn’t the weekend, it took two days to receive a reply. So, the response time is slower than I'm used to. In all cases, each representative I communicated with was polite and helpful.

I’m disappointed that there wasn’t a live chat, as this is my preferred method because of its immediate and around-the-clock service. If your question doesn’t need to be answered immediately, I’d recommend using the email or contact form. But, if it is pressing, then using the phone number would be better.

Ding Ding Ding Final Verdict

It’s a bit of a mixed bag. While it is excellent in certain areas, it is lacking in others. Let’s start with what I liked first.

My highlight was my promotions, with plenty of ways of snagging SC and GC. There’s every kind of bonus that you can think of and more. I appreciated how unique the ‘Pet Farm’ was, for example. The acceptance of cryptocurrencies for purchases was also impressive, as this is rare.

The gaming library would be fantastic since there is a huge variety of titles. However, I couldn’t access half of the games until I’d reached higher levels, which significantly impacted my overall gaming experience.

I had a few issues with the site, as it was a bit overcrowded and sometimes prone to freezing. The addition of a live chat and mobile app would also improve Ding Ding Ding. 

Despite this, I would recommend Ding Ding Ding for those interested in unique promotions and crypto-sweepstakes gaming. With a few tweaks to become consistent across the board, it could be a top social casino.
