Crown Coins offers a variety of promotions, including a welcome offer upon signup, daily log-in bonuses, a refer-a-friend deal, daily missions, and tournaments. There is potential for even more promotions in the future.
Having opted into every available promo, I’ve detailed each offer in this section. The site provides a competitive welcome bonus, incentives through increasing daily log-in rewards, and VIP benefits for loyal players.
Crown Coins welcome bonus is 100,000 Crown Coins (CC) and 2 Sweep Coins (SC), which I got automatically when I created my account. No code, no claim, no nothing, just for registering my account. This allowed me to start playing games with no delay.
No-deposit sweepstakes casino offers are my favorite since they allow me to start playing and having fun right away instead of jumping through hoops to get to the games. I like that the Crown Coins promo offers both CC and SC to players when they join.
Claim Your Crown Coins Casino Bonus
There’s no Crown Coins promo code required to claim their welcome offer or receive any of their daily login bonuses. I received my 100,000 CC + 2 SC sign-up bonus automatically and I clicked the banner on my screen to receive that day’s login bonus for the week I spent testing their site.
They also have two first-purchase discounts you can choose from if you decide to buy additional CC. Both discounts give you a 150% boost, so it all depends on how much money you’re willing to spend.
I noticed a pop-up banner informing me that I could buy 900,000 CC and claim 45 free SC for $14.99. Alternatively, I saw that I could purchase 360,000 CC and get 18 free SC for $5.99. While it’s completely optional to buy CC at Crown Coins, these bargains are good if you are inclined to do so.
Crown Coins’ daily login bonus gets larger when you sign into your account for seven days in a row. Generally speaking, I like having a login bonus that increases when you’re on a streak. It’s like a fun side quest, and it gives me something to aim for beyond just playing for fun.
I started off by clicking on a banner prompting me to claim their 5,000 CC bonus immediately after claiming their welcome offer. I clicked “Claim” and saw another 5,000 CC appear in my account balance.
I continued logging in the following days and here’s an easy-to-see breakdown of Crown Coins daily login bonuses:
Day 1: 5,000 CC
Day 2: 10,000 CC + 0.5 SC
Day 3: 15,000 CC
Day 4: 20,000 CC + 0.8 SC
Day 5: 25,000 CC + 1.5 SC
Day 6: 30,000 CC
Day 7: 50,000 CC + 1.5 SC
I claimed a total of 155,000 CC + 2.8 free SC from the daily bonuses over the course of a week. If you rack up thirty consecutive logins, you’ll get a bonus of 100,000 CC + 2 SC on the thirtieth day. However, if you miss a day, you’ll go back to the beginning and claim 5,000 CC as a bonus.
Daily Missions are the newest addition to Crown Coins’ user experience. They involve completing specific tasks to earn rewards, although some of these missions can admittedly seem impossible.
To find them I clicked on the gift button at the top of my screen and was given a mission to spin the Pompeii Megareels Megaways slot 10 times in exchange for 20,000 CC.
Pompeii Megareels Megaways has a 4,000 CC spin minimum, which meant I’d have to spend 40,000 CC to get 20,000 CC back. Luckily, I won 20,400 CC on my seventh spin. Once finished, I went back to their homepage and clicked “Claim” to receive my 20,000 CC bonus for the mission.
My next mission was to earn 1 million CC in one day. I wasn’t able to get the job done, but winning 20,000 CC after winning 1 million CC isn’t that amazing of a reward to begin with.
Crown Coins Refer-a-Friend bonus gives 400,000 CC and 20 SC for each qualifying referral. To start inviting friends, I had to click on "Rewards,” followed by clicking on “Invite Friends” from the next screen. There I went to “Share” to get a unique referral link.
Now for the hard part: convincing my friends to join. Luckily, I didn't have to pester them because one of our fellow experts was kind enough to help me test out this feature.
I’ve sent her my referral link and she had to register and buy $14.90 worth of Crown Coins. As soon as she made the purchase, I received an extra 400,000 CC and 20 SC, exactly as advertised.
So long as you have friends who don’t mind spending some money to play, there’s no limit on the number of people you can invite.
Crown Coins runs two separate daily Mega Race tournaments for Crown Coins mode and Sweeps Coins mode. If you manage to place on the leaderboard, you can win a share of the prize pool.
I clicked the trophy icon on the left side of my screen to view Crown Coins’ leaderboards. Their CC Mega Race offers a total prize pool of 15 million Crown Coins and 10 Sweeps Coins every day. Here is the quick breakdown of rewards:
1st place: 5 million CC + 5 SC
2nd place: 2 million GC + 3 SC
3rd place: 1.5 million CC + 2 free SC
4th place: 1.2 million CC
5th place: 800,000 CC
6 - 10th place: 500,000 CC
11 - 20th place: 200,000 CC
In total, 20 winners are credited each day. I didn’t manage to earn a spot on their leaderboards, but I enjoyed keeping tabs on the progress and watching other players enjoy their well-deserved successes.
The Sweeps Coins Mega Race follows a similar format, but the prizes are all in SC. The total prize pool is worth 750 SC. Here is the breakdown of SC rewards:
1st place: 250 SC
2nd place: 100 SC
3rd place: 75 SC
4 - 20th place: 10 SC
I followed Crown Coins on Instagram, Twitter (X), and Facebook to see if they host regular social media giveaways. They’ll occasionally ask their followers to comment on the right answer to a trivia question, find the differences between two photos and solve riddles in exchange for GC and SC.
Top prizes vary based on the complexity of what’s being asked, but it’s nice to see Crown Coins engaging with their audience on social media through fun little challenges.
Crown Coins features a VIP loyalty club, which I was glad to see. Even top sweepstakes casinos tend to overlook the importance of rewarding loyal players, but new Crown Coins ensures that frequent users are recognized and appreciated.
Every player is automatically entered into the Crown VIP Club starting at their “Entry-Level” tier.
You’ll earn one VIP point for every 100,000 CC you use to play casino games. If you’re playing in Sweeps Mode, spending 1 SC gets you one VIP point.
As a brand-new player, you’ll receive daily bonuses and have access to 24/7 customer support. There are a total of six tiers to progress through, and you can see them below:
Entry-Level (0 - 499 VIP Points)
Bronze VIP (500 - 4,999 VIP Points)
Silver VIP (5,000 - 49,999 VIP Points)
Gold VIP (50,000 - 499,999 VIP Points)
Diamond VIP (500,000 - 4,999,999 VIP Points)
Emerald VIP (5,000,000 VIP Points)
Once you reach their Bronze VIP tier, you’ll receive an upgraded daily bonus, a monthly reward, and 2% in cashback on your losses. Moving up to their Silver VIP tier comes with 3% cashback and a birthday gift in addition to all the special benefits you’d receive as a Bronze-tier player.
After you reach their Gold tier, you’ll get 4% cashback and access to their Premium Store, on top of all the perks offered to Silver-tier players. Becoming a Gold-tier player also unlocks access to 24/7 live chat support, which left a sour taste in my mouth, if I’m being completely honest.
I don’t think effective customer support should only be available to players who have spent a certain amount of time or money on the site.
Diamond players receive 5% in cashback and enjoy 24-hour redemptions. Emerald players get 6% in cashback and a personal account host to boot.
I had loads of fun playing slots and jackpots at Crown Coins. On both desktop and mobile, their user interface is simple enough for newbies to navigate but still feels slick enough to appeal to more experienced players.
I started off by creating a new Crown Coins account and playing on desktop.
Their black-and-gold color scheme is a pleasure to look at. I found it easy to sort between various themes and categories by scrolling down their website homepage. I first viewed all their Megaways slots, followed by their most popular titles, progressive jackpots, and newest releases.
If you want to access the contents of their homepage in a more condensed format, use the top row or click the menu button at the top-right corner of your screen to open the sidebar. I noticed four separate headers for mythology games: Lucky Sevens, Wild Spins, and sugary-sweet slots.
Once I opened the sidebar, I was presented with two options to purchase CC and exchange SC for prizes. This was followed by a list of their most popular categories, my account settings, and my VIP rewards. I also found their Help Center, Terms of Service, and Privacy Policy here as well.
Towards the bottom of their website, I noticed a big yellow button that directed me to their RSG (Responsible Social Gaming) policies. Here I also found their phone number and a ticket submission form linked in their right-most column. All in all, I have no complaints about my user experience.
I enjoyed a similarly fluid experience after I installed their mobile app on my iPhone 13. It should be noted that there’s no mobile app for Android.
After I logged in with my account credentials, I saw a familiar interface. However, the right sidebar has been replaced by a row of icons at the bottom.
I was directed to their “Lobby” page after signing in, but I was able to view their CC packages by clicking the Store icon at the bottom-left corner of my screen. You can view your redeemable SC balance, personal account settings, and current VIP status by tapping each icon from left to right.
Although their game collection needs a bit of work, it’s hard to find anything wrong with an easily understandable layout, quick loading speeds, lag-free navigation, and single-tap CC purchases.

Crown Coins has a standout collection of slots, Megaways, and progressive jackpots. They don’t host any virtual table games, live dealer options, or original specialties. If you’re primarily here to spin through immersive reels, you’ll love their beginner-friendly interface and diverse slot library.
Unfortunately, I can’t recommend Crown Coins to seasoned players or table game enthusiasts.
Crown Coins has teamed up with Pragmatic Play, Relax Gaming, Hacksaw Gaming, RubyPlay, and Slotmill to host 111 classic slots and 21 progressive jackpots. Top prizes climb up to 48,946.70 SC or 89,103,949.38 CC, depending on which tokens you’re using. You can play all their slots and jackpots with CC or SC.
I didn’t notice any lag while playing slots or navigating their site interface on desktop and mobile. You can use the search bar to look for specific titles or open the menu to sort by category.
They also have separate sections for games released by RubyPlay and Pragmatic, but I’d like to see this for their other software providers as well.
Their most popular games include smash hits like Pragmatic Play’s Sugar Rush 1000, Gates of Olympus 1000, and Sweet Bonanza Jackpot Play. All their games feature top-quality animations and realistic spin mechanics that kept my eyes glued to the computer screen for hours at a time.
My two favorite slots here are Fire Stampede: Connect & Collect and Buffalo King Megaways. I really enjoyed the immersive graphics and realistic sound effects accompanying every spin.
Crown Coins doesn’t host any video poker games, blackjack tables, baccarat games, or roulette wheels.
I’d sooner recommend Scrooge Casino or BetRivers Social Casino for players who’d be interested in virtual tables. BetRivers.net is an ideal choice because they feature 42 classic tables, although you can’t play with Sweeps Coins or redeem prizes.
Crown Coins doesn’t have a live dealer games.
Live casino games involve playing real games remotely, with professional dealers, real equipment, and video streaming to facilitate an extremely realistic betting experience. If this sounds like something that’s up your alley, McLuck Casino would be my recommendation.
Before I explain the purchase and redemption process at Crown Coins, I want to clarify that you should never feel obligated to spend money at any social casino. Social casinos and sweeps casinos don’t support cash wagers, allowing Crown Coins to operate in states where real money gaming is prohibited.
There’s no shortage of free CC and SC to claim each day, but if you find yourself running a little low, you can add more coins to your balance.
Overall, I’m satisfied with Crown Coins’ payment process and options. You have classic cards and two e-wallet payment methods. Yes, you can always have more, but this is more than enough.

Minimum purchase | $1.99 |
Maximum purchase | $99.99 |
Minimum prize redemption | 50 SC |
Prize redemption time | up to 6 days, note: 24 hours for online banking and Skrill |
Here’s how my purchase and redemption process looked like, so you know what you can expect.
To purchase Crown Coins, I clicked the (+) button next to my coins balance, selected the least expensive CC package for $1.99, and chose “Credit Card” on the next screen. My card number, full name, expiration date, and the three-digit CVV code on the back of my VISA card were entered.
Other payment options include MasterCard, AMEX, and Skrill. For iOS users, Apple Pay is also available. After entering my card details, I ticked the box to save my information for future purchases and clicked “Complete Purchase” to finalize the transaction.
An extra 40,000 CC appeared immediately after refreshing the webpage. It took a few days to accumulate enough Sweeps Coins to meet the 50 SC redemption minimum. SC can be redeemed for real cash prizes at a rate of 1 SC to $1 USD. During my Crown Coins review, no gift card prizes were offered.
Instead, SC was exchanged for an online banking payment via Trustly, and a $50 payment was received in my checking account 24 hours after submitting the redemption request.
Pretty standard stuff, nothing out of the ordinary. The only surprise was the lack of gift cards, but I’m perfectly fine with getting money instead.
I’ve created a table that shows how Crown Coins compares to four industry leaders in terms of payment and redemption availability. I’ve listed your options at Crown Coins, Chumba, McLuck, Fortune Coins, and Luckyland Slots.

Crown Coins customer support is more than adequate, with email, FAQ, live chat, and phone line support available. However, reserving live chat support for Gold VIP members is a definite black mark in this section.
Customer service is a key benchmark in our rating process here at WSN, so I needed to evaluate Crown Coins' support options personally. To get started, I scrolled to the bottom of their website and clicked “Contact Us” to pull up their message box.
I clicked “Messages” and “Send Us A Message” before selecting “Other” from the topics screen. A message was sent, and I was informed that one of their agents would respond to my inquiry within two hours.
Seventeen minutes after submitting a ticket, I received a detailed reply from one of their support agents. This wasn’t a horrible wait time so I didn’t feel as bad about not being able to use their live chat.
The FAQs were easily accessible by clicking the “Help” button at the bottom of their message board, which was quite helpful. I emailed [email protected] about verifying my account and got a helpful reply 12 hours later.
Lastly, I called their phone support number at +1 (201) 535-4587. I waited in their queue for ten minutes before hearing a voice on the other end of the line. The agent I spoke with was knowledgeable, professional, and helpful to a fault.
You can legally sign up and play social casino games with Crown Coins in 44 US states and the District of Columbia. Players from the following four states are prohibited from using this casino:
Washington
Nevada
Michigan
Idaho
Montana
Louisiana
If you don’t see your location listed here, it’s safe to assume that you live in one of Crown Coins’ legal states. They don’t accept players from Puerto Rico, Canada, or any outlying US territories.
Signing up for Crown Coins was super easy and I managed to do it in 3 minutes. I’ve been around the block with several sweepstakes casinos, and Crown Coins has one of the easiest sign-up procedures I’ve gone through so far. I’m outlining the three simple steps you need to take before getting started, and one optional if you plan to purchase coin packs.
1. Create a new account: Click the “Sign Up” button at the top of your screen. Agree to Crown Coins’ Terms & Conditions on the next screen by clicking the “Accept” button.
2. Enter personal details: Enter your email address and create a new password before clicking “Create Account.”
You can also sign up with your existing Google, Facebook, and Apple ID credentials if you don’t feel like filling out your personal information manually. This expedites their registration process.
3. Verify your email: Check your email inbox for a verification link. Click “Verify Your Email” and tap “Claim” to receive your welcome bonus of 100k CC + 2 SC.
4. (Optional) Add your bank card: If you want to buy Crown Coins, you’ll have to enter personal details and disclose your address prior to making a purchase. You’ll then be asked to submit the card number, expiration date, and three-digit security code before clicking “Complete Purchase.”
You won’t have to worry about completing their KYC process until you’re ready to redeem your SC for cash prizes. I’m going to be explaining the details of their verification procedure shortly.
Crown Coins doesn’t use real money for playing games. You can play all the games for free using either Crown Coins or Sweeps Coins, which are the two types of coins used on the platform.
You can get both CC and SC for free in lots of ways, including via the welcome bonus, referring friends, and social media giveaways. Every day you log in, you’ll receive an increasing bonus that begins at 5,000 CC and ends at 100,000 CC + 2 SC so long as you manage to string together 30 logins over 30 days.
While you can never buy SC, you can purchase CC. When you do, you’ll normally receive a certain number of free Sweeps Coins as a bonus. You can purchase 100,000 CC and get 5 free SC for $4.99. At the top end, you can purchase 2 million CC and get 105 free Sweeps Coins for $99.99.
Crown Coins’ beginner-friendly redemption process didn’t give me any problems. Before I was able to redeem SC for prizes, I had to complete Crown Coins’ KYC process. From start to finish, my identity was confirmed 24 hours after I sent my verification documents via their portal.
I needed to submit a photo of my state ID, a selfie of me holding my ID, and a utility bill as proof of address. I was also required to submit a bank statement. Your verification documents can’t be any older than 3 months (90 days) at the time of submission; otherwise, they won’t be accepted.
You can redeem a minimum of 50 SC at a rate of 1 SC to $1 USD. While you can exchange the SC you’ve won during gameplay immediately, any Sweeps Coins you receive from a bonus or coin packs must be played through once before they are redeemable for cash prizes.
Click the menu icon at the top-right corner of your screen and click “Redeem.” I didn’t notice an option to receive a virtual gift card, as I’ve seen at competing casinos like Chumba and McLuck, but I was able to request my 50 SC prize using a bank transfer.
I entered my account information, confirmed the transaction, and noticed a $50 deposit appear in my checking balance 24 hours later.
Crown Coins is a social casino or sweepstakes casino. All the games can be played for free, and you can’t deposit, withdraw, or bet real money on the site. This means they are free to operate in states that don’t allow legal online gambling.
From a legal perspective, the games at Crown Coins are actually a form of sweepstakes contest rather than regular gambling.
Sweeps casinos normally use two types of coins to play the games. CC (often called Gold Coins at other sites) are the basic coin that functions like play tokens. They can’t be withdrawn or redeemed for any prizes.
SC are used in sweepstakes mode and when you win them through playing games, they can be redeemed for cash prizes.
At real-money online casinos, you must deposit funds to play, and most states do not allow this type of gaming. You can play the same types of games at Crown Coins and have the opportunity to win real prizes via Sweeps Cash. I found Crown Coins games to be comparable to real money slots, making gameplay much more enjoyable.
Sites like Crown Coins are a great alternative to real-money casinos, especially if you live in a state that doesn’t allow gambling.
We rate social casinos using five important benchmarks to determine their overall value against competing sites. Our team tests each sweepstakes casino we review for at least ten hours over the course of a week. All of the information in our reviews comes exclusively from our personal experience with a casino.
I explain more about the five factors we consider below:
User Experience: We explore every aspect of the software to figure out how a site feels to play. Is it beginner friendly? How well organized is the gaming menu? Does it feel cluttered or confusing to use? Our team looks for a downloadable app on iOS and Android, but if it’s not available, we spend time on the mobile site. Above all, we like casinos that pack loads of features into a simple interface.
Games: Our experts spend hours playing a wide variety of popular games at each casino to get a feel for the graphics, animations, controls, and software providers on deck. We prioritize social casinos that host a broad range of slots, jackpots, virtual table games, and live games.
Promotions and Bonuses: We opt into every promotion we can find at a given social casino. After explaining the claim process for each bonus we come across, we rate promotions based on the value they add to our experience. We like to see bonuses that don’t require many steps to claim, and we rate casinos more favorably if they feature daily login bonuses or giveaways.
Purchase and Redemption: Our team spends real money to buy Gold Coins packages. This allows us to document the number of payment options being offered, rate the user-friendliness of each casino’s purchase process, and judge transaction speeds when it’s time to redeem our SC for prizes. We take you through the process of buying GC and redeeming SC step-by-step.
Customer Support: We get in touch with real support agents using every contact method we can find. Our team sends out live chats, emails, and support tickets. We call phone hotlines and document how long it took for a real agent to respond on all fronts. In addition to judging casinos based on reply speeds, we consider the general helpfulness of the representatives we speak to.
WSN has been a recognizable name throughout the online sportsbook industry since opening shop in 2005. We’ve been featured by CBS, the LA Times, Reuters, Forbes, and Entrepreneur as a highly reputable source of sports and casino-related news over the past nineteen years.
Our seasoned analysts bring more than two decades of experience to the table, allowing us to inject every review with our professional opinions and expertise. As regular players in our free time, we never endorse sweepstakes, casinos or sportsbooks that don’t have your best interests at heart.
That’s why we spend a full two weeks evaluating each platform’s features, promotions, and support options. We play games, buy Gold Coins, request prize redemptions, and claim every bonus that’s available, and rate our individual experiences speaking with customer support representatives.
We don’t hesitate to praise casinos that excel in a particular area, but we’re not afraid to suggest improvements if they’re necessary. At the end of the day, we’re only loyal to the facts.
I’d recommend Crown Coins to slot enthusiasts and newbies who care about receiving frequent bonuses. They don’t offer much in the way of table games or live dealer options, but their online slots and jackpots promise immersive gameplay even if their collection is a tad one-dimensional.
I got Crown Coins welcome bonus of 100,000 CC + 2 SC immediately after signing up. I claimed a grand total of 155,000 CC and 2.8 free SC from their increasing daily login bonuses. All in all, that is 255,000 CC and 4.8 SC you can claim easily.
If you don’t want to make a coin purchase off the bat, Crown Coins is a good choice. The range of ongoing bonuses means you can sustain your gaming with free coins alone, which I appreciate. That said, the 150% first-purchase bonus is a great too.
My biggest complaint is that live chat support is reserved for Gold-tier players, which feels very unfriendly to newbies and casual players. I believe everyone deserves access to quality and fast support, regardless of how much time they’ve spent playing games.
If you’re looking for a platform that specializes in slots, tournaments, and social media giveaways, Crown Coins is a fantastic option.
Even though it’s completely free to play games with Crown Coins, using their site responsibly is of the utmost importance if you decide to purchase CC with real money at any point. I scrolled to the bottom of my screen and clicked Responsible Social Play to examine their self-limiting tools.
They deliver hourly Activity Reminders by default, but emailing [email protected] is the only way to set up personalized limits. In the Responsible Social Play section, they encourage players to get in touch if they want to take a short break, self-exclude for at least six months, or close down their accounts entirely.
They don’t mention anything about setting up CC purchase limits or SC play limits, but I sent an email to their support team. Twelve hours later, one of their agents confirmed that they could set GC purchase and SC play limits on my behalf.
Regardless, they should inform players that it’s possible to limit the amount of cash they spend on purchases and gameplay. This is a major shortcoming that needs to be changed before they can truly compete with the Responsible Gaming tools at more established social casinos.
While they list several support organizations and safe gameplay tips on their website, they don’t have links to any of the resources they mention.
