Clubs Poker opened shop in July 2024, bringing a rich and fun-filled social poker experience to players in 44 U.S. states. I registered as a new player, tested out every type of poker available, and claimed each bonus on the site for my Clubs Casino review. Everything you need to know about Clubs Poker is right here.

Clubs Poker supplies a decent selection of interesting promos, but there is room for improvement too.
The no-deposit bonus at Clubs Poker isn’t all that great, but I was impressed by their daily login reward, which kept my supply of free coins ticking over. They deliver a maximum of 100 million GC and 10,000 SC in potential referral bonuses when you invite friends to the platform, and their “Bad Beat Jackpots” add a fun edge to every hand.
On the downside, they’re missing a VIP Club and I’d like to see them host more giveaways on social media.
I opted into every promotion at Clubs Poker, and I’m explaining how readers can do the same.
Clubs Poker is giving all new players a starting bonus of 5,000 GC, 10 GC free spins and 10 SC free spins to use on Zombie Circus. This is exactly the same bonus you get when you sign up Clubs Casino - Clubs Poker’s sister casino site.
I got the Gold Coins portion of the bonus after signing up and confirming my email address. After verifying my cell number, I unlocked the 10 free SC spins. Each spin is worth 0.1 SC, giving new players a total of 1 free SC to use on Zombie Circus
This is clearly not a good bonus for poker players. It makes more sense at Clubs Casino, but most people aren’t signing up to Clubs Poker because they want to play slots like Zombie Circus.
I would far prefer to see Clubs Poker hand out a guaranteed supply of GC and SC, so players can start playing poker right away without spending any money. As it is, the first purchase offer is the best bet for new poker players.
Sign up at Clubs Poker and use the bonus code WSNCLUBS1 to receive a welcome bonus.
Clubs Casino offers two excellent first purchase bonuses for new players. If you spend $10 or $20 on your first purchase, you’ll receive 100% more coins than you would otherwise. Here are the options:
$10 (instead of $20) - 100,000 GC and 20 free SC
$20 (instead of $40) - 200,000 GC and 40 free SC
These are both great options which provide a perfect springboard for exploring the site. I like that there are two pricepoints available, and that both provide a very healthy 100% boost in both GC and free SC.
My only criticism is that the lack of SC in the no deposit welcome bonus sort of pushes players into claiming this offer instead, in my opinion. Even though Clubs Casino doesn’t require you to spend money to play poker, there is no good way to play for SC right away unless you claim this offer.
I’d love to see 1 or 2 free SC included off the bat for new players. Then you could then decide whether to purchase more coins or not.
I appreciate the consistency of Clubs Poker’s daily login reward. They gave me 2,500 GC and 0.5 free SC every 24 hours.
To claim the promo, click “Get Coins” and tap “Collect Now” next to your daily rewards. Coins will appear in your balance automatically, and there’s no penalty if you skip a day or two.
At the same time, there’s no way to claim increasing login offers over time. For better or worse, what you see is what you get. I’d like to see them follow in Chumba Casino’s footsteps - they have the best increasing login bonus I’ve seen anywhere. If you log in for 7 days in a row you get 600k GC and 3 free SC on the last day.
While their sister site Clubs Casino hosted a holiday giveaway on Instagram back in December 2024, it seems like Clubs Poker hasn’t gotten the same degree of attention. While they routinely post tournament details and updates on Facebook, Instagram and X, they don’t host giveaways.
It’s unfortunate that Clubs Poker players aren’t given the opportunity to get free coins on socials, and I’d like to see them explore this in the future.
Clubs Poker accepts handwritten SC request envelopes from their players. For each letter they accept, you’ll receive 3 free SC automatically. Section 3.2 of Clubs Poker’s Sweepstakes Rules explains that players can send up to 50 letters per month. This means you can get 150 free SC.
However, they haven’t exactly made it easy to navigate the process. Click “Get Coins” and tap “Free Entry.” Then, select “Start the Process” and write down the 12-digit code that appears on the next screen. Each envelope must contain a unique code, your name, email, state, and their quoted statement in order to be accepted.
From my research, it takes between 6 - 8 weeks for SC to arrive. I wasn’t able to verify the process myself during the week I spent reviewing Clubs Poker.
The referral bonus at Clubs Poker is a highlight. Rather than a fixed amount of coins, the value of the promo is based on your friend’s ongoing activity on the site, meaning it can become extremely valuable if your friend becomes a reg.
Clubs Poker will give you a maximum of 100,000,000 GC + 10,000 SC in referral bonuses for all the friends you invite. There’s no limit on the number of people you can invite.
Whenever your KYC-verified friends rake 100 GC while playing “Ring Games,” you get 100 GC. For every 10 SC your friends rake during “Ring Games,” you’ll get 2 free SC.
Notably, your pals can essentially join forces to help you meet Clubs Poker’s rake requirements and get free coins. For example, if one of your friends rakes 2 SC, but your other friend rakes a total of 8 SC, you’d still qualify for a bonus.
To get started, open the menu and head to your “Profile.” Tap “Refer A Friend” and click “Copy” to grab your link. From here, send it to as many people as you want.
Personally, I got 10,000 GC in rake from 6 friends during the week I spent testing Clubs Poker.
Clubs Poker offers “Bad Beat” Jackpots starting from 250 million GC and 500 SC respectively. The prizes continue growing until somebody loses holding Four of a Kind or better during an Omaha or Hold ‘Em poker game.
The player who got cold-decked on a Four of a Kind or better receives 45% of the jackpot, and 25% goes to the actual winner of the hand. Participants that stuck around to see the flop get 20% of the pool, and 10% is taken back for their next Bad Beat Jackpot.
Unsurprisingly, I didn’t hit any Bad Beat Jackpots personally. But I enjoy this promo a lot, it adds a little extra spice in the background on every hand.
Clubs Poker promises a beginner-friendly user interface, detailed search filters, and organized events. They’ve optimized their poker website for desktop and mobile devices, allowing players to enjoy the action from anywhere. There’s even a sidebar filled with 47 slots to keep you busy.
The best thing I can say about Clubs Poker is that it feels very similar to playing at a regular real money poker room, with familiar layout, search functions and tables.
From the word go, Clubs Poker’s website is a pleasure to use on desktop. I was able to see all their current promotions, tournaments, Sit n’ Go tables, Spin n’ Go games and specialty events immediately after making a new account.
They limit promotional announcements to a single sidebar, which I appreciate. I never felt like I was being bombarded, and the attention remained on the actual poker.
You can see your GC or SC balance at the top of the page. I was able to switch between GC or SC gameplay by toggling the indicator.
Underneath their first purchase discount announcement, you’ll get to see a real-time “preview” of who’s actually participating in Clubs Poker Ring Games. I love this feature and I enjoyed flicking through different games just to check out the player names in the previews. It really drums home the fact that there are hundreds of real people all playing at once.
They’ve made it possible to search for events based on game type, GC/SC blinds size, and/or table size. I found this feature useful to locate exactly what I wanted, including what I could afford when my SC stores were running low.
If you get bored waiting for a new round to start, launch the “Mini-Games” tab from the right side of the website. They’ve included 47 miniature slots from Pragmatic, Relax Gaming, and others.
While their selection of mini-games pales in comparison to Clubs Casino, it’s fun to enjoy small spins in between poker. In fact, their mini-games made the natural lull between events feel less annoying.
If you want to enjoy even more slots, click the “Casino” tab on their website.
This will direct you to Clubs Casino, which features 175 slots, 3 virtual tables, and 3 specialties. While they’re not the focus of my review, they exist as the sister site of Clubs Poker for casino lovers. Your account credentials also work with Clubs Casino.
Clubs Poker doesn’t host a downloadable app for iOS or Android devices via Google Play or the App Store, but they’ve downsized their website for smaller screens. I signed into my account via Chrome on my iPhone 16, and I was directed to a main menu showing their games immediately.
I was able to view their Ring Games, tournaments, Sit n’ Go events, Spin n’ Go games, special events, casino games and promotions with a single tap. They’ve also added a bottom menu for easier one-handed navigation, and the menus hide when not in use to maximize screen space.
I was able to launch the menu, see promotions, view my active tables, and launch their casino games from anywhere on the mobile site. While the interface looks a little different on desktop and mobile, it’s still very logical and easy to use.
Overall, the desktop version gets my vote just because the extra space feels more comfortable to me. But the mobile site functions very well for playing on the go.

Clubs Poker supports a total of thirteen game types across their range of active tournaments, Ring Games, Sit n’ Go tables, Spin n’ Go tables, and Special events. While you won’t usually see all thirteen game types active at the same time, they support the following kinds of poker:
Hold ‘Em
Omaha (H/L)
5 Card Omaha (H/L)
6 Card Omaha
Courchevel
Stud (H/L)
2-7 Single Draw
Badugi
Badacey
Mixed
Clubs Poker primarily caters to Omaha and Hold ‘Em contestants and they have the most active tables, but I found a handful of other games running throughout the week. Stud is fairly widely available. 2-7 Single Draw, Badugi, Bacadey, and Mixed tournaments are less commonly featured. You can also play through 47 slots in between rounds.
Clubs Casino lets you play all their games using either GC or SC, which is not the case at all sweepstakes poker rooms. For instance, Vivaro.us's poker tables are SC-only.
Clubs Poker offers Hold ‘Em, Omaha, Omaha H/L, Stud, Stud H/L, 2-7 Single Draw, and Mixed Ring Games with room for six and/or eight players. With Ring Games, also known as cash games, you are playing directly with your own GC or SC at the table.
You can view the number of available seats next to each game. The blinds start from just 50 GC / 100 GC or 0.25 SC / 0.5 SC, respectively. In my opinion, there is room for microstakes SC tables, around the 0.02 SC / 0.04 SC mark.
All the action takes place in real-time. I experienced virtually no lag or software issues at any point. You can chat with other users directly and send them emojis, allowing for virtual trash talk or congratulations while you play.
Clubs Poker hosts tournaments every 15 or 20 minutes, and they host daily freerolls at 10 PM in partnership with Hustler Casino. There’s no GC or SC buy-in required to participate in freerolls, but you can earn a slice of 100,000 GC or 100 free SC every day. Just rank in one of the top three positions.
I appreciate their willingness to host entirely free games with legitimate rewards attached, but I had more fun participating in the buy-in tourneys, like the 200,000 GTD Progressive Knockout Tournament..
If you don’t have much time to spend, their “Turbo” or “Hyper” tournaments promise fast-paced rounds. I appreciated the wide variety of different tournament formats. It never felt samey or predictable, and I had a lot of fun dipping my toes into different types and figuring out how to adjust my strategy accordingly. If someone can teach me how to stop busting on the bubble, that would be great.
The filters let you view all the freerolls on their website, and you can filter buy-ins to cost less than 5,000 GC per event. No matter what you’re here for, they’ve made it easy to find.
If you’re into Texas Hold ‘Em, I’d suggest playing any of Clubs Poker’s Sit n’ Go games. Players pop in and out of rooms fairly quickly, so there’s usually an open seat available. Action begins immediately after six players have joined the same table.
Unlike Ring Games, Sit n’ Go's have a fixed buy-in and prize pool. The play continues until there is a winner, with the top positions getting a share of the prizes.
The buy-ins are more user friendly, compared with Ring Games. I was able to enter a “Sweeps Coin SNG” for just 0.11 SC, and on the other end of the scale there is plenty of action in tables of 5.5 SC and 11 SC.
If you don’t have much time to stick around but you’d still like to enjoy a quick game, you join a Spin n’ Go. Each table has room for two other players, permitting fast-paced action for No-Limit Hold ‘Em enthusiasts. The blinds go up extremely fast, and the whole thing is over in minutes.
The prize pool is randomly determined each time, meaning you could wind up playing for far more than your buy-in justifies.
Spending 100 GC on a ticket gives you the chance to win up to 30,000 GC. On the other hand, you can spend 10 SC on a ticket for your chance to win 3,000 free SC.
In my opinion, Spin n’ Go’s aren’t for the purists, but they are ideal for a quick, volatile game.
I did notice that Spin n’ Go’s were slower to fill up compared with Ring Games and Sit n’ Go’s. After registering for a tournament I often waited around for ten minutes or more, and nobody joined my room. I’m hoping things get faster as Clubs Poker gets more popular.
There’s no obligation to make purchases at Clubs Poker, as you can participate in all the events here using free GC and SC. I received 5,000 GC after signing up and verifying my email address. As it stands, they only give away no-deposit bonus SC in the form of extra spins on Zombie Circus.
This is great for casino players, but poker players aren’t given free SC to kickstart their journey at Clubs Poker.
If you’re running low, it’s possible to buy GC with real cash, which includes some bonus free SC. They have two GC bundles available for $10 or $20 on your first purchase, and they both deliver a 100% discount.
Here’s a quick overview of the purchase and redemption options at Clubs Poker:
Clubs Casino Payment Details | |
---|---|
Payment methods | VISA, MasterCard, Discover, AMEX, Google Pay, Apple Pay (on mobile) |
Minimum purchase | $2.00 |
Maximum purchase | $500.00 |
Minimum prize redemption | 100 SC |
Prize redemption time | Instant - 24 hours (gift card), 24 hours (cash) |
Although I’m a fan of their user-friendly $2.00 purchase minimum, they could consider lowering the price of their least expensive package to match Chumba’s $0.50 minimum. If this isn’t possible, McLuck prices their cheapest GC bundle at $0.99. Either platform sets a great example for Clubs Poker.
You can purchase Gold Coins using your VISA, MasterCard, Discover, AMEX, or Google Pay on desktop. Access their mobile website on iOS to pay for your GC using Apple Pay. Navigating the payment process at Clubs Poker is no different than purchasing something from an online store.
I chose to spend $10 on their least expensive first purchase discount, giving me 100,000 GC and 20 free SC. To get started, click “Get Coins” and choose your preferred GC bundle from the screen.
Both their GC discounts are highlighted front-and-center, but you can only choose one with your initial purchase. I clicked “$10” next to the bundle labeled “Exclusive Offer - First Time Purchase Only.” I clicked “Confirm” and I was redirected to Checkout.com to complete my $10 transaction.
You can pay with Google Pay if you already have a linked debit or credit card on your computer, but I chose to enter my card details from scratch. I typed my name, card number, expiration date and CVV code. I clicked “Pay US $10.00,” and I got my coins instantly after refreshing the page.
I was able to play poker with an extra 100,000 GC and 20 free SC in my account balance, and I didn’t experience any delays after confirming my personal information.
If you’re playing with SC, you’ll have to earn at least 100 SC during gameplay before requesting a cash prize or gift card.
Any Sweeps Coins given to you as part of Clubs Poker’s daily login bonus or daily freerolls must be played through once before you can redeem any prizes. Clubs Poker assigns $1.00 in prize value to each Sweeps Coin you win on the virtual felt.
I’d like to see Clubs Poker lower their 100 SC redemption minimum for gift cards. At Chumba, McLuck and Hello Millions, beginners can redeem just 10 SC at a time for gift cards.
I requested my first 100 SC cash prize using the “Push-to-Card” system.
Unlike many social casinos, Clubs Poker doesn’t rely on ACH or bank transfers to process cash redemptions. They send cash prizes back to the debit card you used to make a purchase. If you haven’t bought coins, you’ll need to provide your debit card information prior to redeeming cash.
This system is known as “Push-to-Card,” and its primary advantage is being much faster than a traditional bank transfer. I received my $100 payment six hours later, and you can expect to see your winnings delivered in 24 hours or less.
Later during the week, I requested a gift card prize worth 100 SC. Three hours after confirming my email, I received a $100 gift card code to my inbox. However, gift cards are normally sent in just 15 or 20 minutes. As for myself, I assume I caught Clubs Poker on a busier day than usual.
Here’s how Clubs Poker’s purchase options compare to four popular sweepstakes competitors:
Payment Method | Clubs Poker | Chumba Casino | Fortune Coins | High 5 Casino | Stake.us |
---|---|---|---|---|---|
Visa | ✅ | ✅ | ✅ | ✅ | ❌ |
Mastercard | ✅ | ✅ | ✅ | ✅ | ❌ |

Clubs Poker’s customer support options are mediocre at best. They’re missing live chat and phone support, so you’ll have to go through their email hotline or send a ticket. While I sent DMs on socials, I didn’t get a reply on Facebook, Instagram, or X.
I sent an email to [email protected] because I had a question about their GC freerolls. I noticed a response 6 hours later, but this isn’t the speediest email reply I’ve ever gotten. To their credit, our ensuing conversation was quick - they sent follow-up replies via email in five minutes.
I clicked the bottom-right “Help” tab to open Clubs Poker’s ticket request form. I was prompted to select an issue from the next screen, so I chose “General Concerns” to ask a question about their daily login rewards. I entered my subject line, name, and message before clicking “Send.” I got a reply 3 hours later
Neither option is sufficient to replace real-time conversation via chat, phone or social media, and I’d like to see these features added.
While I searched their website for an FAQ page, there’s no such option available at Clubs Poker. This is especially disappointing given that Clubs Casino has a dedicated FAQ section.
Clubs Poker is legal to use in 44 U.S. states and Washington, D.C. They don’t accept new users from Canada, outlying U.S. territories, or the following six states:
Idaho
Louisiana
Michigan
Montana
Nevada
Washington
I made a new account with Clubs Poker, verified my email, and received GC in just two minutes. I had no trouble completing their simple registration procedure, and I’m explaining each step for beginners here:
Create a new account: Click “Sign Up” at the top-right corner of Clubs Poker’s website. You’ll notice options to sign up with your Facebook or Google account, but I got started with my email address.
Enter personal details: If you’re registering your account independently, enter your email address and make a new password. Retype this password and tap “Sign Up” to proceed.
Verify your email address: Open your inbox and look for a new email from Clubs Poker. Enter your unique 6-digit authentication code on Clubs Poker’s website when prompted.
Agree to Clubs Poker’s terms: Read Clubs Poker’s Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Sweepstakes Rules using the provided hyperlinks. Once finished, tick all four boxes to agree with their terms and certify that you’re 18+ years old. Tap “Continue” to proceed.
Verify your phone number: While logged in, click the top-right menu button. Open your “Profile” settings and click “My Verifications.” Select “Verify” next to “Location” and type your mobile number. Enter the SMS code that appears to finish verifying your account.
After completing the above steps, I was left with 5,000 GC alongside 10 SC and GC free spins. Before redeeming SC prizes, you’ll be tasked with completing Clubs Poker’s KYC process. I’m explaining how I got verified in an upcoming section.
You can play games and participate in tournaments at Clubs Poker for free. Instead of using real money for wagering purposes, you’ll use Gold Coins or Sweeps Coins to play here. You can get free GC and SC through various promos, and I received 2,500 GC and 0.5 free SC every 24 hours.
I’m covering the most notable differences between Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins for newbies:
Gold Coins:
Gold Coins are used to play games for free at Clubs Poker.
GC can’t be redeemed for gift card prizes or cash.
You can get free GC from Clubs Poker’s no-deposit bonus and login rewards.
It’s possible to buy GC with real money if you’re running low.
If you’re primarily here to have fun, GC gameplay is what you’re after. Even though GC has no prize redemption value, it delivers free entertainment. No matter how many GC you win or lose, you can’t get any kind of real world prizes. You can keep the real-time action going for free by opting into Clubs Poker’s daily login reward.
Sweeps Coins:
SC are tokens used to participate in sweepstakes contests at Clubs Poker.
SC is given as a bonus with most GC purchases, but it can’t be bought outright.
Claim free SC by logging in every day and mailing out handwritten request envelopes.
SC won during gameplay is redeemable for cash/gift cards at a rate of 1 SC to $1 USD.
Promotional SC carries 1x wagering requirements before it can be redeemed for prizes.
Sweeps Coins are the only currency that can lead to cash prizes. While SC has no standalone value outside the existence of Clubs Poker, Sweeps Coins that you win during gameplay become redeemable for cash and gift card prizes.
This structure enables Clubs Poker to operate legally as a sweepstakes casino because you’re not using real money to bet on the poker table.
I found the redemption process very straightforward at Clubs Poker. That said, I’m not a huge fan of their 100 SC redemption minimum for e-gift card prizes. They also process cash transfers back to your debit card on file, meaning no bank transfers here.
Before redeeming a prize, you’ll need to complete the KYC process, which is a legal requirement.
I was able to finish verifying my identity in less than one minute. Clubs Poker doesn’t require a photocopy of your driver’s license, bank statement, or payment method verification before they approve redemptions. Instead, I simply had to enter the last four digits of my Social Security Number.
Moments later, the website refreshed automatically. I received a website notification stating that I was good to go. It was one of the fastest and easiest KYC processes I've experienced.
To get your ID verification out of the way, open your profile settings and toggle to “My Verifications.” Click “Verify” next to “Identity” and enter your SSN details when prompted.
Click “Continue” and wait to receive a message that you’ve been verified. I appreciate that KYC checks are performed automatically at Clubs Poker, as this prevented me from waiting 24 hours for a manual review of my documents. This is a pain point for users at sites like McLuck and Chumba.
Once you see the above screen, you’re ready to start redeeming prizes. Click out of the window, then open “Get Coins” and toggle to “Redeem.” Choose “Redeem for Gift Card” or “Redeem for Cash” to request your 100 SC prize.
Both gift card and cash payments are processed in less than 24 hours, which is a major selling point for Clubs Poker. They transfer cash back to your debit card rather than your bank account, allowing for faster processing and delivery speeds. I got my $100 payment delivered in 6 hours.
As mentioned, I requested another prize via gift card later on during the week. While I’ve gotten gift card prizes sent to my email in as little as 15 minutes, I waited for three hours before getting my code from Clubs Poker.
While their redemptions minimums are high, I very much appreciated the fast processing times for both verification and redemption.
Clubs Poker is a sweepstakes poker room, different from a traditional online gambling platform because they don’t take real money wagers. Instead, you must use Gold Coins (GC) or Sweeps Coins (SC) to play poker.
GC have no redemption value, but you can participate in sweepstakes contests with SC. Players that win at least 100 SC can redeem the winnings for cash or gift card prizes at a rate of $1 USD to 1 SC.
However, SC are worth nothing on their own because they’re viewed as tokens for contest participation.
This means that Clubs Poker is technically not offering any form of gambling, and is free to operate legally in 44 U.S. states, many of which prohibit online gambling.

Clubs Poker operates legally across 44 US states and Washington, D.C. They opened in July 2024 under the direction of KHK Games, Inc.
I’m glad to see that KHK Games, Inc. has its registered address at 2001 Market St., Suite 2500, Philadelphia, PA 19103. US-facing companies are normally more accountable than international iGaming brands, in my experience. Clubs Poker is developed by US citizens.
Clubs Poker has a sister site that appeals to casino enthusiasts. Four months after Clubs Poker went live, KHK Games opened Clubs Casino in November 2024.
Both sites are too new for a proper verdict from sites like TrustPilot. However, my gaming experience was safe and reliable across the board.
Clubs Poker requires all players to be 18 years of age before making a new account, and they use the last four digits of your Social Security Number (SSN) for identity verification purposes.
They handle purchases and redemptions through Checkout.com, a third-party provider that processes payments across 150 currencies for companies like Sony, Shein, and Sainsbury’s.
Last but not least, their responsible gameplay tools help user play safely and manage their time on the site.
Even though Clubs Poker is new on the scene, they’re shaping up to be a worthy competitor for Global Poker and Vivaro.us.
We use the same methodical process for every site we review, so our readers know exactly what to expect. We spend a full week exploring the site and playing games, with a minimum of two hours of research dedicated to each of the following five areas:
User Experience: We judge how a website feels to use on desktop and mobile devices. After creating new accounts, we navigate the interface and explore every corner of the site. Our team prioritizes casinos with comprehensive search filters, mobile friendly features, and simple, beginner friendly organization. If there is an app available, we download it.
Games: We test a minimum of 20 slots and table games at every casino we review. We prioritize casinos that work with reputable software providers, and we give higher ratings to platforms that specialize in a certain area (such as live gaming, online poker, or sports betting). Our ratings account for the general quality, quantity, and diversity of their library, compared with the competition.
Promotions and Bonuses: Starting with a casino’s no-deposit bonus, our experts find and claim every available promotion. We like platforms that feature social media giveaways, frequent tournaments, and generous daily login bonuses that include plenty of GC and SC. We show you how to claim each bonus and base ratings on both their value and how easy they are to obtain.
Purchase and Redemption: We go through the purchase and redemption procedure at each casino we review. Our experts document each platform’s purchase options, giving extra points to casinos that accept Apple Pay, GPay, cryptocurrencies or other e-wallets. We prioritize sites that offer low purchase minimums and quick redemptions via gift card.
Customer Support: Our team gets in touch with support using every contact option we’re able to find. We speak to agents through chat, email, phone, ticket, and/or social media when possible. After documenting reply times across the board, we consider how helpful their agents were in answering our inquiries. Most importantly, we like to see 24/7 live chat support.
Since 2005, World Sports Network (WSN) has become a one-stop-shop for the best casino and sports-related news online. We’ve been mentioned by Reuters, Forbes, CBS News, Entrepreneur, and the LA Times as a result of our tireless dedication to accuracy, authenticity, and impartiality.
We conduct first hand research for every site we review, forming original opinions for our readers. Our writers are casino fans first and foremost, and we love staying on top of the latest trends in the industry.
If we don’t like something about a casino, we explain what’s wrong and how it can be improved. We aren’t here to advertise anything, we simply want to share our observations and opinions with our readers.
Clubs Poker has a lot to like, but there are some areas for improvement too. First up, the bad news.
Their no-deposit offer and customer service options need improvement. They don’t give poker players any guaranteed Sweeps Coins off the bat, and their 5,000 GC and 20 free spins is more suited to casino players over at Clubs Casino.
I’d like to see Clubs Poker add 24/7 live chat and FAQ support to their existing line-up. They currently offer email and ticket support only, which doesn’t really cut it. Their 100 SC minimum redemption limit could also be lowered, at least for gift cards.
Now, for the good stuff – Clubs Poker provides an excellent variety of poker formats and tables, all of which can be played using either GC or SC. I came across hundreds of active players no matter what time of day I logged in.
They feature Ring Games, tournaments, Sit n’ Go tables, Spin n’ Go options, and special events. The organization of the software is excellent, equally efficient for beginners and more advanced players. I had no trouble finding events based on table size, game type, blind size and speed. They’ve made it easy to sign up, get KYC-verified, buy coins and redeem SC prizes.
Finally, I appreciated being able to claim 2,500 GC and 0.5 free SC every 24 hours. I can see the ongoing referral bonus being extremely valuable too.
Overall, Clubs Poker gets a thumbs-up from me. Click the link above to register a new account!
Clubs Poker gives players everything they need to protect themselves with industry-standard Responsible Gameplay tools. I found options to “Take A Break” and add daily gametime limits without contacting support. Open your profile and tap “Responsible Play” to launch their tools.
You can “Take A Break” from gameplay for 3 days, 7 days, 14 days, 30 days, three months, six months, one year, or permanently. If you request a permanent self-exclusion, support will reach out to confirm your decision independently. However, shorter breaks are entirely in your control.
If you’d like to restrict the amount of time you spend playing games each day, click “Daily Play Duration.” You can stay logged in for 1 hour, 2 hours, 4 hours, 6 hours, or 12 hours at a clip. If you exceed your play duration limits, Clubs Poker will log you out of the website automatically.
Last but not least, Clubs Poker sent me hourly activity reminders that showed how long I’d spent logged in. I didn’t see a way to turn these off, but I'm not complaining.
You can set daily, weekly, or monthly GC purchase limits by emailing [email protected]. All they’re missing is a way to set up SC play limits.
While Clubs Casino has a dedicated Responsible Gameplay Policy, I didn’t see any documents on Clubs Poker’s website specifically. I’d like to see Clubs Poker include a copy of their policies on both sites.
