Clubs Casino Promotions and Bonuses

It’s a bit of a mixed bag with the promos and Clubs Casino.

Clubs Casino’s no-deposit bonus could be improved, but their daily login promo delivers consistently generous rewards of both GC and SC. I’d like to see them include a referral bonus and VIP Program down the line.

That said, I never felt pressure to purchase coins while testing Clubs Casino, and there are enough promos to keep your supply of free coins going.

I opted into every promotion I could find, and I’m explaining how you can follow in my footsteps.

Welcome Offer

Clubs Casino is giving all new players 5,000 GC and 10 free GC spins to use on Zombie Circus after they create a new account and verify their email address with the site. Upon verifying your mobile phone number, you’ll earn 10 free SC spins (worth 0.10 SC each) to use on the same game.

In total, it took me less than five minutes to unlock the full promo, and I ended up with 5,000 GC in my account, plus 10 GC free spins and 10 SC free spins.

Ultimately, while some players may like the novelty of free spins, I would prefer to simply receive some SC off the bat, which I could use to play whatever game I want.

The total value of the bonus could also be improved. The 10 free SC spins are worth a total of 1 SC. Other sites, like Chumba Casino, give you substantially more GC and SC as a new player, with 2 million GC and 2 free SC.

First Purchase Offer

While Gold Coin purchases are optional, Clubs Casino incentivizes new users with a 100% discount if they spend $10 or $20. Here are the options:

  • 100,000 GC and 20 free SC for $10 instead of $20

  • 200,000 GC and 40 free SC for $20 instead of $40

This is a good, solid first purchase bonus. I went for the $10 option, and I immediately felt like I had a great platform of GC and SC to fully explore the casino, without breaking the bank. I also appreciate that there are two options, and that you get the same 100% whichever price point you choose.

You can click “Get Coins” and choose either package to claim this promo. You’ll see the red and purple promo tags highlighting each one in the list of packages.

Clubs Casino Bonus Code

Free Daily Reward

Clubs Casino’s daily login reward is consistent and valuable. I received 2,500 GC and 0.5 free SC each day just for signing into my account.

There’s no penalty if you miss a day, which is good for casual players. The flipside is that your reward never changes or grows over time, which is the case at some sites.

For instance, Chumba Casino’s login bonus starts with 50,000 GC + 0.25 SC on Day 1. If you log in for seven days in a row, you’ll earn 600,000 GC and 3 free SC on Day 7.

On the whole, I appreciate the consistency of Clubs Casino’s daily reward. I liked knowing that I was never more than 24 hours a day from getting some guaranteed GC and SC. This is the best and most reliable way of keeping your free coins topped up at Clubs Casino.

If you miss the pop up when you log in, you can click “Get Coins” and “Collect Now” next to their daily rewards to claim your free coins.

Social Media Giveaways

Clubs Casino occasionally host giveaways on social media, but without much frequency or consistency. They are fairly active on Facebook, Instagram, and X (Twitter), but they mostly post news about their latest games and other updates.

When they do host giveaways, they tend to be impressive: From November 27th to December 27th 2024, they partnered with Pragmatic Play to hand out 50,000 GC and 1,000 free SC in daily prizes on Sweet Bonanza Xmas.

However, offers like this feel like a one-off rather than a consistent addition to the experience and there were no giveaways for me to opt into during the week I spent testing Clubs Casino. I’d love to see them introduce a regular weekly giveaway, to keep fans engaged.

Mail-in Offers

You can submit handwritten SC requests to Clubs Casino, and you’ll receive 3 free SC for each envelope they accept. According to Section 3.2 of their Sweepstakes Rules, they accept a max of 50 requests per player per month. In total, you can get 150 free SC per month from requests - but that’s a lot of writing!

The process is also fairly convoluted. Click “Get Coins” and toggle to “Free Entry.” Next, tap “Start the Process” and write down your 12-digit Postal Request Code.

Each handwritten request must have a unique Postal Request Code, your full name, your email, your state of residence, and their quoted statement in order to be accepted.

Even though it takes a bit of effort, it’s a good way to get extra Sweeps Coins totally free. Or, for the cost of a stamp anyway.

Clubs Casino User Experience

Clubs Casino delivers a beginner-friendly user interface complete with neatly ordered games, easy-to-understand navigation features, and common-sense organization. Both their desktop and mobile website are equally easy to use, in my opinion.

While they don’t have much in the way of flashy graphics or animations, I appreciate simplicity and subscribe to the notion that less is (sometimes) more when it comes to designing a casino.

Clubs Casino Desktop Experience

Clubs Casino uses a darker background to enhance their colorful promotions and game icons. I’m a personal fan of their dark gray-and-blue interface, as it goes easy on the eyes.

Do I think their bonus banners need to be that large? No, but it’s better than the pop-up advertisements which some other casinos use, which I find really impacts the flow of playing. Overall, I appreciate that Clubs Casino keeps the focus mostly on the games themselves.

Clubs Casino isn’t reinventing the wheel, and if you’ve ever played on a sweeps casino before, the basic layout will be familiar.

From the “Home” section you can view your recently played games, access your Favorited titles, and explore Clubs Casino’s latest promotions from the top header. I could flip from GC to SC mode using the toggle, and buying Gold Coins felt similarly easy.

The “Get Coins” section is where you can make purchases, collect daily login rewards, grab one-time Postal Request Codes for handwritten request envelopes, redeem prizes, or view your win/loss history. I like how they have collected all of these features in one location.

Opening the main menu at the top-right corner reveals your profile settings and a link to their promotions. You can finish their KYC verification process, update your responsible gameplay limits, and view your gameplay history. I also found a nifty option to show or hide my balance, which I haven’t seen at other sites.

Clubs Casino’s gaming menu isn’t the largest in the world, and it’s easy to browse thanks to some intelligent search features. I always appreciate the ability to save my “Favorite” games for later, which you can do here. There is a search bar to look for specific games, and a selection of filters that lets you narrow down the menu.

The only thing missing is a way to sort or filter by software providers, which would be a nice addition. Generally speaking, I’m very happy with the experience playing at Clubs Casino on my laptop.

Clubs Casino Mobile Experience

Clubs Casino doesn’t host a downloadable app for iOS or Android devices, but they’ve designed their platform with mobile users in mind. I logged in using Google Chrome on my iPhone 16, and I was happy to see they’ve kept their interface largely unchanged between desktop and mobile.

Their promotional banners, game icons and settings are sized appropriately for smaller screens. I used their bottom menu to search for games, buy Gold Coins, and launch my account settings with one hand. Everything loaded nice and fast on my phone, and I never felt like the mobile technology hampered my enjoyment of the site.

A Clubs Casino app would be a nice addition, so I didn’t have to manually open a new tab on my mobile browser to play. For now, I’m satisfied with the mobile experience.

Clubs Casino primarily appeals to casual slot players and beginners. Their selection is provided by the following software providers:

  • Pragmatic Play

  • NetGaming

  • Relax Gaming

  • Hacksaw

It’s a small selection, but these four are among the best designers in the sweepstakes industry, and include many of the industry's most popular games, like Sugar Rush and the Big Bass series.

However, beyond slots the menu is looking pretty thin. You can find two blackjack tables, a single baccarat game, Hi-Lo, Plinko, and one scratch card. Clubs Casino doesn’t feature live dealer games, roulette, or video poker. They are also missing progressive jackpots in the slot collection.

If you’re looking for a deep menu of classic casino games, you won’t find it here.

Slot Games

Clubs Casino’s selection of 175 slots is small but mighty. Like the menu in general, it is definitely below average in terms of numbers among sweepstakes casinos. Sites like Wow Vegas and McLuck casino blow it out of the water, for instance.

However, the quality is high, with all the games coming from excellent software providers. Their condensed collection features 15 Hold & Spin machines, 19 Megaways from Pragmatic Play, ten bonus buy slots and nine tumbling slots.

One upside of having a smaller menu is that it tends to be easy to browse and feel comfortable with the options, and that is exactly the case here. I found the search and filtering options worked perfectly, and I liked saving my favorite games for later.

I played Touchdown Treasures to kick things off (pun intended), which is Clubs Casino’s newest title from NetGaming. This single-reel machine works a bit differently than traditional slots. You have to land a football jersey, golden helmet, and/or championship trophy to win.

If you land the same symbol five times without seeing the penalty whistle appear, you receive a series of escalating prizes. If you want to unlock this game’s Grand Prize, you have to land five footballs, five helmets, and five jerseys. If the slots lands on the whistle, you erase all your progress.

It was an unexpected change of pace, and shows that Clubs Casino is committed to providing both classic games and more modern, innovative slots. I liked that I was given control over when I would “Collect”, adding an element of strategy beyond just spinning the reels.

I also enjoyed TNT Tumble from Relax Gaming. This unique machine runs on explosives, as you’ll need to connect dynamite sticks with matching combinations to earn coins. TNT closest to the gems will explode first, and the remaining symbols fall into place for potential re-trigger wins.

Yet again, I was impressed by Clubs Casino’s willingness to go the extra mile with original ideas.

I also tested out some of the classics I was already familiar with, including Big Bass Hold & Spinner and Buffalo King Megaways. They performed perfectly, and balanced out the more niche games on the menu.

My only major complaint here is the lack of progressive jackpots, which would elevate the slot selection at Clubs Casino.

Table Games

I found two virtual blackjack tables and one baccarat game at Clubs Casino. They’ve teamed up with Pragmatic Play to host American Blackjack, and they offer Dare2Win Baccarat from Hacksaw Gaming. Relax Gaming’s final table, Blackjack Plus, promises a modern experience.

Overall, it’s a pretty small selection that I'd like to see Clubs Casino expand, starting with roulette and video poker.

I enjoyed realistic graphics while testing American Blackjack, where I faced off against the virtual dealer on a blue, felt table. I was able to play three hands at once.

Most of the work was done for me, as I got two blackjacks immediately. I hit a pair of aces and watched my third hand’s final value reach 11/21. I spent 1,000 GC on each hand and pocketed a total of 7,000 GC for my efforts.

I was less impressed with the graphics on the baccarat table, but I still had fun with fast-paced action and simple controls. Still, if you were hoping for a casino-style baccarat setting, you may be disappointed.

Overall, there is definitely room for improvement in the table games section.

Live Dealer Games

Clubs Casino doesn’t host any live dealer games at the moment. High 5 Casino and McLuck are better options for those looking for live games.

H5C hosts five live blackjack tables and one roulette game. McLuck goes the extra mile with 16 live tables, card games and TV game shows.

Other Games

There’s no dedicated section for other games at Clubs Casino, but I found three specialty titles while browsing “All Casino Games.” They’ve teamed up with Hacksaw Gaming to feature Hi-Lo and Plinko, which I found pretty fun but basic.

Beyond those options, you can scratch “Lucky Numbers x16” in search of big GC or SC wins.

Each ticket costs 3 GC or SC, respectively. If you have all three winning numbers on your ticket, you’ll earn 250,000 GC or 250,000 SC depending on your chosen, in-game currency.

Like with table games, this selection feels like something of an afterthought at Clubs Casino.

Clubs Casino Payments

There’s no requirement to spend real money at Clubs Casino and you can play all the games for free using GC and SC.

I received 5,000 GC and 20 free spins as soon as I signed up, and I got 2,500 GC and 0.5 free SC every single day during my week of testing.

However, it’s possible to buy GC with cash if you’re running low or just want to top up your account. You get free bonus SC with most GC purchases, too.

Here’s a quick overview:

Clubs Casino Payment Details
Payment methodsVISA, MasterCard, Discover, AMEX, Google Pay, Apple Pay (on mobile)
Minimum purchase$2.00
Maximum purchase$500.00
Minimum prize redemption100 SC
Prize redemption timeInstant - 24 hours (gift card), 1-5 days (cash)

You can buy GC with VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover, and Google Pay on all platforms. Additionally, iOS gamers can pay using Apple Pay. It’s a decent selection, but it would be nice to see an e-wallet like Skrill added, as well as bank transfer purchases.

Their $2 purchase minimum is fairly beginner-friendly. I’ve seen lower minimum purchases - McLuck lets players buy GC from just $0.99 - but plenty of sites start their packages at $4.99, like Jefebt for instance.

Their one-time purchase bonus delivers a 100% boost when you spend either $10 or $20, which is a good offer.

My experience with buying GC at Clubs Casino was no different from purchasing something on Amazon.

To get started, click “Get Coins” and choose your preferred GC package. I clicked “$10” next to the bundle labeled “Exclusive Offer - First Time Purchase Only.” After selecting “Confirm,” I was redirected to Checkout.com to complete my payment.

I entered my name, card number, expiry date, and CVV code before clicking “Pay US $10.00.” The 100,000 GC and 20 free SC hit my account immediately after refreshing the website.

Redemptions are processed via cash transfer and gift card, but you have to win 100 SC for either method. I’d like to see Clubs Casino lower their 100 SC redemption minimum down to something like 10 SC for gift card prizes. McLuck, Chumba, Hello Millions, and many other casinos make it much easier for beginners to redeem low-stakes prizes than Clubs Casino.

Any SC you earn as part of Clubs Casino’s bonuses is subject to 1x playthrough requirements, meaning you must spend your SC on gameplay at least once before it can be redeemed for prizes. Each SC that you win holds $1 in prizeout value.

I requested my first prize via gift card, and I received a code to my email address within a couple of hours. Later on during the week, I requested a cash prize using “Push-to-Card.” Unlike bank transfers, “Push-to-Card” payments are sent to your debit card, usually in 24 hours’ time or less.

Just six hours after submitting an initial request, I got a notification from my banking app informing me that the $115 I redeemed had hit my account.

Clubs Casino Customer Support

Clubs Casino could improve its customer support, most notably by adding live chat support.

At the moment, they offer email and ticket-based support, as well as FAQs. There’s no way to speak with anyone in real-time, as they’re missing a live chat feature and phone hotline. Though I tried reaching out through Facebook, Instagram, and X, I never got a response from their agents on social media.

I launched their FAQ from the website footer, and I was quickly redirected to Clubs’ Help Center. You’ll find lots of useful information in their FAQs, including a simple guide for how sweepstakes gaming works, details on SC redemptions and more. If you’re a DIY-er like me, you’ll be happy with the level of detail.

I also sent a support ticket by clicking the “Support” tab at the bottom-right of their Help Center. Alternatively you can also click “Contact Us” from the website footer to file a support ticket, which is arguably the easier way to do things.

I entered my email, created a subject line, drafted a message, added my residential state, and clicked “Submit.” I got an email reply from a real person 12 hours later.

For comparison’s sake, I sent a direct email to [email protected] and got a reply in 24 hours’ time. It seems like submitting a support ticket is the quicker way to get noticed

Either way, it’s no substitute for live chat support and I'd like to see Clubs Casino add it.

Where is Clubs Casino Legal?

Clubs Casino is legal to use in 44 U.S. states and the District of Columbia. They don’t accept new players from outlying U.S. territories, Canada, or the following six locations:

  • Idaho

  • Louisiana

  • Michigan

  • Montana

  • Nevada

  • Washington

How to Sign Up for Clubs Casino

I made a new account with Clubs Casino in just two minutes. They’ve made it easy for beginners to get started with heavily guided instructions every step of the way. I’m explaining how I signed up and got free coins:

  1. Create a new account: Click “Sign Up” at the top-right corner of Clubs Casino’s website. You can opt to register with your Google or Facebook account to save time, but I signed up with my email address.

  2. Enter personal details: If you’re making a new account from scratch, enter your email and create a new password. Re-type your password and click “Continue.”

  3. Verify your email address: Open your inbox and look for a new message from Clubs Casino. If it doesn’t arrive momentarily, check your spam or promo folder. When prompted, type the six-digit code from their verification email on their website.

  4. Agree to Clubs Casino’s terms: Click “Continue” to proceed, then read Clubs Casino’s Terms and Conditions. Once finished, check all four boxes and click “Sign Up.” Create your display name and click “Submit” to finish creating your new account.

  5. Verify your phone number: Open your profile settings, click “My Verifications” and select “Verify” under the box labeled “Location.” Enter your mobile number and pick your state of residence from the menu. Check the box to agree with Clubs Casino’s Sweeps Rules. Click “Continue” and retype your SMS code on their website to confirm your cell number. This step is necessary to unlock your full no deposit bonus.

After completing the above steps, I was left with 5,000 GC along with 10 SC and GC free spins.

I received 5,000 GC + 10 free GC spins to use on Zombie Circus after signing up and verifying my email address. It wasn’t until I verified my phone number that I claimed 10 free SC spins on the same game. Each spin is worth 0.1 SC, giving new players a total of 1 free SC in bonuses.

Prior to redeeming SC prizes, you’ll need to finish Clubs Casino’s KYC process, which I’ll explain in an upcoming section.

Obtaining Coins at Clubs Casino

You can play games at Clubs Casino without spending a dime. Instead of real money, you use Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins to place bets. You can get both for free through various bonuses, including an extra 2,500 GC + 0.5 free SC every 24 hours.

Check out the main differences between GC and SC at Clubs Casino below:

Gold Coins:

  • Gold Coins are used to play games for free.

  • GC can’t be redeemed for cash or gift card prizes.

  • You can get free GC from Clubs Casino’s no-deposit bonus and daily login reward.

  • You can purchase Gold Coins with real money if you’re running low.

Gold Coins are the better choice for players who just want to play games for fun, and don’t care about winning real money prizes. They are like play-money at real money casinos. Although you can purchase extra GC if you want, Clubs Casino’s daily login reward kept my GC balance stacked all week.

Sweeps Coins:

  • When you play games with Sweeps Coins, you are technically participating in sweepstakes contests at Clubs Casino.

  • You can get free SC through various promos, including by logging in every day and mailing handwritten request envelopes.

  • SC is given as a gift with most GC purchases, but it can’t be bought outright.

  • SC won during gameplay is redeemable for cash/gift cards at a rate of 1 SC to $1 USD.

  • Promotional SC carries 1x wagering requirements before it can be redeemed for prizes.

If you want to participate in sweepstakes contests at Clubs Casino, you’ll need to play with SC.

Although it has no monetary value as a standalone item, SC becomes redeemable for prizes if you win it during gameplay. This model is why Clubs Casino is considered a sweepstakes casino rather than a real money gambling platform

How to Redeem Prizes at Clubs Casino

I found it simple to redeem my Sweeps Coins for prizes at Clubs Casino. While I’m not a fan of their 100 SC redemption minimum, they’ve simplified their KYC and prize-out procedure for beginners.

Clubs Casino processes gift card prizes and cash transfers using “Push-to-Card.”  You’ll need to complete the KYC process before you can request a redemption.

I finished verifying my identity in less than a minute, as they didn’t require me to upload a picture of my driver’s license. Instead, I was prompted to reveal the last four digits of my Social Security Number (SSN). 45 seconds later, the site refreshed and I was told that my ID had been verified.

It’s one of the easiest KYC experiences I’ve ever had. I wish more casinos would do whatever Clubs Casino are doing, instead of asking me for a filing cabinet full of documents and selfies.

You can complete the process by selecting “My Verifications” from the sidebar. Just click the “Verify” button and follow the simple steps.

Once finished, you can request a redemption from the “Get Coins” section, which feels a little counterintuitive.

My redemption experience was similarly simple. I would put it on par with what I’m used to at other sites, save for the high 100 SC minimum for both gift cards and cash transfers.

Gift cards are sent to your email address on file in as little as 15 minutes, but I waited one hour before noticing a $100 prize appear in my inbox. Cash prizes are sent to your debit card on file in 24 hours or less. Clubs Casino utilizes “Push-to-Card,” rather than traditional bank transfers, which seems to be processed faster in my experience.

As I mentioned earlier, I received a $115 payment just six hours after submitting my original request.

Overall, I’m happy with how easy it is to redeem prizes and beginners will have no trouble understanding the process.

What’s the Difference Between Clubs Casino and a Real Money Casino?

Clubs Casino is different from a real money gambling site because you’re not spending money to play casino games. Instead, you’re using Gold Coins (GC) to play for fun or Sweeps Coins (SC) to participate in sweepstakes contests.

GC has no prize redemption value, but players that earn at least 100 SC during gameplay can redeem their winnings for cash or gift card prizes. Clubs Casino assigns $1 USD in prize value to each SC. However, SC are worth nothing on their own and you can’t deposit or withdraw money to your Clubs Casino account, in the same way as a regular casino.

Their classification as a sweepstakes casino allows Clubs Casino to operate legally in 44 U.S. states, many of which prohibit traditional online gambling sites.

Clubs Casino legally accepts players from 44 U.S. states and the District of Columbia. They launched under the direction of KHK Games, Inc., with a registered address at 2001 Market St., Suite 2500, Philadelphia, PA, 19103.

Clubs Casino has a sole sister site geared towards sweepstakes poker players. Clubs Poker opened shop in July 2024, and Clubs Casino followed suit just four months later in November 2024

Both sites are still relatively new, and therefore don’t have much traction yet on sites like TrustPilot. Personally, my experience has felt safe and reliable so far, and all the signs are positive.

You must be 18+ years old to sign up at Clubs Casino. They require the last four digits of your Social Security Number for identity verification before they can approve SC prize redemptions.

All the titles at Clubs Casino are designed by four well respected software providers. Relax Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetGaming and Hacksaw Gaming test all their games using a random number generator.

Clubs Casino accepts a number of secure payment methods, including Apple Pay and Google Pay. Your personal and financial information is protected with 256-bit encryption.

Last but not least, their responsible gaming policies are on-par with industry leaders such as Chumba Casino. Everything looks pretty good to me.

How We Rate Sweepstakes Casinos

For every review, we aim to deliver a big-picture overview that documents each casino’s strengths and weaknesses from the perspective of a regular player. In order to do our best work, we take one week to assess and analyze each casino.

Our team spends two hours researching each of the following five areas:

  1. User Experience: Our team evaluates how a website feels to use on multiple devices. After signing up, we look for comprehensive search filters and common-sense menus that enhance the usability of their website. We love to see a beginner-friendly sign-up process, a downloadable app for iOS/Android, and unique design touches that help the casino stand out from the crowd.

  2. Games: We play a minimum of 20 slots and table games at every casino we review. If a platform chooses their games from reputable software providers like Pragmatic Play, we give them extra points. We like to see casinos offering live dealer games. We love sites that host a poker room or social sports betting. Our ratings account for quality, quantity, and originality in the gaming menu.

  3. Promotions and Bonuses: Beginning with a platform’s no-deposit bonus, our experts find and opt into every promotion being offered by a particular casino. We prioritize platforms that list VIP benefits, promise generous daily login rewards, feature on-site tournaments, and feature giveaways on social media. We show you how to claim each bonus and rate how valuable it is for the average player.

  4. Purchase and Redemption: We buy GC, play games, and redeem SC prizes for cash when possible. Our team documents each casino’s available payment options, as well as purchase and redemption limits. We give higher ratings to sites that accept PayPal, Apple Pay, GPay, e-wallets and/or crypto. We base our verdict on how easy it is to make purchases and redemptions and walk our readers through every step of the process.

  5. Customer Support: Our team gets in touch with actual support agents however we can. We speak to representatives via chat, email, ticket, phone, and social media if possible. We prioritize casinos that offer 24/7 chat support, but we document each agent’s response times across the board. Lastly, we base our ratings on the general efficiency of the communication.

Why You Should Trust Us

Here at WSN, we’re proud to produce original, accurate and honest reviews of sportsbooks, casinos and sweepstakes casinos. Since 2005, we’ve been featured by the likes of Reuters, CBS News, Forbes, Entrepreneur and the LA Times.

Our goal is to help our readers make better decisions. For every review, our experts register, play games, and test features over a minimum of one week. We bring decades of experience to the table, enabling us to spot red flags from a mile away.

We’re not in the business of sugarcoating the truth, so what you see is exactly what you get at WSN. We only endorse casinos we’d be glad to use on our own.

Clubs Casino Final Verdict

Clubs Casino is still young as far as sweepstakes casinos are concerned, and I found plenty to like already during my Clubs Casino review. At the same time, I believe some areas need improvement.

First up, I wish they’d give players more guaranteed SC as part of their no-deposit bonus. The 10 free spins - worth a total of 1 SC - just don’t cut the mustard compared with other top sites.

I also believe their 100 SC redemption minimum for gift cards is far too high. Many casinos allow beginners to redeem 10 SC in the form of a virtual gift card, but Clubs Casino isn’t one of them.

The gaming menu is ideal for slots fans, casual players and beginners. With 175 games from Pragmatic Play, NetGaming, Relax Gaming and Hacksaw, you’re getting excellent variety and a manageable menu.

On the flipside, live dealer games are not available and they could improve their range of virtual table games. More experienced players may find the selection one-dimensional.

Their website is a pleasure to use on both desktop and mobile. From signing up to getting KYC verified and purchasing coins, Clubs Casino gives beginners everything they need to succeed. I would like to see them add 24/7 chat support, but I received fast responses via email and ticket.

Overall, Clubs Casino gets a thumbs up from me, with the expectation that they keep growing and improving in the future. To try it out for yourself, click our link above to sign up now.

Responsible Gameplay

I’m happy to report that Clubs Casino provides a solid selection of responsible gaming tools.

They give you the option to set daily play duration limits or take a break from gameplay entirely. You can find these options in the Responsible Play section of your Profile.

I was able to log myself out automatically after 1 hour, 2 hours, 4 hours, 6 hours, or 12 hours of daily gameplay. I also saw options to “Take A Break” for 3 days, 7 days, 14 days, 30 days, three months, six months, one year, or permanently. I like that you can set these up without contacting support.

If you’d like to set daily, weekly, or monthly GC purchase limits, you’ll have to send a message to [email protected].

Their Responsible Gameplay Policy, accessible via the website footer, clearly explains how to use each of their self-serve tools. They mention a default monthly purchase limit of $2,000 for any unverified accounts. This limit climbs up to $10,000 per month for KYC-verified accounts.

They occasionally conduct “source of wealth” checks to ensure that players aren’t buying GC above their means. If you’re sharing a device with someone who’s underage, they encourage you to install Cybersitter or NetNanny. Either software allows you to enable parental controls.

I appreciate how Clubs Casino takes the time to discuss safe gameplay tips, explain how RNG testing works, debunk misconceptions about social gaming, and provide a self-assessment for struggling players. They also link out to Gaming Addicts Anonymous, the FCAA and the NFCC

WSN shares Clubs Casino’s commitment to player safety. Our Responsible Gambling Center explains how to play safely and responsibly. If you’re struggling to maintain control over your gaming habits, please read “Do You Have A Gambling Problem?”

Finally, we link to responsible gambling tools and resources for casino players in all fifty states.
