The design of the site uses a palette of blue and gold against a white background, giving it a clean and airy feel. It closely follows the aesthetic of the real money BetRivers casino platform, so it will feel familiar if you’ve ever played there before.

On the Casino4Fun side (social casino), information is organized along the top of the page. This includes the Help Center, Virtual Credits balance, the VC Store, and My Account. Below this header is another one dividing their game selection into categories as well as by game developer.

BetRivers.net Mobile App

While BetRiver’s social casino doesn’t have a separate app, I tried the mobile version of their website on both an iPad and iPhone 14. The mobile version can be played in both portrait and landscape mode, with the only difference being that some of the links at the top of the screen move to the bottom in portrait mode.

I preferred the mobile site for two reasons. First, being able to play with a mobile device, even via browser, on a high-quality mobile site essentially provides the same portability and convenience as an app. Second, the overall performance felt smoother with crisper graphics and faster loading times on my small but powerful devices.

Although I had a positive playing experience on both the desktop and mobile sites, it would be great to see BetRivers’s Casino4Fun site offer an app similar to the BetRivers Sportsbook app that they offer for real-money gambling. I have to admit, there was a minute there where I confused the two when I went searching for their social app in the App Store, and I want to prevent other players from making the same mistake!

The offerings are mostly made up of slot titles but there is a decent variety of both table games and live dealers too. In terms of gaming variety, BetRivers.net is easily one of the best social sites I’ve ever played on.

Slot games make up the majority of BetRivers.net games, with 755 different titles. 

Nine game developers have partnered with the site, and they’re listed in the bar of game icons near the top of the screen. I like that this feature allows you to search for a particular developer by clicking on their icon. 

I was happy to see Pragmatic Play, a big name in online casino games, lead the slot selection with 240 titles. There are some newer, up-and-coming developers too, like 3 Oaks and Red Tiger. Titles that are exclusive to BetRivers.net are flagged with a yellow “Exclusive” banner on their thumbnail picture.

Most of the slot games have demo versions, a feature I love. Even though I’m not betting with real money on BetRivers.net, I like to explore a game without wagering before I decide to play it. 

I also like that BetRivers.net has included a chat feature with their games. On the right side of the screen, you can live chat with other players. If you don’t feel like chatting, you can always minimize this feature by clicking the small blue arrow on the left of the chat screen. 

This is a fun extra that really adds to the “social” in social casino. I’d love to see it adopted more widely across other social and sweepstakes sites, or even traditional real money platforms. For me, it made the overall experience more communal.

Live games are also not listed in the banner of game category icons that runs across the top of the page.

This scattered organization is definitely an opportunity for improvement for BetRivers.net casino. Live dealer games are a popular part of online casinos, and it would be great if they were highlighted as such.

BetRivers.net social casino lists a selection of 40 table games. However, since they group the table games and live games together, I counted 18 games that were strictly RNG or animated table games. The selection of table games is good, with some games I don’t usually see on social casinos. I had fun trying to teach myself how to play War before going on to explore the other games.

Directly contacting someone on BetRivers.net is a bit more limited than at other sweepstakes casinos, with email being the only method provided. I find it surprising in 2024 to see a casino without a live chat feature, as players have come to expect immediate support from their favorite platforms. This is a must-have feature for any top-rated US sweepstakes casino.

I emailed BetRivers.net support team when I didn’t see the 250 Welcome Bonus credits added to my account. I received a response within three hours. The support agent was friendly and added my bonus credits, no questions asked, so I’m happy with the quality of service I received.

The first is their Terms of Service, which I recommend reading and which is directly linked on this page. It’s essentially agreeing that you’re over 18 years of age, your personal info is accurate, and you are the only one using your account. How to Redeem Prizes at BetRivers.net

Because BetRivers.net is a social casino intended for entertainment only. They don’t offer cash or prize redemptions like some other sites. Virtual Credits are the only currency used on the site and, although they can be purchased, they can’t be redeemed for any kind of prize, nor do they have any real-world value. 

In addition to VC, they also offer Play Points to every player that can only be redeemed for more games and bonuses on the BetRivers.net site. You’ll find your Play Points balance and available rewards by clicking on My Account and looking for the tab called Rewards Center.
