BCGAME.us has a selection of interesting promotions, but they are undermined by the fact that I couldn’t get any free Gold Coins and Sweeps Cash. The only route to claiming any promos - or even play games - is to first purchase coins.

As a social casino, I expected BC.GAME would give me the ability to play for free, so it's a big disappointment that it isn't the case. As a relatively new casino, I'm hoping they fix this soon.

There are plenty of promotions available on the site, but nearly all of them are connected to how much you play or how far along you are in their VIP Club. Plus, you need to have already made a purchase in order to take advantage of these offers in the first place. For me, this defeats the point of sweepstakes gaming, where players should be able to participate without spending money. 

On top of that, it’s not just that you have to spend money to activate these promos, but once you do, they become locked and can only be unlocked with further activity. 

Compared with other popular sweeps casinos, my experience with promotions at BCGAME.us simply felt like an uphill battle and left me very frustrated.

Welcome Offer

Unfortunately, BCGAME.us doesn’t have a welcome bonus for new players, which was a big surprise to me. In my experience with sweepstakes casinos, there’s usually some kind of guaranteed promo, whether it’s a no-deposit bonus or even just a login reward. It’s something I’ve come to expect, especially as the whole point of sweepstakes casinos is to provide free gaming with no purchase required. 

After signing up, I went to the bonus section and saw two bonuses available for verifying your account through phone number and Telegram. Altogether, it was only 3 SC, but it was still better than nothing. I completed the steps, entered the codes, and assumed that it would be added to my account.

However, when I returned to the site, I noticed that the SC hadn’t been added to my balance. Instead, I found it under “Locked SC” in the Rakeback section. After looking at the fine print, I found that I’d need to play through 1,500 SC just to unlock that 3 SC. 

Honestly, it felt misleading. They make it seem like you’re being rewarded for verifying your account, but the reward still isn’t usable. The only way to play that much is by making a purchase.

BCGAME.us has a VIP Club that is made up of five main tiers that have increasingly better benefits. Each tier is made up of different levels. You begin at VIP 1 in the Bronze Tier and level up by earning XP through gameplay. A progress bar on the “VIP Club” page shows exactly how much XP you need to reach the next level. The amount of gameplay needed for XP isn't clearly stated on the platform, but you’ll need to play through hundreds of SC to earn just a few XP.

Buy Bonus

BCGAME.us gives you increasingly better boosts on your first four purchases. Although I was disappointed by the welcome bonus, it was nice to see another promotion designed for new players to kick off their gaming. Ideally, I would have liked it if it wasn’t based on purchases, but it’s a decent way to add value to what you were going to spend anyway.

• First Purchase: If you make your purchase within seven minutes of registration, you get a 300% bonus. If not, you’re still getting 180%. It is capped at 20,000 SC.

• Second Purchase: You’ll get a 240% boost. The maximum amount of SC is 40,000 SC.

• Third Purchase: The third purchase will give you a 300% up to a maximum of 60,000 SC.

• Fourth Purchase: Lastly, you can receive a 360% boost, which is capped at 100,000 SC.

I missed the seven-minute window for my first purchase, but the 180% boost was still a good starting point. I went for the $25 package, where you’d normally receive 250,000 GD and 25 free SC, but with the boost, it was 700,000 GD and 70 SC.

Usually, I only see a boosted or discounted offer on your first purchase at sweepstakes casinos, so I was happy to see it spread across the first four.

Quest Hub

Players can take part in challenges through the “Quest Hub” for the chance to win SC. It’s simple to participate. You just go to the “Bonuses” page at the top-right corner of the site and click “Claim” on the “Quests” icon. Here, you’ll find your daily and weekly quests.

On my first day, I had the following quests to give you an example of what to expect:

Many platforms offer similar promos, but the tasks are often so unachievable that it feels pointless to participate. Here, the challenges are realistic.

Roll Competition

The Roll Competition at BGame.us is a high-stakes game that runs just for ten minutes a day, and if you’re a VIP 3 or above, you can get one shot at it every day. I love how simple this BCGAME.us promo is. You’re not spending coins or gaming a lot; it’s just one click for the chance at a bonus.

Here’s how it works. Between 02:00 and 02:10 UTC, eligible players can spin once a day to receive a random number from 0 to 999. The higher the score, the better, with 999 being the top possible score. After ten minutes, the top ten highest scorers are ranked and rewarded. If multiple players roll the same score, the ranking is based on the time of the roll.

SC Rakeback

BCGAME.us has a Rakeback system for unlocking SC. While you might verify your phone number for SC, it is not immediately usable and becomes “Locked SC” under the Rakeback section. You can only earn it back through gameplay. 

Here’s how it works. Whenever you play games on the platform, some of your entries will go toward unlocking your SC. It uses the following formula: Unlocked SC = Play Amount x 1% x 20%. For example, if you wager 1,000 SC, you’ll only unlock 2 SC. It’s not exactly fast progress. The more you play, the more you unlock, but unless you’re playing frequently or high stakes, it doesn’t add up to much.

Once unlocked, your SC enters a “treasure box” and becomes available to claim after 00:00 UTC. There’s a 24-hour window to grab it, or it disappears. Not only is it a huge grind to unlock, but on top of that, you have a limited timeframe to actually claim it. 

Honestly, it feels to me like BCGAME.us is making it as hard as possible for players to receive any bonuses of GD or SC. You don’t receive any free bonuses, and when you work your way to earning one, it ends up locked away behind a restrictive system.

BC Bank

BC Bank is described as a reward system that gives you ongoing bonuses the more you play; however, it feels more like another way to lock up your rewards. The idea is that when you complete tasks, rakeback, and other promotions, your bonuses get put in the BC Bank rather than your balance. From there, they’re unlocked every eight hours, with three chances per day to claim what you’ve earned.

You then have 24 hours to claim the unlocked reward. Again, the limited time seems unnecessary, especially since you’ve already put in the time and effort to get to that point. It is also tied to your VIP level. The higher your level, the faster the unlock timer gets.

Honestly, I don’t really understand the point of the system. It just feels like another hoop that you have to jump through to get a bonus that you should have just received in the first place.

BCGAME.us User Experience

BCGAME.us is the sweepstakes version of the popular crypto casino. While I appreciated how sleek and modern it was, it’s clearly more of a copy rather than a properly adapted website with little thought for sweepstakes gaming itself.

Desktop

Looking at BCGAME.us, it’s exactly what I’d expected from a crypto-sweepstake casino. It has a sleek, polished design suited to a platform representing modern online gaming. The interface is smooth, responsive, and fast. Pages load quickly, switching between sections is fast, and the games run well.
At first, I found the platform slightly confusing, not because of the layout but as some of the promotions and banners seemed out of place. I started noticing that certain promos were in dollars and actually meant for BC.Game, the crypto casino, rather than BCGAME.us, the sweepstakes version.

It didn’t take long to realize that the platform isn’t a standalone build but rather a mirrored version of the main crypto casino. That does mean that you get the benefit of the sleek, well-designed interface that has been developed over the years. However, it also brings over some features and promos that don’t apply to the sweepstakes casino. 

Personally, I found this to be a bit lazy. Instead of tailoring the experience specifically for sweepstakes players, it feels like BCGAME.us was quickly remade from the original site without much thought into adapting it properly.

Despite that, there were a number of things that impressed me about the platform. For one, it’s available in 30 different languages. That’s not something you see every day, especially in sweepstakes gaming, where most sites stick to English and maybe Spanish in a couple of cases.

The site is clear and easy to navigate. The left-hand sidebar shows the main features of the platform. It’s also collapsible if you prefer a cleaner look. Each section opens in a drop-down style, and I appreciated how neatly organized it was for quick access to everything you need.

A small touch that I thought was cool is that you can switch between dark and light mode at the bottom of the left-hand menu. It’s not a game-changer feature, but it’s one of those little details that shows they’ve given the user the choice to tailor it to their preferences.

At the top of the screen, you can toggle between GD and SC mode, as well as the balance. Right next to that is the “Buy” button, where you can make purchases and redemptions. There is a small gift icon on the right of this, which takes you to the bonuses. I found that this was where the actual sweepstakes bonuses were, rather than under “Promotions” in the left menu, which had offers from the standard crypto-casino.

Exploring the game collection was a breeze, and I especially liked how easy it was to sort by software provider. BCGAME.us doesn’t have a dedicated mobile app, which was a little surprising considering how modern and tech-savvy the platform is. You’d think a crypto-sweepstakes casino would be ahead of the curve in that area. However, it’s pretty rare to find sweepstakes casinos to have an app, so it’s not out of the ordinary.

Fortunately, you can access the platform through a mobile browser on your phone. I tried it out using my phone’s browser and was impressed by how smoothly it ran. The layout adjusts well to the smaller screen with no compromise on quality. I was able to explore the platform and play games without any issues. Everything responded quickly, and the games loaded without any delay. It worked just as well overall as the desktop site.

The best thing about using the platform from my mobile browser was the convenience. You’re not tied to a laptop or computer but can access the site easily from the palm of your hand. Personally, I found myself using the mobile version more than I expected because it made the experience more integrated into my day, and casual gameplay felt effortless.

Still, I’d like to see a proper BCGAME.us app at some point. BCGAME.us already feels like a modern platform, especially because of the combination of crypto and sweepstakes gaming, so having a dedicated app would fit right into the experience.

Games are supplied by 22 different providers. I had never seen some of them before at sweepstakes casinos, which was good as I often feel like I’m always playing the same old games.

Unfortunately, BCGAME.us doesn’t have any live dealer games. I wasn’t too surprised as most sweepstakes casinos don’t have live dealer titles, but it is slowly becoming more common. Hopefully, they’ll add a few options as the platform grows.

Other Games

BCGAME.us has a solid lineup of specialty games, including scratch cards, keno, bingo, and exclusive titles. It’s a well-rounded mix, and I appreciate their effort to create a less traditional gaming experience for players.

One thing that really sets BCGAME.us apart is its selection of BC Originals, which are in-house titles that you won’t find anywhere else.

Sweepstakes gaming is usually restricted to slots or table games, so it was refreshing to see something different. Trying out these unique titles added a bit of variety and broke up the repetition of the same old games. 

I was also impressed by the number of Bingo titles with 22 options. It’s not a game that I come across often at sweepstakes casinos, so seeing such a wide variety was a nice change of pace. You can also enjoy a selection of four scratch card games and three other Keno titles.

BCGAME.us Payments

BCGAME.us is a sweepstakes casino, which means games should be free to play with Gold Coins or Sweeps Cash. The whole point of sweepstakes casinos is that they operate with a free-to-play, no-purchases-required model, but I don’t think this is delivered at BCGAME.us right now. 

From my experience, there simply isn’t any way to receive free GD and SC. There isn’t any login or welcome bonus offered for GD and SC, which is something I’ve come to expect from nearly all sweepstakes casinos. So, I was forced to make a purchase in order to explore and test out the games. 

Unlike standard sweepstakes casinos, BCGAME.us is a crypto platform. That means all purchases of Gold Coins (GD) and redemptions of SC are made through cryptocurrency. I’ve used crypto before, so the process was fast and familiar. But for those who are new to crypto, it might be quite a learning curve.

Gold Coins can be purchased with a huge number of 39 cryptocurrencies.

I’m more than impressed by the number of cryptocurrencies supported on the platform. It’s far more than any other crypto-sweepstakes casino that I’ve seen in the US. 

The only issue is that there aren’t any fiat currencies for transactions. So, if you’re not already comfortable with crypto or willing to buy it, you won’t be able to use the platform. There are sweepstakes casinos like Ding Ding Ding that offer both crypto and fiat payments, but this is uncommon, with most platforms sticking to one or the other.

For my first redemption, I chose Ethereum. At the time, the minimum required for a cash prize was 41.83 SC. One thing that impressed me is that BCGAME.us doesn’t charge fees for redemptions, which can be the case when using crypto rather than fiat currencies at sweepstakes casinos.

The live chat was easy to use and fast to connect with an agent, which I appreciated. You can launch it from the floating icon or the left-hand menu. I was connected to an agent within seconds.  I was impressed to see that live chat is available in 15 languages, including the following:

It went downhill from there. The agent started by giving me information about the crypto casino, not BCGAME.us. Once I clarified I was asking about the sweepstakes site, the response became confusing and, frankly, all over the place.

I chatted with multiple agents over a few days, hoping for some consistency. That didn’t happen. One agent would tell me something completely different from the next. None of the agents seemed confident in their answers, and I often ended up with more questions than I started with. A lot of the time, the conversation would end with them telling me that there would be an update in the future or I just needed to wait and see.

I also tried the email option to see if that was any better. The responses took hours, and the answers were vague or just repeated what was on the site, even if that was wrong. Email support turned out to be more frustrating than the live chat since I had to wait ages between each email. With the live chat, I could keep pushing for clarity in real time.

All in all, BCGAME.us has the potential for good customer support with the live chat. But it’s clear that the support team hasn’t been properly trained on the sweepstakes casino. It is a new site, so I guess there has to be a learning curve, but I still think that should have been ironed out before it launched.

What’s The Difference Between BCGAME.us and a Real Money Casino?
