Typically, you can explore the available options at an online sportsbook by clicking on a specific game and drilling down to find the prop section.

Prop bets are available in all shapes and sizes. Player props, for example, are focused on the performance of a specific player, such as the total passing yards for a quarterback, the total points scored by a basketball player, or the number of assists from a hockey player. 

Game props revolve around events in the game, like the first team to score, the total number of home runs in a baseball game, or the combined total points of both teams.
