ESPN BET launched on 4 November 2023 and is now live in 18 US states. In this ESPN BET review, I’ll walk you through how I made deposits, received payouts, opted into their promotions and utilized their sportsbook features while sharing my personal experience with the site.
ESPN BET has tons of interesting promos. There is a great welcome offer for new players, parlay bonuses, incentives to get your friends to sign up, and an excellent VIP Program that can lead to in-person benefits at PENN Entertainment Resorts.
Testing out the sportsbook promotions was a highlight for me at ESPN BET; it really added value to my betting experience. From signing up to exploring the markets, the incentives made each step more appealing. Plus, the various loyalty perks kept me motivated and engaged with the platform.
Starting with their $1,000 Bet Reset, I opted into every promotion available at ESPN BET. I’ll assess the value of each bonus in enhancing your overall experience, walk you through the steps to claim each promo and break down the bonus terms.
ESPN BET’s “$1,000 Bet Reset” refunds your first wager up to $1,000 if it loses. It essentially gives you a second chance if things don’t go your way for your first bet.
I love this kind of offer: I find that it frees me up when I first sign up and decide on a bet, knowing in the back of my mind that I’ve got that safety net.
To claim this promo, you just need to bet up to $1,000 on any sports market after you sign up. If you lose, you’ll get 100% of your initial wager back as bonus bets. Your refund is divided into five bonus bets, each worth 20% of your original stake.
There’s no need to opt in or use a promo code - your bonus bets are automatically credited to your account once your wager settles. If you want to make the most of ESPN BET’s Reset, you need to be aware of this promotion’s associated T&Cs.
If your bet loses, the five bonus bets will be credited within 72 hours, and you’ll have seven days to use them. There are no odds restrictions or playthrough requirements, but one detail to note: when you win using bonus bets, you can only withdraw the profits, not the stake.
For instance, if you bet $10 on the moneyline at +900 odds, you will get a total of $100 back in winnings. This accounts for your $10 stake and your $90 profit. However, if you use a $10 bonus bet at the same odds, you can only withdraw the $90 profit. The $10 stake isn’t part of your winning balance
I tested this offer out for myself, but unfortunately for this review (but fortunately for me!), I won my first bet. I would be nice to see ESPN BET include some kind of welcome bonus that doesn’t rely on losing your first bet, but it’s still a good offer.
ESPN BET is rolling out the red carpet for VIP players with a 25% cashback bonus up to $2,500, making it an attractive option for high rollers.
To qualify, you need to wager at least $20,000 in your first 7 days as a new member. Since I couldn’t meet this requirement, I didn’t claim this promotion myself, but here’s how high rollers can take advantage of it:
Register with the promo code “VIP2500” and wager $20,000 within a week to get 25% cashback on your sports and casino losses of at least $20. You can receive a max of $2,500 cashback.
There aren’t any odds restrictions or playthrough requirements to be aware of. The cashback is credited to your account within 3 days after meeting the net loss and spending requirements, and you must use it in a week.
You can get a weekly $10 bonus bet on any parlay wager you choose, thanks to ESPN BET’s Parlay Club. To qualify, you’ll need to create at least four (4) standard $10+ parlays containing four or more legs. What I love about this bonus is that you’ll get it regardless of the outcome of your bets.
For my first parlay, I chose moneylines for the Seattle Mariners, Oakland Athletics, Los Angeles Dodgers, and Atlanta Braves to win their respective matches at +1227 odds. Another of my parlays featured NFL teams, predicting that the Philadelphia Eagles, Baltimore Ravens, Cincinnati Bengals, and New York Giants would win their upcoming games at +2841 odds.
I also wagered on the Washington Mystics, Phoenix Mercury, New York Liberty, and Seattle Storm to win on the moneyline at +953 odds. Lastly, I chose four UFC fighters, Israel Adesanya, Jesus Aguilar, Rick Glenn, and Alex Reyes, to snag wins at (ridiculous) +10343 odds.
Every leg of every parlay must be at odds of -500 or longer, and you can’t create same-game parlays, so you’ll have to choose different events for the wagers.
Spoiler alert: I didn’t win any of my huge parlays, but I did get my $10 bonus bet 48 hours after the last bet settled. The terms and conditions say you may need to wait up to 72 hours.
You’ll have 7 days to use the $10 bonus bet on Parlay or Parlay+ markets offered by ESPN BET.
ESPN BET is offering up to $100 back if your chosen MLB team loses a game, provided they hit three home runs. So long as your team slams three homers out of the park, you’ll get 100% of your wager back up to $100.
There’s no limit on the number of matches you can wager on, but there’s a limit of one rebate (worth up to $100) per game.
Live bets won’t qualify for their promotion, but any and all pre-live cash wagers are fair game. No opt-in is required, meaning the bonus will automatically be sent to your account once your wager settles as a loss.
You’ll get your bonus within 72 hours of the wager settling and have seven days to use it before expiry. There are no playthrough requirements or odds restrictions to fulfill.
I wagered on the Washington Nationals to beat the Philadelphia Phillies at +215 odds. Betting $10 on the outcome would deliver a $21.50 profit, offering a final payout of $31.50 if everything went according to plan.
Even if I lost, I’d qualify to get my $10 back so long as the Nationals scored at least three home runs against the Philadelphia Phillies.
ESPN BET’s refer-a-friend bonus grants you a $40 bonus bet for every successful referral. You can refer up to 20 people and claim up to $800 in bonuses. I like the 20 person limit here, meaning you can really make the most of this promotion if you put your mind to it.
Simply head to the “Refer A Friend” section in the menu, and here you’ll find your unique referral code. I sent my code to a friend who didn’t mind spending his money for the sake of this article. He signed up, deposited $50, and wagered $25 on a single event. As soon as he made the bet, we both received a $40 bonus bet.
Bonus bets will expire 7 days after you and your friend get them. It doesn’t matter whether your friend wins or loses on their first wager, and the bet doesn’t have to settle before you receive the bonus; they just have to place a $25 bet to qualify.
If you live in a state where ESPN BET offers casino games (NJ, MI, PA, or WV), you’ll get 50 free spins on top of your $40 bonus bet.
ESPN BET is sponsored by PENN Entertainment and every ESPN BET user is signed up for its loyalty program, PENN Play. I’m a big fan of this scheme and how it utilizes PENN Entertainment to offer real-life incentives and perks.
Bettors unlock PENN Cash by progressing through five tiers, each requiring a certain number of Tier Points for advancement. As you advance through this program, you’ll earn PENN Cash, redeemable for enticing rewards on betting, dining, hotel stays, shopping, and more. You’ll need to download and install the mobile PENN Play app to claim your PENN Cash rewards.
Here’s how it is structured and the rewards:
Tier | Tier Points | Rewards |
---|---|---|
Play | 0-999 | - |
Advantage | 1,000-17,999 | $10 PENN Cash for every 3,000 Tier Points |
Preferred | 18,000-49,999 | $25 PENN Cash for every 5,000 Tier Points |
Elite | 50,000-199,999 | $150 PENN Cash for every 25,000 Tier Points |
Owners Club | 200,000+ | $500 PENN Cash for every 50,000 Tier Points. Annual gift for 400,000+ points |
Tier Points can be gained through casino gameplay, horse betting, and sports wagering. You can earn 1 Tier Point for every $10 straight bet, $10 ESPN exclusive bet, or $5 bet on parlays.
ESPN BET thanks active-duty military members, veterans, and first responders through their PENN Heroes program. They’re automatically granted access to the “Advantage” tier; if already reached, they’ll get 1,000 extra Tier Points. PENN Heroes members can enjoy all-exclusive hotel, dining, and shopping discounts on top of special promotions and even a mystery welcome gift.
This is a really nice touch in my opinion, and not something I’ve seen at other sportsbooks.
Separate from the other VIP Program benefits, users can enjoy further perks for playing at both a retail location and online at ESPN BET or Hollywood Casino. It’s impressive to see a loyalty program for an online sportsbook that rewards bettors for in-person betting.
Here’s how it works: you need to earn Tier Points both online and at a retail location. For example, you must accumulate 1 Tier Point in each setting for PENN Cash and PENN Play Credits. For the Uber vouchers, 5 Tier Points are required.
The rewards increase with your tier level:
Tier | Monthly PENN Cash Bonus | PENN Play Credit in ESPN BET app | Uber Credits |
---|---|---|---|
Play | $15 | $25 once a year | - |
Advantage | $20 | $50 every six months | - |
Preferred | $40 | $75 every four months | $10 |
Elite | $100 | $100 monthly | $20 |
Owners Club | $150 | $250 monthly | $40 |
PENN Play Credits are exclusively used for sports betting, restricted to lines more than -200. You can find your balance under ‘Credits’ in the account section on ESPN BET.
ESPN BET has optimized its user experience for newbies with simple registration instructions, a self-explanatory interface and a stellar mobile app. ESPN BET might have a billion-dollar backing from PENN Entertainment, but it’s clear to me that they still believe in the power of simplicity
Exploring the platform was seamless and intuitive. The sidebar conveniently provides links to live markets, promotions, and bet history. It also offers one-click access to their boosted odds, house specials, and unique In The News wagers.
I’m a huge fan of these bets, especially the In The News suggestions. It shows me that ESPN BET has its finger on the pulse of what sports fans actually want to bet on, and I even got a chuckle out of the titles of some of the subcategories.
Further down the sidebar, you’ll find a list of all their supported sports markets. Clicking on each one shows the available leagues. Underneath the menu, you can pull up Quick Bets and Exclusives, view their supported leagues (such as the WNBA, ATP, WTA, MLB, NFL, and UEL), and see a series of banners detailing their sports and casino bonuses.
Not only is it easy to navigate and well-organized, but the interface is pleasing to the eye with a clean and sleek design.
For all of ESPN BET’s popular categories, you can find point spreads, totals, and moneylines. I could view MLB odds followed by NFL, WNBA, ATP, WTA and CFL bets. It was nice to see upcoming events without much legwork required.
The website footer includes links to download the ESPN Bet app for iOS and Android. Next to this advertisement, their “Betting” column gathers their most relevant documents in one place.
If you’re worried about finding your way around the platform, this isn’t an issue.
I could sign up, make a deposit, and place a wager less than ten minutes after loading their website for the first time. The site offers fast loading speeds, and there were no delays to report as their live odds refreshed periodically.
Overall, ESPN BET’s platform is thoughtfully designed and I appreciate their commitment to creating a user-friendly and straightforward experience.
ESPN BET’s app functions similarly to the desktop site, delivering a smooth experience with the added convenience of mobile access. I could effortlessly place bets, check scores, and manage my account while on the go.
Sportsbook apps can often feel cramped with all the features, but this isn’t the case for ESPN BET. It is optimized perfectly for the smaller screen with a thoughtful layout and well-positioned buttons.
You can download the app from the App Store or Google Play Store; on these platforms, it holds impressive ratings of 4.8/5 and 4.3/5, respectively.
Since it is such a new platform, I expected that there might be some glitches or technical issues. However, I was pleasantly surprised by its flawless performance and stability. Coupled with its modern and stylish design, ESPN BET is quickly on its way to becoming one of my favorite sports betting apps.
ESPN BET is stuffed with interesting features that go beyond the basic betting capabilities I expect from all sportsbooks. In addition to classic moneylines, spreads and totals, you’ll find exclusive specials based on the latest sports news, plenty of boosted odds, and coverage for League of Legends tournaments across the globe.
The only letdown is that there’s no live-streaming feature available.
While exploring the platform, I saw 18 mainstream sports categories, focusing on US-facing events more than international competitions. All the classic types of bets are available, which you can see below:
Moneylines
Player Totals
Team Totals
Point Spreads
Futures
Parlays
Same-Game Parlays
Team Props
Player Props
Round Robin
Teasers
Quick Bets is a one-click way to view bets on upcoming sports events without needing to search for odds in their respective category. It’s a good place to go if you’re looking for inspiration, although in my opinion it could be updated more frequently with new bets.
I could see this being more of a part of my overall experience if there were a greater volume of sports and bets included.
ESPN BET’s live section is nicely designed, following a similar format to the rest of the site and making it easy to place live bets with just a couple of clicks.
Compared with the live platforms at some sites, like BetMGM for instance, ESPN BET is arguably a little undercooked in terms of live features. You can’t stream any live sports, and I didn’t even find many updates or stats from live games.
Betting live here is definitely better suited to beginners. More advanced live bettors might prefer the detailed live updates you can find at the likes of BetMGM and bet365.
During my ESPN Review, I jumped on a late wager requiring the New York Yankees to score upwards of 6.5 total runs. I tried to include the Yankees moneyline for an SGP, but I wasn’t allowed to combine the two as an in-play bet.
I was rewarded ten minutes later when the NY Yankees unexpectedly scored two runs. ESPN BET’s live markets vary depending on which sports are popular, but I would have appreciated the option for live-streaming.
On ESPN BET's homepage, a row of pre-made parlays is displayed underneath the “Featured Bets” header, offering a great selection of interesting bets at a glance. At the time of writing this review, there were nine total pre-built parlays for tennis, soccer, NFL and MLB events.
I like this feature: it adds value and provides betting inspiration at a glance. If you don’t want to choose any of the parlays, no big deal. If you do, you can click the green Add To Betslip button to immediately add the selections.
I like the fact that you can edit the selections once they are on your betslip, so you can customize the premade suggestions if you want.
ESPN BET includes boosted bets from a wide variety of sports which get updated every single day. You can find them by clicking the “Boosts” button from the left sidebar.
An odds boost is simply when the sportsbook selects some bets to receive special enhanced odds, better than the market rate.
I was thoroughly impressed by the number of odds boosts available across multiple categories. Like most of their exclusives, their selections vary depending on which sports are currently in season.
To give you an example of how valuable these boosts can be: during my review I found five PGA odds boosts for the FedEx St. Jude Championship.
I decided to put my faith in Xander Schauffele to win the St. Jude PGA tournament at +900 odds. Before ESPN’s boost, their odds for this moneyline were +750. A $10 wager would have earned me a $75 profit at +750 odds, but this bet’s increased +900 odds meant I could look forward to a $90 profit if Xander won.
In The News is where ESPN BET suggests a series of bets inspired by the latest developments in the world of collegiate and professional sports. Few bookmakers are this in-sync with the latest sports news, but I shouldn’t have expected anything less from an ESPN-affiliated sportsbook.
To see them, you can click the In the News button from the left hand menu.
This feature was the highlight of my entire review.
In my opinion, the suggested bets really demonstrate insight and interest in sports. They actually got me thinking about each outcome, much more so than the generic betting suggestions that I’ve seen at some sportsbooks - which can sometimes feel randomly generated.
In my opinion, ESPN BET is a real sports fans’ sportsbook, and this feature is a perfect example of why.
When accessing “Specials” from the Featured sidebar, you can explore ESPN’s exclusive pre-built wagers. These are interesting bets that don’t fit into established categories, and which you won’t typically find at other sportsbooks.
The first item I saw was a series of twenty questions about the EPL 2024/2025 tournament, with predictions for how different teams and players would fare.
Similar to the In The News bets, it was another demonstration of how there are obviously real sports fans working at ESPN BET who are coming up with these suggestions. They can be funny too: I have to give props for the name of the suggested bet on Nottingham Forest getting relegated - Deforestation.
As well as the EPL, there were lots of interesting futures for the NFL and the WNBA. Most of the Exclusive Special bets here seem to be focused on futures and season-long bets, but the section still got updated with new selections regularly during my week of testing.
ESPN BET is one of the very few sportsbooks I’ve encountered that has a dedicated section for League of Legends bets. I haven’t seen this at the likes of Caesars, BetMGM, or FanDuel, so I was intrigued and impressed.
ESPN BET covers the League of Legends championship tournaments happening in Europe and Korea. The bets were all straight up moneyline bets on which team would win in head to head matches.
ESPN also operates an online casino for players in New Jersey, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia. It’s a great opportunity to take a breather from placing sports wagers if you live in any of their eligible states.
You can find a decent selection of 384+ slots, 38+ live dealer games, 40 virtual blackjack tables, 7 roulette wheels, 11 video poker games, four baccarat tables, and specialities.
There’s also a variety of games based on in-person titles hosted at participating Hollywood Casino locations.
ESPN BET Payment Details | |

Payment methods | VISA, MasterCard, Online Banking via Trustly, Apple Pay, ACH/eCheck, PayPal, Skrill, Wire Transfer, Venmo, Cash at Hollywood Casino |
Minimum deposit | $10 for all methods |
Maximum withdrawal | $100,000 |
Payout speed | A few hours - 5 working days |
ESPN BET supports 11 payment methods, similar to those offered by leading competitors like BetMGM, Caesars, BetRivers, and Bet365.
You can make deposits with VISA, MasterCard, Online Banking via Trustly, ACH (eCheck), PayPal, Venmo, Skrill, wire transfer, Apple Pay on mobile devices, or actual cash at the counter of participating Hollywood Casino locations. Note that credit card usage isn’t permitted in Iowa, Tennessee, and Massachusetts.
I’m always happy to see a wide variety of established methods supported, meaning you can rely on trusted and familiar options for transactions.
The payment process was seamless; my deposits were instantly processed, allowing me to start betting without delay. I’ll explain the banking process step-by-step so that you know exactly how it works.
I found the Deposit section by opening My Account. Then, select your payment method from the list of options; I chose Visa. You need to add your card number, three-digit CVV code, expiry date, and name exactly as it’s spelled on the card.
Once finished, click “Confirm” to finalize your transaction. I got my deposit immediately after refreshing the page, allowing me to place bets with no delay. All available payment methods require a $10 minimum.
You can find the Withdrawal section in your Wallet, which is the My Account menu. Because ESPN BET has a $10 minimum for all payouts, it didn’t take me more than a day or two to generate enough winnings for a withdrawal.
For my $10 payout, I selected “Debit Cards” from the withdrawal screen. Unfortunately, this isn’t a payout option for Michigan players. Additionally, you can’t withdraw funds to a credit card in any state.
I clicked “Confirm” to send funds to my VISA card and received $10 in my checking account 24 hours later. Depending on your bank, debit card payouts and bank transfers can take between 1 to 5 days.
For those who prefer not to use a bank card (or live in Michigan), ESPN BET also supports withdrawals through Trustly online banking, ACH (eCheck), PayPal, Skrill, Venmo, a wire transfer, a paper check, or a cash withdrawal at the counter of your nearest Hollywood Casino. Impressively, PayPal and Venmo withdrawals are processed instantly after approval.
See how ESPN BET’s payment methods compare to other top US sportsbooks.

ESPN Bet has a range of customer support options to accommodate any preference, including live chat, email, social media, and phone. Contacting each channel, I was thoroughly impressed with the punctuality and professionalism of each person I spoke to.
The Help Center is under “Support” at the bottom of ESPN BET’s website. Here, you can find informative articles about making deposits, updating your personal information, placing different types of wagers, a series of state-specific T&Cs, and FAQs.
Clicking “Contact Us” on their FAQ page provides four methods of getting in touch: 24/7 live chat, Twitter (X), email, and phone support. However, their phone line is only for callbacks.
I found that the chat support was fast and responsive. It took 30 seconds for me to get a response about verifying my identity. The agent I spoke with was friendly and informative in answering all my questions.
On Twitter (X), I messaged @ESPNBETSupport about their $1,000 Bet Reset promotion. They responded twenty minutes later and explained that you don’t need an ESPN BET bonus code to claim it.
I also sent an email to [email protected] and was met with a similar level of courtesy. It took one of their agents six hours to address my inquiry in extensive detail.
Even though their “Submit A Request” form goes to the same support email, I filled it out with another question. I entered my email, typed a subject line, gave a description, chose my deposit method, and selected my state of residence from the drop-down menu before submitting.
Eight hours later, I got a reply from an agent who confirmed that it’s not possible to deposit with Apple Pay using their website. I’m used to waiting at least 12 hours for email responses, so ESPN BET exceeded my expectations.
Finally, I called +1 (844) 953-2121 to request a callback. I hoped to speak with an agent instantly, but I received a call from ESPN BET’s support team 15 minutes after requesting it.
ESPN BET is one of the few online sportsbooks with a phone hotline, even if it doesn’t facilitate an immediate response. I don’t have any complaints to levy against the support team; each agent I spoke to left a positive impression and solved all my queries efficiently.
ESPN BET Sportsbook operates in 18 U.S. states but is unavailable in Canada or any outlying U.S. territories. Here’s a list of all the ESPN BET legal states in 2024.

Setting up an account for ESPN BET took me around five minutes, and the process was clearly and straightforwardly laid out for me at each step. I’ve outlined a detailed guide so that you can breeze through it just as easily:
Begin the registration process.
Starting off, head to the ESPN BET website (https://espnbet.com) or download the mobile app. When I first joined, I created my account through the website, so I’ll explain that process, but it is pretty much the same when using the app.
Click “Sign Up” at the top right corner of the website or the middle of your phone on the app. You’ll be redirected to a page where you need to select the “Get Started Button.”
Create your account.
For the next step, I needed to create an ESPN BET account by entering my email and phone number, as well as creating a username and password.
If you have a promo code, you can enter it at this stage. Here, you can turn on receiving an email for each successful login and two-step authentication through your phone. I opted for both as I prefer the extra security for my accounts.
Verify your account.
Following this, I was required to verify my account through email. A four-digit code was sent to the email address, which I had submitted earlier, and I returned to ESPN BET to enter the code.
Then, I was asked to confirm the last four digits of my SSN. This is a standard step for online sportsbooks to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Set responsible gaming settings.
After completing this, I could set and manage my responsible gaming settings, including daily time limits, check-in frequency, deposit limits, spend limits, max single wager limits, and loss limits.
It was impressive that they included this option at this early stage. It shows ESPN BET’s commitment to a safe environment by prioritizing player well-being right from the start.
Agree to the terms.
I had to confirm that all my registration information was accurate, allow device verification for geofencing compliance, and affirm that I was over 21. Additionally, I agreed to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. I always make a habit of reading these so that there aren’t any surprises down the line.
Verify your identity.
Finally, you’ll need to complete the identity check, which has to be done on your mobile through Jumio. If you’re using a laptop, you can easily switch to your phone by sending a link to your email or scanning a QR code.
I uploaded a clear picture of my passport, but you can also use your state-issued ID or driver’s license if preferred. Next, I took a selfie, which is required to verify that you are the same person as the ID. I received a confirmation message, and then I was all set to deposit and start betting at ESPN BET.
ESPN BET checks all the right boxes for responsible gambling, providing users with comprehensive tools, information, and guidance.
The responsible gaming settings are easily accessible in the website’s footer. Here, you’ll find a page explaining how to play responsibly and a list of support organizations for each of the 18 U.S. states where ESPN BET currently operates.
The page includes five useful resources, with links to:
GamAnon
Suicide Prevention/988 line
As someone who has been in the industry and reviewing sportsbooks for years, I can vouch that these are all excellent organizations that do important work helping vulnerable people. I’m happy to see ESPN BET directing people to them.
Detailed explanations are also provided about using their responsible gaming tools, debunking some of the most common myths associated with gambling, and addressing potential signs of a gambling problem.
In terms of their actual gambling tools, the “Responsible Gaming” section - accessible while logged in - allows users to set up deposit limits, session time limits, spending limits, and loss limits on a daily, weekly, and monthly scale. Deposit limits are customizable to any amount, and you can adjust your session time limits on an hourly scale.
You can set up Max Single Wager Limits, which don’t reset until you change them.
Daily limits reset 24 hours after you impose them, and your weekly limits reset every Monday at midnight. Lastly, monthly limits are reset at midnight every month. Players can request a “cool-off” period lasting anywhere from 72 hours to forever.
Users also have the option to block and exclude deposits from any of the payment options they currently accept. They must select “Exclude Payment Methods” and use the toggles to enable and disable deposits with their other banking options.
Additionally, recurring Activity Reminders can be set every 15 or 30 minutes, showing how much time and money you’ve spent while logged in.
You can access your Limit History to see your previous and active limits. Lastly, players are shown how to self-exclude their accounts on a state-by-state basis if they’re struggling to abide by their gaming limits.
ESPN BET’s in-house risk team is trained to flag accounts that exhibit suspicious behavior, which fights against unauthorized account usage.
Like ESPN BET, WSN emphasizes the importance of responsible gaming. We’ve put together a series of informative guides from industry experts. We’ve discussed what it means to bet responsibly, explained how your mental health can be influenced by gambling, and listed resources for players nationwide.
ESPN is a fantastic option for real sports fans, bringing your sports knowledge to life with House Specials, pre-made parlays, and boosted odds.
The $1,000 Bet Reset bonus was a warm welcome to the platform, meaning I could place my first bet with some extra peace of mind. Another highlight was the PENN Play loyalty program, offering a slew of unique perks using PENN Cash.
I love the In The News section and the premade Exclusive Special bets. The bets in these sections were interesting and novel, and really demonstrated to me that there are genuine sports fans working at ESPN BET
Contacting customer support was convenient and efficient, especially with the live chat. Additionally, their beginner-friendly registration process didn’t give me any trouble as a new player. Although I’d like to see them support a few more international categories like darts and cricket, their coverage of “League of Legends” eSports bets was impressive.
Bettors interested in U.S. sports markets, odds boosts, and eSports tournaments are sure to love ESPN BET. You can sign up with ESPN BET using the link at the top of the page.
Our team spends a minimum of ten hours exploring each sportsbook we review. Over the course of a week, our experts test and rate platforms according to 5 benchmarks: their UX, bet features, available promotions, supported banking methods, and customer support options.
I personally delved deep into ESPN BET for this review, gathering information by acting asa regular bettor. ESPN BET comfortably meets our standards.
I’m explaining our rating procedure in beginner-friendly terms. We spend two or more hours on each of these five factors:
We also evaluate how each website is organized and presented. We look for intuitive search filters, an easily understandable layout, and attractive design. In order to fully evaluate the user experience offered by each platform, we test the interface on desktop and mobile devices. If we can find a mobile app for iOS or Android, we install it, test it, and compare how it operates to the regular desktop site.
We look for unique betting features and wager types at various sportsbooks. We also test each feature one-by-one, providing screenshots and explaining how to place bets in the process. We take note of each sportsbook’s most common bet types, place in-game bets, participate in odds boosts and evaluate Quick Pick wagers. We also like to see bookmakers that offer horse racing DFS platforms, poker rooms or other unique games.
Our team personally opts into every bonus and promotion we can find at a given sportsbook. If a promotion adds value to our experience, we say that. If a bonus has unfair T&Cs, we mention it. We look for any and all promo codes that activate special promotions, follow sites on socials to see if they announce upcoming boosts, and explain the steps we took to get each bonus.
We spend at least $10 making real money deposits and request a payout once we’ve earned enough money to satisfy the minimum withdrawal requirement. Our team assesses the available payment options, and gives extra points to sites that accept Apple Pay on mobile devices. We also document payout speeds and rate the user-friendliness of a bookmaker’s banking process.
Our team gets in touch with live support agents using any and all contact methods. We start live chats, draft emails, send social media DMs, and call over the phone if we locate a working number on their website. We prioritize sportsbooks that promise 24/7 assistance along with quick replies. We rate support options based on our personal conversations.
World Sports Network (WSN) has proven itself as the face of the emerging online casino and sportsbook industry since 2005. Our authenticity and impartiality set us apart from review sites that are happy to look the other way if something’s off.
Over the past 19 years, we’ve set the bar high for independent, fact-checked reviews. Our work has been featured by the LA Times, ESPN, Forbes, Entrepreneur, and CBS News. We deliver a player-focused perspective, and our Final Verdicts put your interests above our own bottom line.
If a sportsbook excels in any particular area, we’re glad to give them a well-deserved shout-out. However, if a platform drops the ball in a major department, we’re not afraid to criticize it.
Our experts create new accounts, claim bonuses, make real money deposits, request payouts, and thoroughly evaluate betting features with every sportsbook that lands on our desk. We get screenshots, document our experiences, and methodically test every site over a period of 7 days. We want to make your life easier as sports and betting fans.
