Stardust Casino is a brand new online casino available right now in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Stardust is a US rebrand of Betfair, one of the biggest gambling sites in the UK and Europe.
We’ve got everything you need to know about Stardust right here, including how to get in on the action with some of the best casino bonuses in the United States. Let’s go.
Stardust Casino is fairly new casino to the US market. It started in New Jersey but it soon expanded to cover gambling in Pennsylvania. The brand new skin was created by the parent company the FanDuel Group to replace Betfair in the US.
FanDuel in turn is owned by Flutter Entertainment, one of the largest gambling companies in the world and responsible for brands like Betfair, Poker Stars, FOXbet, Stars Casino, Sky Bet, and more.
To play at Stardust, whether via mobile or desktop, you need to be physically located in either NJ or PA.
Stardust actually takes its name from the legendary Stardust Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada. The iconic Vegas casino was founded back in the 1950s, one of the most recognizable casino hotels on the Las Vegas Strip.
Most recently owned by Boyd Gaming, who signed a deal with FanDuel to create an eponymous real money online casino. Boyd Gaming also runs the free-play Stardust social casino, with a similar aesthetic.
Brand new platforms always seem to have to do that little bit more to attract new players and build up brand awareness from scratch – and their best bet for doing so is normally with casino bonuses.
It’s no surprise then that Stardust is fully locked and loaded with bonuses and promotions, for new and on-running players alike. I strongly recommend heading over to the “Promotions” part of the site once you sign up, so you’re aware of all the casino offers up for grabs.
I’ve got a rundown of everything that was on offer during my Stardust review in this section.
Stardust’s welcome bonus for new players is 25 Spins on sign up plus 100% deposit bonus, plus 200 Starburst spins on your first deposit. Each Spin has a value of $0.1. Any winnings from the spins will be granted in bonus and carries a 20x play through requirement.
There is no bonus code required to unlock the welcome bonus. All you need to do is sign up, deposit some money and make your first real money bet. The 24-hour rebate period will automatically begin.
When you create an account with Stardust, you’ll receive a unique referral link that you can send to friends. Whenever they sign up with this link and play through $10 of their own money, both you and them will receive $50 in bonus cash. This is a nice and simple bonus that benefits everyone.
Stardust has a different specialized bonus for every single day of the week so that every time you log in you know there will be a unique offer. Here are the daily bonuses on offer during my review:
Sunday – $10 bonus when you bet $100 on blackjack
Monday – $10 bonus when you deposit $100
Tuesday – $10 bonus when you bet $100 on slots
Wednesday – $20 bonus when you bet $200
Thursday – $10 bonus when you bet $100 on Live Dealer games
Friday – $20 bonus when you bet $200
Saturday – $10 bonus when you bet $100 on table games
PLUS – special bonus on a selected Game of the Week
I love the variety here, and the fact that you know something is always happening regardless of when you open up Stardust.
Stardust has a fairly standard VIP program, with five different levels to climb through. You earn tier points whenever you bet real money at the casino, and earn new benefits and promotions as you climb through the ranks.
Stardust has an app for both iOS and Android, which you’ll find in app stores. In fact, it’s one of the highest-rated casino apps on the App Store, with a rating of 4.7/5 based on almost 5,000 ratings.
The software performs consistently on mobile devices – whether iPhone or Android – and the games work perfectly on the smaller screen. Even the live dealer tables work perfectly.
The site is also fully mobile optimized if you prefer not to download an app, so you can still easily play on your phone just by searching for the casino using your browser.

Stardust has got an excellent menu of games: deep, varied, and always interesting. In total there are around 450 on the menu, which is a fine number for us. You can find casinos with more, with some – like Harrah’s for instance – even up around the 1,000 mark. But the truth is, for 95% of people, no one is going to be playing that many different games anyway.
Slots are the bulk of the gaming menu, with just under 400 games all together. The games are provided by the likes of NetEnt and Big Time Gaming, with classics like Gonzo’s Quest and Bonanza mixed in with brand new titles. There’s a great selection of TV and movie slots too, from Jumanji to Kitchen Nightmares.
There is also a great selection of Megaways games and tons of progressive jackpot slots. It’s a really fun mix.
There are plenty of table games at Stardust too. We’ve got separate categories for blackjack and roulette, of which there are multiple versions of both. There’s also baccarat, Casino War, and loads of different types of video poker and variations on poker games.
A lack of bingo games is one black mark, but it’s a really solid selection overall.
Stardust has a solid selection of live dealer games, but with space to improve too. They’re not short of blackjack tables, with 8 in total. There’s also live roulette, baccarat, three-card poker, and hold’em.
The software works perfectly, with crystal clear video feeds, easy-to-use betting software and professional dealers.
I am a big fan of the game show-style live games that are becoming more popular at online casinos, and it’s something that would be a nice addition at Stardust.
Registering with Stardust is very simple. You can create your account from anywhere, but in order to play on the site, you need to be physically located in either New Jersey or Pennsylvania.
You can also log into Stardust using your FanDuel login details if you already have an account with them.
Otherwise, just click the Join Now button and fill out the screen of info – all you really need to start off is your email address and a username and password.
At some point, you’ll need to verify your identity, which is a legal requirement for casinos in both NJ and PA. You’ll need to give some personal info and send some personal documentation. It’s a pretty simple process, but you need to complete it before your account gets fully unlocked.
Depositing and withdrawing at Stardust is very simple, with a good range of casino payment methods. I like to see plenty of options at online casinos to make sure there’s something for everyone.
Most methods come with a $10 minimum deposit, with variable upper limits that you can customize to help manage your spending. You can use almost every method for both deposits and withdrawals, which is nice.
The fastest online casinos cash out method is via PayPal or Venmo, which can take up to 48 hours, but in most cases it's done in 24h. Bank transfers take 3-5 business days.
Overall I'm giving Stardust a good score for its banking options. 48 hours is pretty good for withdrawals, and I like the depth of payment options.
Here are all the accepted payment methods:
Deposits
Credit/Debit Card
Bank Transfer
PayPal
Venmo
Cash at Payment Center
Withdrawals
Credit/Debit Card (if applicable)
Bank Transfer
PayPal
Venmo
Cash at Payment Center
Paper Check
In short, yes. Stardust is basically the US version of Betfair – one of the biggest and most trusted online gambling companies in Europe in the last 25 years. The platform is owned by Flutter Entertainment and is a sister site of both FanDuel and Mohegan Sun.
Basically, there’s a lot of credit in the bank for Stardust already. Just like its sister sites, Stardust uses SSL encryption to protect all the data stored on the platform.
Stardust has received licenses from the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement and the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board.
These bodies monitor and regulate all Stardust activity in each respective state, including testing the games for fairness, protecting players’ personal info, and regulating payments.
I'm more than happy with Stardust from a security and fair play perspective.
There are positives and negatives to Stardust’s customer support, but overall I'm happy with what’s on offer.
First and foremost, and most importantly, the live chat support is excellent. You can always tell when you’re talking to a real person right away and not an automated service responding to keywords – and Stardust’s support staff were friendly and attentive.
Live chat support is always a key thing I look for, so I'm happy that it’s been so well done here.
Stardust’s actual help section though could use a little work. It more or less redirects you to the support section at FanDuel, which contains lots of articles that aren’t really relevant to Stardust. I’d prefer to see a dedicated help section – with FAQs and articles – actually housed on Stardust’s platform, to remove any confusion.
I’ve been a fan of Betfair and other Flutter platforms from afar for years, so I was very keen to see what Stardust was bringing to the table in NJ and PA. And I'm happy to say that my impression overall is very positive.
First, a couple of areas I think could be improved:
While I like the cashback welcome offer, lots of people prefer to receive some extra bonus cash up front – like with a deposit bonus – rather than reclaim the money you’ve already lost. There are lots of casinos in both NJ and PA that offer this if it’s more your thing.
I don’t like that the help section is basically FanDuel’s help section. It makes the site feel a little unfinished and has the potential to confuse players. Let’s get a bespoke help section for Stardust itself, please.
The VIP Rewards program is a little unimaginative. It would be nice to see more clearly defined rewards and bonuses as you earn points.
Other than that, it’s practically all positive for Stardust.
The gaming menu is great, with an excellent range of games from some top-quality software providers. 450 games is more or less the sweep spot, in my opinion.
I love the daily bonus offer. It keeps things fresh, means you know there’s going to be a bonus available every time you log in, and might inspire you to try out new games you wouldn’t normally play.
The banking experience is perfect, and 48-hour payouts is decent. The fact that the site was inspired by the iconic Stardust Hotel and Casino adds a little something extra too.
I'm happy to give Stardust my seal of approval and recommend you try the site out for yourself. Check out our sign-up links above to get started.
