I found using my Play+ Card at Harrah’s to be a breeze, although I can see the lower than average deposit limits being a turn-off for higher rollers. The most you can deposit in a single day is $3,000, and you can request a cash out starting from just $10. 

Unfortunately, Harrah’s withdrawal times could definitely do with some improvement. Play+ transfers take a minimum of four business days before they are processed and the money gets released. This is especially disappointing given that Play+ technology allows for much quicker transfers.

2. Download “BetRivers” on the Apple Store or Google Play

Search for “BetRivers Casino & Sportsbook” using the App Store or Google Play. Click “Install” and wait for the app to finish downloading.

Once the installation process is completed, click on the app to begin the registration process. You can also go to BetRivers’ casino website on your desktop computer to begin signing up there.

3. Create your online casino account with BetRivers

When prompted, share your location with BetRivers to ensure that you’re in a state where they offer casino gambling. Click “Allow While Using App” to broadcast your approximate location to BetRivers, which is necessary to continue the sign-up process. Be sure to turn your VPNs off if you have any. 

If you have a Rush Rewards or Casino4Fun account already, you can skip the steps I’m about to mention by clicking “Continue” to auto-fill your information. Otherwise, click on “Join Now” to create a username and password. Then, confirm your password and type in your email address. 

4. Verify your identity and personal information 

Enter your first and last name followed by your zip code, street address, birthday, and gender as they appear on your driver’s license or state ID card. Click “Continue” and select two questions from the next screen. These are security questions, which can be used to unlock your account. 

Confirm your phone number and the last four digits of your SSN. Before submitting your new account information, tick the first three checkboxes. The first checkbox certifies that you agree to BetRivers’ Terms of Service, and the second box verifies that you’re at least 21+ years old. 

The third mandatory checkbox is there to verify the accuracy of your sign-up information and confirm that you aren’t a casino key employee. If you want, you can opt out of marketing texts and enable two-factor authentication by checking the fourth and fifth boxes. Click on Submit. 

If you choose a different casino, you’ll still need to provide pretty much all the personal information in the last two steps.

5. Add funds to your BetRivers account balance 

Click “Deposit” at the top of your screen. 

Take a clear, well-lit photo of your driver’s license or state ID card. Click “Add File” on the next screen. Upload your JPG, JPEG, or PNG file through BetRivers’ secure portal. If you took your picture on a recent iPhone, you may have to convert the image format from HEIC to JPG/PNG.

Click “Submit” and wait for a BetRivers team member to verify your new account information. 

After you receive a confirmation email from BetRivers, click the “Deposit” tab again. Click on “BetRivers Play+” from the drop-down menu. Enter the amount you’d like to spend and click “Add Funds to Card.” 

Click “Deposit” again to confirm the transaction.

6. Request a withdrawal using Play+

Click on “Cashier” underneath your account balance. Tap “Withdrawals” and select “BetRivers Play+” from the drop-down menu. Scroll down and type in the amount you’d like to withdraw. 

I received money to my Play+ card balance the following day after clicking “Submit Request.” It takes another 24 hours to send money from Play+ to my bank account, in my own experience.

Can I Claim Bonuses Using Play+?
