From my $1,000 budget, I decided to deposit $350 for this promotion. I wanted to keep some cash in reserve to test other payment methods, but the nature of deposit match offers is that the more you spend up front, the more valuable the offer is. 

However, whatever you decide to spend should fit in with your budget. Don’t get carried away trying to maximize a bonus if you’re not comfortable with a large deposit.

Both the games and different sections loaded without delay, going from one activity to the next felt seamless. I didn’t experience any glitches or technical issues, so the overall performance was excellent.

However, I didn’t enjoy the site's organization and layout, particularly the games lobby. 

Along the top of the page, you can find quick links to the “Casino,” “Promotion,” “Support,” “Location,” and your profile. Below are the main categories of games: “New Games,” “Blackjack,” “Video Poker,” “Jackpots,” “Game Shows,” “Bonus Buy,” “Lucky 7s,” and “Slots.”

This was somewhat helpful for finding different types of games, although I’d prefer if there were more categories here. For instance, I don’t get why they have a very specific category like “Bonus Buy,” but don’t have easily accessible sections for general categories like “Table Games” or “Live Games." It’s almost like they’ve skipped a stage in the organization. 

There also aren’t any filters, only categories, which makes it harder to personalize and narrow down your exploration of the menu. On the bright side, you can easily look for specific games using the search bar.

If you scroll down, you can explore the full game lobby. All the rest of the categories are jumbled on this page. For some reason, the layout is split in two, with some games appearing on the left and others on the right. 

As I’d scroll down the page, my eyes would jump left to right, trying to make sense of the layout. The games are also different sizes. It simply felt visually cluttered and disorienting, detracting from my experience. It’s almost as if they’d thrown everything onto one page and let the player figure it out.

There is no category for any of the software providers, although you can search for them. I liked how they had plenty of categories for different themes. I just would have appreciated it more if it was laid out better with better search or filter tools. 

Unlike other platforms, the online casino is a separate website from the sportsbook. I prefer this since the website already feels cluttered. However, this might be a downside for those who like a unified website.

Mobile

The NJ library has over 1,800 games in total. It’s a good number that I'm happy with, but it’s also pretty much what I expect from a major casino brand in NJ. While it doesn’t come near BetMGM Casino’s collection of over 5,000 games, it is still a solid library that is on par with other top real-money competitors.

They’ve partnered with leading casino software providers like Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, IGT, and Big Time Gaming. Although I did notice the absence of other top names like Microgaming and Playtech.

The number of games available varies by state. I used the NJ site, which offers the biggest collection of the four.

Slots 

Caesars Palace online casino has an extensive library of over 1,700 slots from leading software providers. There are many classic titles from the likes of NetEnt and IGT, including fan favorites like Starburst, Cleopatra, and Blood Suckers. 

I did think the selection could benefit from including more titles from lesser-known software providers. Even with 1,700 games, it felt like a pretty safe, middle-of-the-road selection, and it would have been nice to see some more innovative options. Maybe if I could have filtered by provider, I would have had an easier time finding some.

Somewhat confusingly, the ‘Promotions’ section features a couple of exclusive slot titles. I decided to test out their latest recommendation, Candy Splasher. From a visual standpoint, it wasn’t anything groundbreaking, similar to many other candy-themed slots on the market.

Despite that, the bonus features made it worth my time. I set my bet to $1.00 per spin, and after about 30 minutes of play, I unlocked the free games feature. By the end of the session, I managed a small but satisfying gain of $12, along with some good progress on clearing my bonus cash turnover.

Along with the standard slots, you can explore 80 jackpot games, 53 Slingo titles, and 58 Megaways. I’m a big fan of Megaways games, and since I had $700 from the welcome bonus and my first deposit, I was more than equipped to explore the selection. Caesars Palace Online Casino has a slew of live dealer titles to enjoy, which is the closest you can get online to being at one of its legendary casinos. Exploring these titles was the highlight of my gaming, especially the exclusive games. It definitely made the list of my best live dealer online casinos.

One of the reasons is that it's powered by Evolution Gaming, one of the top providers of live dealer games in the industry. Evolution collaborates with Caesars to offer a number of exclusive titles that are live-streamed from Caesars Palace locations, meaning you get Evolution quality games with a Caesars twist.

I decided to check out Live Dealer Caesars NFL Blackjack, starting with the minimum of $25 bets to keep things low-risk. On my fourth hand, I got carried away by my winning streak and made a larger bet of $50. Sadly, I busted out after hitting on 15. My banking experience was seamless. I could easily fund my account and request withdrawals. From my experience, debit cards and e-wallets were the best options.

Deposits

Caesars Palace online casino supports 12 methods for deposits, including banking cards, e-wallets, bank transfers, and cash. The number of payment methods in Michigan, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia is slightly higher. 

You’re sure to find a method that caters to your preference in this wide selection. While it doesn’t quite beat BetMGM Casino’s number of deposit methods at 16, it is outdoing Mohegan Sun’s six and Resort Casino’s eight.

There are some other restrictions to be aware of. If you use Venmo, you can only make transactions using a linked bank account, not through linked debit or credit cards. For Apple Pay, it's completely opposed. You can only use it with your linked debit or credit card, but you can't use Apple Cash to fund any gambling activity. Some methods, like American Express, are available at Caesars in other states, but not yet in New Jersey. However, customer support told me they plan to roll them out in NJ in the future.

When I claimed the welcome bonus, I made an initial deposit of $350 with PayPal. Since I didn’t have any funds in my PayPal account, I had to top up beforehand and pay the fee to PayPal, which is my main issue with using it. The fee is 2.90% of the deposited amount plus a fixed fee of $0.30, which, in my case, totaled $10.45. This occurred because I transferred money from my debit card to my PayPal account. Had I transferred the money from my bank account instead, there would have been no fees.

PayPal also charges fees for withdrawing funds from your account. I discuss this in more detail in our best PayPal casinos article.

Then, all I had to do was log into my PayPal account to confirm the transaction, and my deposit was immediately available in my account.

Here’s how to deposit at Caesars' Palace online casino:

Following this, I used another $300 of my budget to test out the remaining payment methods. Deposits must be at least $10.

From my experience at Caesars Palace online casino, using a credit card or debit card for deposits was easiest. There’s a reason these methods are the most popular for online transitions. You simply enter your card information and click.

The credit/debit cards accepted include Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. American Express isn’t available on the NJ site yet. I actually made a bigger deposit of $120 with Discover, compared to the $20 for the rest, since I wanted to rack up more points on my card.

Using Venmo worked fine, but the fact that you can’t use it in conjunction with a bank card means this method isn’t for me. 

Play+ prepaid card is also available. To use this method, you’ll need to sign up for a specific Caesars Play+ card. This was a bit of a hassle for me, as I’d incorrectly entered my details, meaning that I couldn’t connect my account. Luckily, it was easy to get in touch with the support for Play+ and get it sorted. Still, this is the kind of pitfall you risk when you choose an intermediary third-party payment provider, and another reason I generally like to stick to the simplicity of bank cards. 

Apple Pay was impressively fast, even slightly quicker than using debit cards, though the difference was only a matter of seconds to a minute.

For bank transfers, you can choose between VIP Preferred or Trustly. VIP Preferred is an e-check service that requires signing up before use. On the other hand, Trustly facilitates transfers directly between your bank and the online casino without the need for registration.

Cash is available through PayNearMe at local stores or at a Caesars partner location. I prefer online transactions, as they are far more convenient than going to a physical location.

NJ players can deposit at Caesars Atlantic City, Harrah’s Resort Atlantic City, Tropicana Atlantic City, and Monmouth Park Sports Book. MI players at Leelanau Sand Casino and Lodge and Turtle Creek Casino. PA players at Harrah’s Philadelphia. WV players at Mountaineer Casino, Racetrack, and Resort.

Wire transfers are suitable for dealing with large transactions. The downside to depositing larger sums through this method is the slow processing time, which can take days. I didn’t test a Wire transfer at Caesars but have done so in the past on other sites. 

I found it hard to find exact answers about deposit and withdrawal limits from reading Caesars’ FAQ, but a live chat agent told me that they set a flat $5,000 per day deposit limit when you sign up, along with a $25,000 per day withdrawal limit. I never personally hit these limits in my testing. 

Withdrawals

Players can withdraw their winnings using PayPal, Venmo, Visa debit card, Mastercard debit card, Play+, VIP Preferred, Trustly, Cash at Cage, and Wire transfer. In my experience, the quickest and easiest methods for payouts are e-wallets or debit cards.

Caesars Palace online casino offers more withdrawal payment methods than other leading online casinos in this area. BetMGM Casino offers nine withdrawal methods, while FanDuel Online Casino offers six.

Impressively, you can make a minimum withdrawal of just $1. Most withdrawal methods have a maximum limit of $25,000 per day, according to customer support. If you’re dealing with large withdrawals, wire transfer is available but has a slow processing time.

I opted for PayPal as my first deposit, as I knew it was the one method that Caesars specifies has to be used for deposits before it can be used for withdrawals. This meant that I could easily choose it for my first payout.

Here’s how to withdraw at Caesars' Palace:

2. Select your preferred method.

3. Enter the withdrawal amount.

4. Login to your account or enter information. 

5. Click “Request Withdrawal," and you’ll receive a confirmation email.

I noticed that the Caesars Palace team's approval time is slower and less consistent than what I’ve experienced with other major competitors like BetMGM or FanDuel.

For example, PayPal withdrawals at these platforms are often processed and appear in my account within a few hours. However, it typically takes around half a day at Caesars Palace Online Casino.

I made two $40 withdrawals with PayPal. The first took 16 hours, while the second was sent in seven hours. My $50 payout through Venmo arrived in 13 hours, while Play+ took a few hours.

Once your withdrawal is approved, the funds will be instantly available using these methods. So, as you can see, the time can vary significantly depending on approval. Caesars says they process withdrawal requests every day, which checks out in my experience.

Debit card payouts were the next to be tested. I withdrew $30 to my Visa debit card and another $30 to my Mastercard one. Both of them took just over a day to reach my accounts.

You can directly withdraw money to your bank account with a bank transfer through VIP Preferred or Trustly. Trustly is the faster of the two, reflecting in my account within 3 days, while VIP Preferred can take 3 to 5 days.

Another thing I realized is that the bigger your transaction, the longer it’ll take to be processed. This difference is usually only noticeable with significant amounts at other platforms. However, at Caesars Palace online casino, it occurs for even slightly bigger transactions. So if you are looking for the fastest payout online casino, you may want to look further.

My interaction with the support was largely positive, although I felt they prioritized existing users over new players. That said, I was pleased to see three support channels available to get in touch.

First off, I had a look at the help center to see if it answered any basic questions. It was detailed and informative, thoughtfully organized into distinct sections to easily find information.

For my unanswered questions, I needed to contact customer support. This can be done by clicking “Support” in the top right corner of the page to see the available options:

To start, I selected “Email Us” and was redirected to a page where I could fill out a contact form with my state, full name, email, subject, and query. I asked a few questions about the withdrawal process. They sent me an email back in just under a day.

This is an expected timeframe from email support, but it just doesn’t compare to the instantaneous nature of live chat or phone. Plus, if you have any follow-up questions, it can be frustrating.

Next, I tested out the live chat. You’ll need to provide your state, full name, and email address to access it. An AI chatbot that can answer basic questions first appears, and then you can request a live agent. As soon as I asked for an agent, I was immediately connected with one.

I first used the live chat before I made a deposit, as I had a few questions about payment methods. The representative I talked to was quite abrupt and didn’t seem willing to give me detailed answers, which wasn’t the most welcoming introduction.

However, after I’d made a deposit, they seemed far happier to help with my questions. In both cases, it was easy to message the agent back and forth with quick responses, just like texting someone. However, I was surprised by the quality of the service initially, and it was a letdown.

Finally, I called their phone number and was put on hold for about 5 minutes. I was then connected to an agent who remained polite and informative through my questions. Speaking directly to a representative felt more personal and reassuring.

My main issue in this area was interacting with the first live chat agent. I’d had high hopes for top-quality service from a big brand like Caesars, which didn't feel fulfilled at first. In all other interactions, however, I had no problems with the support I received.
