Our first prop bet of the day will take place in Long Island. The Hurricanes won Game One of this series 2-1. It was a close game, but the Hurricanes walked away with the win. I expect this game to be higher-scoring, with at least five combined goals will be scored. This prop will involve the Hurricanes’ Sebastian Aho. Aho’s numbers dropped a little bit from last season, but he is still a great player. He will finish with a goal in this game. Bet on Aho to be an anytime scorer.
Aho scored a goal in his final game of the regular season and a goal in Game One of this series. He is getting into a scoring groove, which will be very helpful for the Hurricanes. It is also worth noting that Aho had a lot of success against the Islanders in the regular season and had three goals in three games. If this game was against another team, maybe I would not recommend betting on this line, but since the Hurricanes are playing the Islanders, I would advise you to get risky and bet on Aho to be an anytime scorer.

Our second prop bet of the day is a little bit risky but not nearly as risky as the first bet. This prop will come from the Panthers-Bruins game. The Bruins handily won Game One 3-1. This game will probably have a little more scoring, but the Bruins will win again. We will look at Charlie McAvoy for this prop. McAvoy is a defenseman but had an impressive 45 assists in 67 games this season. He will finish with a point today. Bet on the over.
McAvoy only scored seven goals during the season but has become a reliable passer. He had an assist in Game One and an assist in the last two games of the season. It is possible he will score in this game, but I would not hold my breath. However, I would count on an assist. McAvoy has plenty of solid scorers he can pass to and will have plenty of opportunities to get a point. Bet on the over.

Our final prop of the day will come from the Minnesota Wild vs Dallas Stars game. This will be a closer series than the other two I spoke about and already had a very exciting Game One. Game One went into double overtime and ended on a Ryan Hartman goal. There was a ton of shooting in this game, and 101 shots between both teams. This prop will involve the Wild’s Kirill Kaprizov. Kaprizov has been the most consistent offensive player for the Wild all year long and will likely continue to be an offensive force in the Playoffs. He will finish this game with four shots or more. Bet on the over.
Kaprizov scored one of Minnesota’s three Game One goals and put up six shots. I realize these six shots came from three periods of regulation, one full overtime period, and almost eight minutes of a double overtime, but it is still quite a few shots and indicative of a shooting confidence. Kaprizov was not afraid to shoot in this matchup, which led to him having the most shots of any Wild player. It is also worth noting that it is not that irregular for Kaprizov to shoot six or more times in a game. The 25-year-old shot six or more times 14 times this season. If he is capable of shooting that much in a regular season game, it should go without saying that he will put up at least four shots in this Playoffs game. Bet on the over.
