Our first prop bet of the day will take us to Toronto for the Avalanche vs Maple Leafs game. This bet involves Avalanche star Valeri Nichushkin. Nichushkin has missed a lot of time this season with injuries and has only played in 36 games. However, he has been quite productive in those 36 matchups. Nichushkin will finish with at least one point today. Bet on the over.
Nichushkin comes into this game with 35 points (13 goals and 22 assists). He is averaging nearly one point per game and is on a tear in March. The winger is coming off a one-goal, two-assist game against the Montreal Canadiens and has ten points in seven March games. It is safe to say Nichushkin has found his groove.
Nichushkin may be on a tear, but that is not the only reason he will have at least one point today. The other reason is he scores pretty evenly at home and on the road. The 28-year-old has 19 points in 20 home games and 13 points in 16 road games. His performance does not dip when he leaves Denver. He should have no problem getting at least one point today. Bet on the over.
Our second prop bet moves us to St. Louis, Missouri, and involves Blues star Jordan Kyrou. Kyrou is the top player on this mediocre Blues squad and having himself quite a season. He has been quite confident on the ice and shooting the puck with ease all season long. The center will have four shots or more today. Bet on the over.
Kyrou is averaging 3.56 shots per game this season. That may not sway you towards picking the over, so I will add this. The 24-year-old is coming off a four-shot game against the Vegas Golden Knights and averaging nearly 5.3 shots per game over his last four games.
Kyrou goes through periods where his shot output increases and decreases. For instance, in February, he only shot three times a game, but this month, he is shooting four times a game. Simply put, the youngster is in a shooting groove, which will not end tonight. Kyrou may not not score, but he will shoot four or more times. Bet on the over.

We will return to Toronto for our third prop bet of the day. Yesterday, I only advised on betting on overs and promised to include some unders in today’s prop bets. I have kept that promise and will provide you with the first of two unders today. This bet involves Avalanche defenseman Cale Makar. Makar is a top defenseman in the NHL and a solid offensive player. However, he will not secure an assist today. Bet on the under.
Makar comes into this game with 40 assists but will not have one today because of the Avalanche’s opponent. Colorado is taking on the surging Toronto Maple Leafs. The Maple Leafs are a dominant defensive team and only allow 2.68 goals per game. Toronto very often allows two goals or less, and when they allow more, it is against the NHL’s best offenses. Colorado does not have one of the NHL’s best offenses. The Avalanche offense is a little above average but not elite. I only say this to illustrate why Makar will not have enough opportunities to get an assist. Bet on the under.
Our final two prop bets will involve the New York Islanders and the Anaheim Ducks. There are only four games today, so I could only pick from a handful of teams. Brock Nelson has claimed the title of the Islanders’ best offensive player. Nelson is averaging almost one point a game and leads his team in shots with 193. He will have no problem putting up at least three shots today. Bet on the over.
Nelson is averaging 2.8 shots per game this season. While that number is encouraging, there are other reasons why he will hit the over. Nelson is facing a weak Anaheim Ducks team in this matchup. The Ducks are rebuilding and do not have many defensive pieces. Anaheim allows an astounding 39.1 shots per game (the most in the NHL). Since the Ducks allow other teams to fire at will, it is easy to see why Brock Nelson will have at least three shots. Bet on the over.

Our final prop bet of the day is an interesting one. It involves Islanders’ defenseman Noah Dobson. Dobson is a solid defenseman and having a decent offensive season. However, he is not always consistent on the offensive end and can sometimes go three or four games without a point. Dobson is going through a period like that right now. He will not finish this game with a point. Bet on the under.
Dobson failed to secure a point in his previous two games against the Los Angeles Kings and Washington Capitals and only has one in his last four games. His play has been up to par, but he has not been getting goals or assists.
Dobson will be battling with a Ducks team that has a horrible record but has been playing decent hockey lately. The Ducks are not a threat, but they have been making games interesting recently. Anaheim is 2-1-2 over their previous five games and has only let their opponents score four or more times twice. I say this to show why Dobson will struggle to set up his teammates with scoring opportunities. I expect him to put in effort, but it will not be enough. Bet on the under.
