The last time we talked about a matchup involving the Chiefs was week three against the Jets. We strongly believed it should have been a blowout, and then the Chiefs squeaked out the win with a field goal. In Week 6, Kansas City is back in primetime against the worst team in the NFL.
The Broncos are having a rough go under the new Sean Payton led offense. Ranking dead last in almost every defensive aspect, this Broncos team is breaking all the wrong records. Just 3 weeks ago, they lost 70-20 to the Dolphins.
Patrick Mahomes and Travis Kelce will look to do what they do so often, and that’s score quickly. We’ve created another TNF four-leg parlay to start Week 6 on a high note. Let’s break down the bet.
A lot of people thought that Isiah Pacheco was a waste of a draft pick for Kansas City, but he has proven to be an extremely effective running back for a pass-heavy team.
Through five weeks of football this year, Pacheco averages 65 rush yards per game and has three touchdowns. With how bad this Denver defense is, Mahomes should be able to take it easy in this one and hand the ball off more than any game this season.
The Broncos are the last-ranked team against the run this season, allowing 176 rush yards per game. The second-worst team is Cincinnati, giving up 157 yards per game, but they’re significantly better than Denver.
While being last in many categories, the Chiefs should be able to start out strong and then rely on a heavy run attack in the second half to wind the clock and take home the win.

While this offense, for the most part, has been overlooked because of their struggles on the defensive side, Courtland Sutton's efficiency level is one of the most promising things this season.
The Broncos have the 11th-highest-scoring offense in the league, which is surprising based on their record. They score fairly often and don’t really have many issues moving the football, but the defense is so bad.
Even in the hard times, Sutton has accumulated an average of 44.8 yards per game while averaging just over four receptions a game. Sutton has definitely made himself the number-one option for Russel Wilson while leaving Jerry Juedy behind.
The Chiefs only give up 21.8 receptions per game on average. With this game looking like a potential early scoring deficit for Denver, they will have to throw the ball to get in any type of scoring position.
Sutton must have five or more catches if Denver wants to knock off the former world champs.

While these two teams are on completely different sides of the winning percentage scale, both of them have had a hard time holding on to the football and keeping it away from the defenders. Between Wilson and Mahomes, the two quarterbacks have a total of six interceptions.
Kansas City is tied for fourth in the league with 8 total turnovers this regular season. However, Denver only has five. Both of these clubs have also had fumbling problems coming into this matchup.
Neither team has much of a defensive threat in this game, but the constant mistakes are a concern. Players like Justin Watson, Patrick Mahomes, and Kadarius Toney have fumbled for the Chiefs, while the same goes for Sutton, Juedy, and Samajae Perine for the Broncos.
Expect Denver to have more turnovers in this one, as Wilson will struggle with the Chiefs pass rush and try to scramble in a reckless fashion and throw the ball up for grabs.

The Chiefs will always be a Candidate to be on the winning side of a blowout. But recently, it seems like they’ve been playing down to their opponents' level.
This season, Kansas City and Denver have averaged 14.5 points in the first quarter alone. The Chiefs, however, average the second-most second-quarter points in the league. We would expect the Chiefs to be on a point-proving mission against a bad team, just like when the Dolphins scored 70.
Kansas City averages the ninth most rushing yards per game with 137 and almost one rushing touchdown per game. They also average the sixth most passing yards per game in the league with 256 and have scored eight passing touchdowns through five weeks.
