Steelers vs. Ravens Picks, Predictions & Player Props: This AFC North Battle Highlights Week 16

  • The Steelers currently lead the AFC North by one game

  • The Ravens are 9-5, looking to overtake Pittsburgh in the division

  • Pittsburgh is dealing with several key injuries, including George Pickens

The Ravens seek revenge in Week 16 against the Steelers, who defeated them earlier in the season. This matchup looks slightly different, as Pittsburgh is dealing with several key injuries that will affect this game.

Baltimore needs a win to tie Pittsburgh in the AFC North. The Steelers defeated the Ravens in the first matchup by two points in a defensive game.

If T.J. Watt doesn’t play in this game, the Steelers might struggle to stop Lamar Jackson through the air and on the ground.

Steelers vs. Ravens Predictions and Prop Bets

Steelers vs. Ravens My Pick

According to Cold Hard Football Facts, Baltimore is the best team in the league in terms of the Offensive Hog Index, which measures how efficient a team is in the trenches. We expect Pittsburgh to struggle to defend Jackson and the Ravens' offense because of their injuries.

Pickens is battling an injury this week that has prevented him from being a full practice participant. Without him, it's going to be easier for Pittsburgh to find offense.

Steelers vs. Ravens Predictions

This AFC North battle is always a great game that comes down to the wire, but we see this Week 16 matchup playing out differently. The Ravens will be ready to dominate the Steelers avenging a loss from earlier in the season.

Baltimore is 4-2 at home, and Lamar Jackson is playing MVP caliber football. He has 3,580 passing yards with 34 touchdowns and only three interceptions. Jackson also has 743 rushing yards, averaging 6.3 yards per carry.

Russell Wilson is playing great, and the Steelers are 10-4 at the top of the division. He has thrown for 1,912 yards to go with 13 touchdowns in 2024.

T.J. Watt is the best defensive player in the NFL but is battling an ankle injury ahead of this matchup. If Watt doesn’t play, the Steelers will have difficulty stopping Jackson.

The Ravens should put it on the Steelers after what happened in the first matchup. Look for Baltimore to utilize Jackson and Derrick Henry on the ground and run all over the Steelers' defense, as they need this win.

Steelers vs. Ravens Best Player Props

Derrick Henry Anytime Touchdown (-200) at FanDuel

Henry has been one of the best running backs in the NFL over the last few years and has dominated in his first year with the Ravens.

Henry has 1,474 rushing yards to go with 13 touchdowns in 2024. Henry scored in ten of the 14 games, including the season's first six weeks.

Henry hasn’t found the end zone in the last three weeks, and we think he will find his groove and score in Week 16.

Pat Freiermuth Anytime Touchdown (+275) at FanDuel

With Pickens being hurt, Pat Freiermuth will be Wilson’s most reliable option in the passing game. Freiermuth has 47 receptions for 492 yards with six touchdowns in 2024.

Freiermuth is Pittsburgh’s best red zone threat, as he is an exceptional route runner for his height. We expect the big tight end to have an excellent performance and score a touchdown against the Ravens.

Mark Andrews Anytime Touchdown (+175) at FanDuel

Andrews had a very slow start to the season, but he has scored four times in the last five games. He has eight touchdowns on the year and him and Jackson are starting to get on the same page again.

In the first matchup against the Steelers, Andrews had three catches for 22 yards. We expect him to be ready to go and tear up the Steelers' secondary in Week 16.
