Isiah Pacheco will miss 6-8 weeks with an injury
Bijan Robinson averaged 6.9 YPC against the Eagles in Week 2
The Chiefs defense has allowed the fourth most yards in the league
The third edition of Sunday Night Football brings us a fantastic matchup as the Kanas City Chiefs visit the Atlanta Falcons. The Chiefs will be without their top running back as they attempt to fend off a Falcons’ team brimming with confidence.
We have you covered if you want to wager on this Sunday Night Football matchup. Below, we’ll share our favorite Same Game Parlay for the game, giving you everything you need to bet confidently. This is one of our favorite bets from Week 3, largely because an injury to Isiah Pacheco leaves the Chiefs without a top running back. The former seventh-round draft pick played a huge role in the team’s Week 2 win, helping to compensate for a struggling passing attack. The team doesn’t have the depth to replace him this week, meaning Kansas City will be forced to work through the air, an area in which they have disappointed so far.
The Falcons picked up an impressive road win against the Eagles in Week 2, finally looking like the contender we thought they could be after a bust offseason. Bijan Robinson has looked great in the backfield, while Kirk Cousins is starting to gel with his Kyle Pitts and Drake London. Considering that the Chiefs have given up the fourth-most yards in the league this season, we expect Atlanta to look sharp once again.

We have some significant concerns over the Chiefs' ability to stop the run this season. They were torched for 185 rushing yards against the Ravens in Week 1, allowing the team to average 5.8 YPC. While the team was better against the Bengals, it appears their backfield may be far weaker than expected, making it not much of a test.
Robinson has been running with a ton of confidence in his second season in the league. The 22-year-old had no problem carving up the Eagles last weekend, averaging 6.9 YPC for a total of 97 yards.
The Chiefs offense is still settling in, so we expect this game to remain close, leaving plenty of time for Robinson to surpass 71 rushing yards.

With Pacheco out, we expect the run game to fall flat against a tough Falcons defense. Carson Steeler and Samaje Perine are not lead-backs and will struggle to find holes on Sunday. While Xavier Worthy will also likely see some carries, it won’t be enough to keep the Chiefs’ run game afloat.
That means the Chiefs will throw the ball a lot on Sunday. While they may strive for balance at first, Kansas City will have no issue putting the game in the hands of Patrick Mahomes. That will lead to a ton of pass attempts, though the results may not be as impressive.
