The sixth-seed Los Angeles Rams will go on the road to face the third-seed Detroit Lions in an NFL playoff edition of Sunday Night Football.
The Lions are favored by three points in their first trip to the postseason since 2016—but the bigger story is Matthew Stafford’s return to the Motor City, where he spent the first 12 years of his career, and Jared Goff squaring off against the team that traded him.
We assembled a same-game parlay with our favorite betting picks in the Rams vs. Lions game on SNF. Let’s jump into the parlay and break down each leg.

The Rams are one of the hottest teams in the league, having won seven of their final eight regular-season games. Their core players, including Stafford, Kupp, and Aaron Donald, know what it takes to win a Super Bowl, while many players on the Lions have little-to-no playoff experience. The coaching battle between Dan Campbell and Sean McVay also favors the latter, who’s steadier in crucial moments.

Goff finished second in the NFL with 4,575 passing yards and averaged 280 yards per game at home. He went over this total in three of his last four games and had 257 yards in the one game he went under, putting him in a solid run of form. This figures to be a high-scoring shootout between two pass-happy offenses, which sets up well for overs.

Following the same logic, St. Brown has a great chance to go over if his quarterback can carry his home regular-season play into the postseason. The 24-year-old had the third-most receiving yards in the league and crushed this total each of the last four weeks and went over in 11 of 16 games. The Rams ranked 20th in passing yards allowed per game and will struggle to contain his speed.

Kupp only had five touchdowns on the season, but four of them came in the final five games. He’s a big-game player who’s been in the fire with Stafford and will get to work against a defense that allowed the sixth-most passing touchdowns in the regular season. Puka Nacua is great, but Stafford favors Kupp in the red zone and should look to his favorite target in the most important game of the year.

Both teams have standout defensive pieces (namely, Donald and Aidan Hutchinson), but they ranked 19th and 23rd in points allowed per game, respectively. Both offenses are also built off prolific passing games and should be all systems go in the enclosed environment of the Detroit dome, which sets this up to be a high-scoring affair.
