Ravens vs. Bengals Picks, Predictions & Player Props: Expect Fireworks in This AFC North Matchup

  • The Baltimore Ravens are winners of two straight coming into Sunday

  • Cincinnati picked up their first win of the season last week against the Panthers

The biggest matchup of the week is in the AFC North between the Ravens and Bengals. Joe Burrow and the Bengals finally got their first win of the season, defeating the Panthers by ten points a week ago.

Cincinnati looked shaky in the process, but any win is positive in the NFL. They have a much tougher test this week against Baltimore.

The Ravens have won two straight after defeating the Bills on Sunday Night Football by a score of 35-10. Lamar Jackson and Derrick Henry are playing tremendously and leading this team in the right direction. We expect their leadership to be enough to cover the point spread in this game on the road.

Ravens vs Bengals Predictions and Prop Bets

Ravens vs. Bengals Pick

The Cold, Hard Football Facts have successfully predicted the outcome of NFL games and seasons for over 20 years. Cold Hard has 22 proprietary stats we can use to determine the best bet for Sunday’s Ravens vs. Bengals game.

The Bengals are 16th in the Quality Stats Power Rankings, so the two teams have a massive efficiency difference. The Bengals have looked sloppy on defense, but they made some big stops against Carolina.

Even though the Bengals are gaining momentum, the Ravens are the better team and their point spread is ideal at -2.5.

Ravens vs. Bengals Predictions

No media member would have predicted the Ravens' and Bengals' ugly start. Baltimore has already played a tough schedule, facing Kansas City and Buffalo.

Cincinnati has played an easier schedule, but they haven’t thrived. Either way, Sunday’s AFC North battle should be competitive.

This game will ultimately come down to how well the Bengals' defense plays against Baltimore, and we think the Ravens have a clear advantage. Baltimore is a true Super Bowl contender and are starting to put the pieces together.

The Ravens have one of the best running backs in the league in Derrick Henry partnered with Zay Flowers at receiver. Tight end Mark Andrews has been absent so far this season, but we think he finally gets involved in the offense this week.

We expect the Ravens to come out on fire and take control of this game early. When Baltimore has the lead, they can be dangerous with their run game between Henry and Jackson.

Ravens vs. Bengals Best Player Props

Ja’Marr Chase Anytime Touchdown (+110) at FanDuel Sportsbook

Ja’Marr Chase is one of the best receivers in football, and if the Bengals want to hang in this game they are going to have to feed him the ball. Chase is terrific at creating space and also running after the catch, and we think he will find the end zone on Sunday.

Chase has a tough matchup with Baltimore’s secondary, but great players make plays in big games, and he needs to perform for Cincinnati to compete.

Lamar Jackson Anytime Touchdown (+175) at FanDuel Sportsbook

Jackson is the heart and soul of Baltimore’s offense, and they will go as far as he leads them in 2024. Jackson is one of the most mobile quarterbacks in the NFL and his ability to pick up big first downs on his feet separates him from the rest of the league.

Jackson gets plenty of opportunities to score by the goal line when Henry is not touching the ball. We believe this will occur on Sunday.

Derrick Henry Anytime Touchdown (-185) at FanDuel Sportsbook

Our most confident player prop in this game is Derrick Henry to score at -185. This number is juiced because he is a beast around the goal line for this team.

Henry broke free for an 87-yard touchdown on Monday night against the Bills, and we expect him to score this week as well.

Henry utilizes both his strength and speed to run through defenders and is one of the best backs in the league. If the Ravens are inside the five-yard line, Henry will get the opportunity to score and we think he does just that in this contest.
