  • Puka Nacua is averaging 108.8 yards over his last six games

  • Kyren Williams has seen 29 carries in two consecutive games

  • The Rams’ defense held the Niners to 6 points last week

The Los Angeles Rams will attempt to hold on to their NFC West lead as they visit the New York Jets this weekend. While the Rams enter as a road favorite, the Jets are coming off one of their best games of the season. That sets us up for an exciting matchup with playoff implications on Sunday.

If you want to wager on this game, we have you covered. Below, we’ll share our favorite bet for the game and a few prop bets we have our eye on.

Rams vs Jets Predictions and Prop Bets

Rams vs. Jets Predictions

The Jets managed to hold off a bad Jaguars team to get their second win over the last 11 games. The offense had its best game of the season, but the defense again showed its most deficiencies.

As impressive as Aaron Rodgers and the Jets were last week, don’t count on it carrying over. We have seen the Jets offense fail often this season, but they managed to take advantage of a Jags’ team that is even more miserable. There will be a regression on Sunday, leading to the team’s eleventh loss of the season.

The Rams have plenty of weapons to expose this Jets’ defense. One of the most prominent is Puka Nacua, who has been nearly unstoppable in the second half of the season. The second-year pass catcher has averaged 108.8 yards per game over his last six games. Running back Kyren Williams has also gotten hot, averaging 99.8 rushing yards over his previous three games.

Los Angeles is coming off its best defensive game of the year last year. They held the Niners to 191 yards and six points in a key NFC West win on the road. We expect them to perform similarly against a bad Jets offense on Sunday.

Rams vs. Jets My Pick

The Rams will travel across the country, but they’ll also have much to play for. We saw LA step up in a challenging road game last week, and they will do so again this weekend.

Rams vs. Jets Best Prop Bets

Davante Adams Anytime TD (+130) at Caesars Sportsbook

Aaron Rodgers has been relying on Davante Adams over the last three games. He has targeted his former Packers teammate at least 11 times in each. As a result, he has found the end zone four times during that span.

The Jets have a lot of offensive weapons, but Rodgers is locked and has been locked in on Adams lately. While we like the Rams to get a big win, expect Adams to find the end zone at least once on Sunday.

Matthew Stafford Over 1.5 Passing TDs (-137) at Caesars Sportsbook

While Matthew Stafford was held without a TD pass against the Niners last week, he scored 2+ in the previous four games. With Cooper Kupp and Nacua healthy and Williams dominating in the backfield, it will lead to yet another multiple-touchdown outing for the veteran quarterback.

The Jets’ pass defense has been solid this season, but they will be overwhelmed by this explosive Rams offense this weekend.

Kyren Williams Over 84.5 Rushing Yards (-117) at Caesars Sportsbook

The numbers for the Jets’ run defense aren’t bad, but they haven’t faced an elite back in a long time. That has boosted their numbers, but they will be in for a more significant challenge tonight.

We love this bet primarily due to Williams's overall talent, but we also love the volume of carries he receives. He has posted 29 in two consecutive games as the team had relied heavily on the back. Given the cold weather in New York, we expect him to see another big carry total on Sunday.
