NFL Week 8 Best Prop Bets: Expect Mahomes to Shine Against the Raiders

  • Patrick Mahomes is 10-2 in his career against the Raiders

  • Mark Andrews should stay hot in Week 8

  • Amon-Ra St. Brown is coming off a 112 yard performance against Minnesota

Player props are a great way to attack NFL betting. We have three player props to target in Week 8, which have a lot of value.

Patrick Mahomes has been dominant against the Raiders in his career, and we expect this trend to continue. We also expect Mark Andrews and Amon-Ra St. Brown to build off their strong performances from last week.

bet365 Sportsbook is one of the best NFL betting sites in the legal market, and the site has excellent lines for our three props. As a special offer, bet365 gives new users a $1,000 safety net bet or $200 in bonus bets. Use our promo code WSN365 at sign-up to claim this offer.

Best NFL Prop Bets Week 8

Patrick Mahomes Over 232.5 Passing Yards (-115) at bet365

Patrick Mahomes is one of the NFL MVP favorites, and he has been fantastic against Las Vegas. He is 10-2 against them in his career and is averaging 298 yards per game.

Mahomes has not played his best football this season, but this is a huge mismatch and we think he will step up this week. The Chiefs are dealing with injuries in the wide receiver room, but Andy Reid is an offensive mastermind.

When Rashee Rice is healthy, the Chiefs offense is much more explosive. Kansas City has reverted to playing clock control.

Players like Justin Watson and Skyy Moore must step up for the Chiefs and they have an excellent chance against the Raiders.

Mahomes is coming off a game in which he threw for only 154 yards against San Francisco, and that has been the story for him this season. The Chiefs are 6-0, but Mahomes is having his worst year in his career according to the stats.

We expect him to have his breakthrough game this week against a team that has been mocking him on social media all season, and we know what Mahomes will play with a chip

Mark Andrews Anytime Touchdown (+300) at bet365

Mark Andrews was not involved in this Baltimore offense through the first five weeks of the season, but he has caught three touchdowns in the last two weeks. Bettors are starting to trust Mark Andrews, but the sportsbooks still list him with long odds.

Andrews is getting older, but he still has capability to score as we have seen. His quarterback, Lamar Jackson, is playing some of the best football of his career.

There are too many weapons on the Ravens offense, which can make this bet hard, but we’re riding the hot hand.

The Browns have a strong defense, not allowing a tight end to surpass 67 yards. Yet, their franchise is in a difficult spot, and we believe the players have started preparing for the offseason.

If Cleveland’s defense does not step up, Andrews has an excellent chance to find the end zone once again.

Amon-Ra St. Brown Over 74.5 Receiving Yards (-115) at bet365

Amon-Ra St. Brown is coming off a huge game one week ago, and we expect him to repeat this type of performance on Sunday. He had eight receptions for 112 yards to go with a touchdown in last week’s contest.

The Lions are now favored to win the NFC Championship following their win over the Vikings last week.

St. Brown is one of the best receivers in football and we think his volume will increase with wide receiver Jameson Williams being suspended. St. Brown already received the highest share of targets on the team, and it’s only bound to increase.

He has been targeted 50 times in six games making him one of the most targeted receivers in the NFL. His ability to get open and rack up yards after the catch is terrific.

St. Brown has the ability to hit the over on a few catches, and the Titans allow explosive plays through the air.

Jared Goff has had an MVP-type season, and his connection with St. Brown is unstoppable. We like St Brown to have a massive day this week and go over 74.5 receiving yards.
