The San Francisco 49ers were handed their first loss of the season last week and are out to exact revenge against the Minnesota Vikings on Monday Night Football in Week 7 of the 2023 NFL season.
As the Niners look to find their way back to the top, we’ve put together a same-game parlay with our favorite betting picks and player props from the matchup.
Let’s check out the 49ers vs. Vikings parlay.

The 49ers have a point to prove after losing outright as massive favorites against the Browns and backup quarterback P.J. Walker. They won the first half by an average of 8.8 points and are facing a Vikings team that is down its best offensive player (Justin Jefferson) and struggled against the lowly Chicago Bears defense.
We also like the Niners to win outright but aren’t 100% on them covering. They have been money against the spread under Brock Purdy (despite last week’s loss), but the Vikings have a history of pulling the backdoor cover. This is a road, non-conference game against an unfamiliar opponent in primetime, and we’ll stick to the moneyline instead of the spread.
Jordan Mason is the number-two back in a run-heavy Niners offense. Christian McCaffrey has scored in 15 straight games and is expected to play, but he's still banged up. Mason scored in each of the last two games and figures to have a larger role against a subpar Vikings run defense.
Hockenson stepped up as Kirk Cousins’ favorite target without Jefferson in the lineup last week, catching six balls for 50 yards. He averages 50.7 receiving yards per game but has hit 50+ in four of six outings, and we think he’ll have another strong outing on Monday. The Vikings are likely going to be trailing and will have to throw the ball, which will allow them to rack up passing and receiving stats.
We don’t see this becoming a shootout without Jefferson and with McCaffrey and Deebo Samuel nursing injuries. We moved the line up to provide extra breathing space and to account for our player props, but we see this finishing close to or below the regular total (note: San Francisco is 4-2 on the over/under, while Minnesota is 1-5).
