The Cincinnati Bengals (5-6) are desperately trying to keep their playoff hopes alive as they prepare to take on the Jacksonville Jaguars (8-3) on Monday Night Football in NFL Week 13.
The Bengals will be without star QB Joe Burrow for the rest of the year, and they’ve already lost three straight games. Meanwhile, the Jags are barely outside the top seed in the AFC and are cruising toward another AFC South title, and potentially a bye in the playoffs.
With the AFC showdown looming, we’ve assembled a same-game parlay for the MNF action—here’s how it looks.
Jaguars -2.5
Under 38.5 points
Travis Etienne anytime touchdown scorer
Ja’Marr Chase 50+ receiving yards
Trevor Lawrence under 274.5 passing yards

We started by going with an alternate spread of -2.5. Essentially, we’re backing the Jags, but we’re protecting against all winning amounts at a field goal and beyond since underdogs have found lots of success against the spread in low-total games. The Jags also know that they just need to avoid making mistakes and they’ll probably win since Burrow is out.
Primetime unders are a near-lock based on this season’s results. As we’ve mentioned twice now, Burrow is out, and Jake Browning does not look capable of delivering consistent offense. The Bengals also average the fewest rushing yards per game in the entire NFL, and the Jags have red zone worries of their own, all of which feed into this being a low-scoring game.
Etienne hasn’t scored in three games but has eight touchdowns on the season. His recent TD drought will also make the team more likely to get him the ball near the goal line to regain his confidence before they face tougher opponents in the near future. Trevor Lawrence also hasn’t been great near the goal line, so Etienne should get looks regardless.
Chase is the obvious number-one target on the Bengals and one of the few sources of hope without their franchise QB in the lineup. He showed a good rapport with Browning last week and brought down four receptions for 81 yards, which comfortably put him over his total. Jacksonville is 28th in passing yards allowed per game and should give Chase enough opportunities to go over.
We don’t foresee the Bengals putting a ton of points on the board, which means the Jags shouldn’t have to be aggressive with their playcalling. Lawrence averages just under 250 yards per game and shouldn’t feel the need to be Superman against an inferior opponent, which should lead to him cashing the under.
