They would suffer their first loss, however, the next week to the Buffalo Bills over a 48-20 score. Since then, the Dolphins wouldn't win huge games over average or below average teams wall losing to solid opponents. After a 3-1 start to the season, Miami wouldn't account for six wins in the next eight matchups.
