The New York Giants will take on the Buffalo Bills in an in-state Sunday Night Football showdown in NFL Week 6.
The Bills are the largest favorites of the week, which is why we’ve formulated a same-game parlay with our favorite prop bets to help spice up the matchup.
Daniel Jones and a host of other Giants are questionable or doubtful, so the parlay is Bills-heavy. Let’s see how it looks.

The Bills should comfortably win against an injured and unimpressive Giants team, especially coming off a loss to the Jacksonville Jaguars. But covering a 14.5-point spread is a tall ask for any team, especially since we foresee the Bills going up early and essentially shutting down the offense. An alternate line of 6.5 points means they cover if they win by a touchdown and extra point and still adds tremendous value to the parlay.

Diggs is on pace for a career-high in touchdowns with five touchdowns in five games, including four in his last two outings. He’s the obvious number-one option in the Bills’ passing attack and gets to work against a Giants secondary that is down top corner Deonte Banks and allows the fourth-most points per game.

We don’t think the Giants are going to provide much resistance against the Bills, which should lead to the favorites running the ball and draining the clock. Cook has not gone over his total since Week 3 but has games of 98 and 123 yards on his resume, while the Giants have allowed the third-most rushing yards per game (151.4).

Following the same logic, Allen should get to his passing total quickly but likely won’t throw for a ton of yards in the second half. He’s gone over 225 yards in seven of his last eight games dating back to last year and is completing a career-high 73.1% of his passes.

Once again riding with the logic above, we’re taking an alternate under of 51.5 points to account for outcomes such as 31-20 or 34-17. Buffalo might have the league’s third-highest-scoring offense, but they’re 2-3 on the over, while New York is 1-4. We’re providing extra breathing room on the line in case the Bills use Sunday as an opportunity to make a statement (or the Giants miraculously hold their own), but it’s unlikely the total shoots into the high 50s.
