The GOAT is just getting started in Tampa Bay, and Tom Brady’s talented targets and he should solidify their connections soon, certainly in time to take care of these banged-up Broncos by at least a touchdown.

The Buccaneers are still a work in progress as they adjust to having the greatest quarterback of all time, Tom Brady, under center, a shift in Tampa Bay personnel that comes with its own struggles, like making sure he throws the ball to his own receivers.
The Denver Broncos have to play without their starting QB Drew Lock (shoulder) and arguably their best receiver, Courtland Sutton (Knee – ACL + MCL) so it might be tough for backup hurler Jeff Driskel and banged up WR Jerry Jeudy (ribs) and company to earn a Week 3 win.
These two cross-conference rivals have played each other just 9 times, with the Denver Broncos winning 7 of those matchups and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers winning 2 of them.
It has not been often (if ever) in the two-decade NFL career of GOAT QB Tom Brady that he has posted the same number of touchdown passes as interceptions, but after two games in the 2020 season with the Bucs, he has three of each.
Not a good sign for a team that signed Brady as a free agent for the very purpose of replacing their interception prone prior starter, Jameis Winston, so expect Tampa Bay head coach Bruce Arians to figure out why this trend keeps happening.
Brady has thrown a pick-six in three consecutive games stretching back to the final game of last season, so the hope is that this is not a sign that the 40+-year-old QB is nearing the end of this NFL reign, a worry that a big Week 3 pick-free win for the GOAT could definitely help alleviate.
It is getting ridiculous in Denver with all the injuries that are taking out some of their key players, including starting QB Drew Lock, who went down in Week 2 when Steelers linebacker Bud Dupree hit him on a sack in the first half, driving his shoulder into the ground.
Add to that WR Courtland Sutton (knee), LB Von Miller (ankle), CB A.J. Bouye (shoulder), DE Demarcus Walker (calf) and RB Phillip Lindsay, who is listed as doubtful with a toe injury, and WR Jerry Jeudy, questionable with hurt ribs, plus many more Broncos on IR.
Given all those backups now upgraded to starters, a Week 3 Denver win seems highly unlikely.

A huge factor in the Tom Brady Week 2 turnaround was the rushing attack provided by backup running back Leonard Fournette, who carried the ball 12 times for 103 yards and 2 touchdowns in the team’s win over the Carolina Panthers.
Fournette also caught 4 passes during that game for another 13 yards, and that was off of five targets, making his catching percentage an impressive 80 for that game and proving what many have already known, that he is a dual-threat out of the backfield that needs more touches.
While Brady is finding his way in a new offense, Fournette can help with that transition by providing a solid counterbalance on the ground that will keep the attention of opposing defenses perfectly split in two.
Starting QB Drew Lock will be out for multiple games due to injuries, so his backup, Jeff Driskel, will have to do.
But Driskel, in just his third NFL season, boasts just a 1-7 records as a starter with a 58.7 completion rate, so nobody is expecting miracles (or wins) from him directly.
In Week 2, Driskel came in for the injured Lock and completed 18-of-34 passes for 256 yards and two touchdowns with an interception, though in that same amount of time he was sacked six times and in the end took the loss, 21-26.
