Grand Canyon vs Maryland Predictions 

Grand Canyon lost its regular season finale to Abilene Christian by a point in overtime but went on to win the WAC tournament to earn a date with Maryland. They are solid on both ends of the court, scoring about ten points per game more on average than they allow.

However, the level of competition is dramatically different from Maryland’s. The Lopes went 1-3 vs. Quad 1 and 2 teams this year; Maryland went 14-8. The Terps are certainly the more talented and deeper team of the two, but if they fail to take the Lopes seriously, Grand Canyon has enough talent to pull off an upset.
