Alabama travels to Wisconsin to face the Badgers
The Week 3 slate begins on Thursday with Arizona State and Texas State
LSU has a tough road test against South Carolina
The Week 3 slate is loaded with competitive matchups. The action begins on Thursday night when Arizona State faces Texas State, and this is just an appetizer for Saturday’s contests.
Saturday begins with Alabama vs. Wisconsin from Camp Randall Stadium. The LSU Tigers also have a tall task on the road against South Carolina. Some of these matchups can be tough to predict, so we’re leaning on player props.
We believe a few players will shine on Saturday, and we’re placing these bets on bet365 Sportsbook. As a special offer, bet365 gives new users a $1,000 safety net bet or $200 in bonus bets. This exclusive deal is available by using our promo code WSN365.
We have a massive game on Friday night between #20 Arizona and #14 Kansas State. Kansas State is a 7.5-point favorite at home, but they must throw the ball to win.
Arizona will enter this game, slinging the ball all over the field behind its quarterback, Noah Fifita. Fifita has thrown for just under 600 yards in two games, five touchdowns, and two interceptions.
Even though Fifita is only 5’10”, he has a strong arm that will force Kansas State outside of its element. For this reason, we’re taking Avery Johnson to surpass 196.5 passing yards.
Johnson has been very efficient with the football. He has thrown for 334 yards with four touchdowns and one interception. Johnson is only a sophomore quarterback, so the team hasn’t put much pressure on him through two games.
His passing total is meager, considering the team faces Arizona, and we must lean over on the line. The Wildcats allow 184.5 passing yards per game, which is in the bottom half of the Big 12.
Kansas State has some receivers who can stretch the field like Jayce Brown, so look for some big plays to propel Johnson over 196.5 passing yards.

Wisconsin is off to a 2-0 start and in second place in the Big Ten. Camp Randall Stadium is a tough place to play, but we fully expect the Badgers' perfect record to be blemished following their matchup with Alabama on Saturday.
The Crimson Tide played rigidly against South Florida for three-quarters last week. However, they won 42-16 thanks to a 28-point scoring effort in the fourth quarter.
Jalen Milroe wasn’t perfect last week but could win and run the football. Our one fear with this prop is that Milroe has taken a ton of sacks this season.
Yet, Alabama’s offensive line is one of the best in the country, so they should keep the heat off of Milroe. Last week, Milroe only rushed for 2 yards because of sacks, but the week before, he had 79 rushing yards.
Alabama must run the ball with Milroe to win this contest. Look for the quarterback to use his legs early in the contest.

LSU started the season with a bad loss to USC. However, they responded with a vengeance by beating Nicholls 44-21.
Starting quarterback Garrett Nussemeier has been fantastic all season. Even though Brian Kelly called him out after Week 1, he has done more than enough to win football games.
Nussmeier has thrown for 610 yards with eight touchdowns and one interception through four games. He has plenty of receivers like Kyren Lacy, who can stretch the field.
LSU was expected to be a solid rushing team, but in the first two weeks, they showed their identity was passing.
We fully trust Nussmeier to execute his assignments and throw the ball down the field. South Carolina has one of the best passing defenses in the SEC Conference, but they haven’t been tested. This will change against LSU, and we don’t expect it to go well for the Gamecocks.
