Indiana battles Ohio State in a Big Ten showdown
Ole Miss looks to stay hot on the road against Florida
Quinn Ewers is coming off a 176-yard passing game against Kentucky
The latest College Football Playoff ranking has Tennessee missing the field of 12 as the last team out of the bracket. However, don’t expect anything to stay concrete over the next few weeks, as we have some bracket-busting games on the schedule.
The first game that will impact seeding happens early on Saturday during Fox’s Big Noon Kickoff. The Indiana Hoosiers will travel to Columbus to battle the Ohio State Buckeyes.
Indiana’s most extensive critique has been their lackluster strength of schedule, so we will find out if they’re competitive on Saturday against a quality opponent. We’re also looking at player props in Ole Miss vs. Florida and Texas vs. Kentucky.

The SEC gets all the respect regarding the College Football Playoff, but Ohio State is still ranked higher in the odds than any Southeastern Conference team. The Bulldogs are expected to be one of the last teams in the playoffs, but they have a tough test against Indiana on Saturday.
The Hoosiers are dangerous because nobody knows what they’re made of this season. Indiana is undefeated, but they haven’t played a challenging Big Ten schedule. This changes in Columbus against the second-ranked Buckeyes.
Indiana is a two-touchdown underdog in this contest, so the best value for betting on the game is in the prop markets. We’re looking at Indiana’s quarterback Kurtis Rourke to have a big game because he has to do so for the Hoosiers to be competitive.
Rourke is one of the Heisman candidates and could be invited to New York as a finalist if he finishes the season strong. The quarterback has thrown for 2,410 yards, 21 touchdowns, and four interceptions this season.
He has the second-best QBR in the nation at 88.1. While he hasn’t faced a defense like Ohio State, he has been great at dissecting defenses all season, and this should continue on Saturday.
Even though the Buckeyes have been great on defense, they’re still going to have trouble defending Indiana’s consistent passing game. Rourke’s passing yards line is listed at 224.5, and we’re taking the over against Ohio State.

Jaxson Dart is expected to be one of the top quarterbacks chosen in the NFL Draft this offseason. He is dynamic in the pocket and has a tremendous arm.
Ole Miss would easily be in the College Football Playoff if the college football season ended today. Yet, they have a challenging game against an underrated Florida team on Saturday, and Lane Kiffin-coached teams are notorious for playing hard no matter the situation.
This could easily be a trap game for the Rebels, but they have too much talent to lose to Florida. We expect them to win dominantly and continue making statements on offense.
For Ole Miss to make a statement, they must throw the ball down the field. Dart’s passing line is set at 285.5 yards on Saturday, and we’re taking the over in this game.
Dart has thrown for 3,409 yards with 22 touchdowns and four interceptions this season. He has the third-best QBR in the country at 86.2 and has surpassed this line in two of his past three games. This includes a 515-yard game against Arkansas with six touchdowns.

Quinn Ewers hasn’t been the most consistent quarterback for Texas. The Longhorns are currently in the College Football Playoff, but they still have a challenge against Texas A&M next week.
They shouldn’t have any issues handling Kentucky on Saturday. The Wildcats have one of the worst passing defenses you can find, but Ewers has been up and down. The quarterback has gone under 280.5 yards in three of his past five games.
Texas will have the luxury of running the ball because they will overpower Kentucky on the line of scrimmage. If the Longhorns play to their ability, this game will be over by halftime, and Ewers won’t have to put in much work.
