  • Oregon beat Ohio State 32-21on October 12

  • Penn State and Boise State will battle in the first quarterfinal on NYE

  • Ohio State, Penn State, Texas, and Notre Dame all won in the First Round

The College Football Playoff has reached the quarterfinals, and this is when the excitement begins. Blowouts defined the First Round of the CFP, as every favorite won and covered.

The Quarterfinals should feature much more competitive games, with the main event in Pasadena. Oregon and Ohio State will battle in a rematch from October 12, when the Ducks prevailed 32-31.

We have four games to bet on this week, and we’re leaning toward the props, as the stars should be on full display. Therefore, we’re taking a few of the best players in the tournament to dominate on FanDuel Sportsbook, one of the best platforms for betting on the College Football Playoff bracket

New customers who place a $5 bet can get $250 in bonus bets if their wager hits. FanDuel also has plenty of promotions for the College Football Playoff, so sign-up for your FanDuel account, today!

Dillon Gabriel Anytime Touchdown (+440) at FanDuel

Line shopping is critical in college football prop betting. Dillon Gabriel’s anytime touchdown odds are a prime example of this fact.

Gabriel isn’t known for being a runner, but he can still use his legs. This means different sportsbooks will give widely different prices for touchdown odds.

Gabriel is +440 to score a touchdown on FanDuel Sportsbook but +220 on BetMGM. BetMGM is an excellent sportsbook with tremendous promos, but it doesn’t compare to FanDuel in this market.

Gabriel is one of the best quarterbacks in the country and was a Heisman finalist in 2024. His ability to scramble is elite, which will be crucial against a vicious Ohio State pass rush.

In the last meeting, the Buckeyes failed to pressure Gabriel despite bringing pressure. We trust Ohio State will fix its flaws and get to the quarterback. If Gabriel feels pressure, he will slip away, giving him a solid chance to find the end zone.

Gabriel has scored twice in his past five games, so +440 is worth the risk in the Rose Bowl.

Quinshon Judkins Anytime Touchdown (+170) at FanDuel

Quinshon Judkins is one of the best running backs in the country. Ohio State was excellent at running the football game in the first half of their game against Oregon on October 12.

However, they abandoned the run in the second half, so their stats don’t look great. Judkins has been excellent this season, carrying the ball 157 times for 839 yards with ten touchdowns.

Although he only averaged 2.1 yards per carry against the Ducks, he did find the end zone. We anticipate Ohio State attempting to run the ball early in this contest.

They will want to establish the ground game, which starts with Judkins. His touchdown odds are favorable at +170, considering he has scored 10 touchdowns this season.

Penn State Defense Anytime Touchdown (+370) at FanDuel

You should target Penn State's defense if you’re looking for a longshot touchdown scorer. The Nittany Lions had two pick-sixes against SMU because of their relentless pressure on the quarterback.

The defense is playing excellently, and the Nittany Lions received one of the most favorable draws in the history of the college football playoff. SMU was no challenge, and now they face Boise State, a mid-major program.

Boise State wants to run the ball with Ashton Jeanty, but we don’t see this happening. Penn State's most significant advantage in this game is on the line of scrimmage, so we expect their front seven to dominate.

If Boise State can’t run, they’re going to throw, an area where they struggle. There should be chances for Penn State’s defense to force turnovers, resulting in a defensive touchdown.
