Still settling in with the Washington Wizards, Kristaps Porzingis has been in decent form since joining his new team. In just five games, Porzingis has shown flashes of what could be a great future for the Wizards.

Porzingis has averaged 19.8 points, 7.0 rebounds, and 1.4 blocks in five games with Washington. His shooting hasn’t been very steady, going just 48.4% fro the field and 31.6% from three-point range.

Washington’s size issues are potentially solved with Porzingis, and his stretch abilities should give the Knicks some problems. If Porzingis can find consistency from range, the New York Knicks will be in a lot of trouble.

Third-year star RJ Barrett has done an excellent job of leading the Knicks, despite some youthful inconsistencies. In the Knicks’ blowout of the Trail Blazers in their last game, Barrett starred.

The Canadian international led the Knicks in minutes in their last game at just over 40. Barrett posted an impressive line of 31 points, 5 assists, 4 rebounds, and 2 steals. His efficiency and shooting were notable, going 10 of 20 from the field and 5 of 11 from three-point range.

Barrett was unavailable in New York’s last game against the Wizards, so he’ll be able to offer some new looks for the Wizards defence. If his shooting is on point, Washington’s defence shouldn’t have a chance.
