Philadelphia 76ers Key Players: Jared McCain, RJ Hampton, Romeo Langford
The Detroit Pistons and the Philadelphia 76ers are set to put on a matchup between two of the most exciting prospects of the 2024 NBA Draft class. The Pistons are fielding a relatively unknown team, but fans will fill the stadium hoping to see fifth-overall pick Ron Holland. On the other end of the court, Jared McCain hopes to translate his earlier performances this summer into a productive Vegas Summer League debut.
Oklahoma City Thunder Key Players: Keyontae Johnson, Jack Gohlke, Dillon Jones
Toronto Raptors Key Players: Gradey Dick, Ochai Agbaji, Ja’Kobe Walter
Both the Oklahoma City Thunder and the Toronto Raptors will take a good look at their Summer League roster for some new contributors come the regular season. The Thunder shut down Ousmane Dieng for the remainder of the Summer League, so they’ll need to find production from some unexpected sources. The Toronto Raptors will field a relatively experienced roster with promising prospects and familiar faces, led by Gradey Dick and their 2024 first-round selection Ja’Kobe Walter.
Dallas Mavericks Key Players: Olivier-Maxence Prosper, Melvin Ajinca, AJ Lawson
The Utah Jazz and Dallas Mavericks face off in what many expect to be a one-sided matchup. While the Jazz opened the tournament as one of the favorites to win the championship, the exclusion of Walker Kessler and Keyonte George has dealt a blow to their chances. The Dallas Mavericks will rely on the growth of prospects like Olivier Maxence-Prosper to make up for the team’s variable quality.
Phoenix Suns Key Players: David Roddy, Ryan Dunn, Isaiah Wong
Golden State Warriors Key Players: Brandin Podziemski, Trayce Jackson-Davis, Kevin Knox
The Phoenix Suns and the Golden State Warriors close out Day Two of Las Vegas Summer League action. While lacking in experienced talent overall, the Suns will be led by Quindary Weatherspoon and David Roddy. The Golden State Warriors have their top promising prospects on their side, as the duo of Brandin Podziemski and Trayce Jackson-Davis have already looked solid through their short stint at the California Classic.
