The NBA’s Sunday schedule features five relatively light games. But when the action tips off, we focus on a matchup between familiar faces as the Trail Blazers and Suns clash!
The Phoenix Suns (20-18) have fallen to eighth in the Western Conference and aim to climb back into the top six to avoid the Play-In. The Portland Trail Blazers (10-28) are lottery-bound this season, but they’ll have extra motivation with Jusuf Nurkic returning to his old stomping grounds.

The Phoenix Suns take on the Portland Trail Blazers on Sunday night. While the Trail Blazers project to be lottery-bound with not even half the season gone, the Suns are fighting to get back into playoff position. It’ll be an exciting game, with DeAndre Ayton and Jusuf Nurkic facing their former teams.
Through 38 games, the Phoenix Suns have posted an ATS Record of 14-23-1, ranking them 29th in the league against the spread. That gives them a 37.8% cover percentage, a 1.2 margin of victory, and a -1.8 ATS +/-. Through their last five games, Phoenix has covered the spread twice.
The Phoenix Suns’ injury list includes just Damion Lee (Knee), who has no timetable for his return. For the Portland Trail Blazers, Robert Williams (Knee), Moses Brown (Wrist), and Shaedon Sharpe (Adductor) will be unavailable for this match. DeAndre Ayton (Knee) and Ibou Badji (Hip) are questionable for facing the Suns.

Anfernee Simons is leading the Portland Trail Blazers through a rebuilding phase, but he's faced some hurdles due to injuries this season. Things have yet to kick off as many hoped for him since he took over from Trail Blazers legend Damian Lillard.
In 17 games, Simons has been putting up an average of 22.8 points, 4.9 assists, and hitting 3.2 three-pointers per game. His shooting stats are 41.7% from the field and 38.5% from beyond the arc. However, his last game against the Minnesota Timberwolves didn't go well, with only five points, three assists, and two rebounds, and he failed to convert on a field goal attempt.
Despite his struggles, Simons has delivered over four assists in 11 of his 17 games this season, showing his diverse skills. The Timberwolves game was a stumble, but there's optimism for a comeback. Although known for his scoring, the focus will shift to Simons' playmaking, especially against a tough Suns team that will challenge him on defense.

Devin Booker remains the man to watch for the Phoenix Suns, a top-tier player who is a threat to score and create for his teammates at any opportunity. On the season, Booker is averaging 26.3 points, 7.7 assists, and 4.8 rebounds on 48.0% from the field and 37.7% from three-point range. He faces a Trail Blazers team among the league's worst-performing teams.
Through 29 games played, Booker has scored over 24.5 points 18 times. If there's one thing Portland does well, it's pressure the ball, so expect Booker to thrive both in his scoring and playmaking as the defenses challenge him on Sunday night.

An NBA Same Game Parlay allows you to bundle various bets in a single game. For example, if you bet on the Trail Blazers to cover the spread, the total game score to hit the over, and Kevin Durant to score over 29.5 points, a successful parlay would provide a more significant return than individual bets on each outcome. Unfortunately, you lose the entire bet if any part of your parlay is incorrect. A same game parlay is a great way to raise the stakes on your preferred evening match.
