The Philadelphia 76ers and the Utah Jazz will close the night on the NBA’s Thursday schedule. The Sixers are in freefall, suffering several issues with key players that have caused them to drop four straight games. The Jazz are trying to bounce back from a poor Eastern Conference road trip and will relish the opportunity to play at home.
Through 49 games this season, the Utah Jazz have posted an ATS Record of 28-20-1, ranking them sixth in the league. That gives them a 58.3% cover percentage, a -2.3 margin of victory, and a +1.0 ATS +/- for the season. The Jazz have covered the spread in two of their last five games.
The Philadelphia 76ers have a lengthy injury list, including Joel Embiid (Knee), Tyrese Maxey (Ankle), Robert Covington (Knee), De’Anthony Melton (Back), and Kenneth Lofton Jr. (Personal), who are ruled out. The Utah Jazz have no injuries to report.

Lauri Markkanen has had an excellent season for the Utah Jazz despite his team struggling to find consistency this season. With several injuries to key players on the side of the Sixers, Markkanen plans to take advantage offensively. With
This season, Markkanen is averaging 23.5 points, 8.7 rebounds, and 3.2 threes per game on 49.1% from the field and 39.6% from three-point range. In his last game, a loss to the Knicks, Markkanen posted 14 points, five rebounds, and two threes on 35.7% from the field and 25.0% from deep. The Jazz forward struggled to close their road trip, averaging 13.5 points and shooting 34.6% from the field in their last two games.
Despite his recent struggles, Markkanen scored over 25 points in 16 of his 39 appearances for the Jazz this season. Usually, he wouldn’t be favored in this matchup, but with Joel Embiid and many of Philadelphia’s versatile players unavailable, Markkanen looks like he’ll face little opposition on Thursday night.

With so many key players unavailable for the Sixers, Kelly Oubre Jr. must step up when they face the Utah Jazz. On the season, Oubre Jr. averaged 13.3 points, 4.3 rebounds, and 1.5 threes per game on 47.5% from the field and 33.6% from beyond the arc. He contributed 21.7 points on 52.9% shooting in his last three games.
This season, Oubre Jr. has scored 15 points or more in 13 of his 34 games. With an increased role due to the Sixers’ injury situation, expect him to return to the form that made him a 20-point scorer last season.

NBA Same Game Parlays let you combine multiple bets in a single game, such as the 76ers covering the spread, the total score going over, and Lauri Markkanen scoring over 25.5 points.
While crafting winning parlays results in improved rewards, a single losing leg in your parlay results in a loss. It’s a great way to increase the returns on your wagers at the cost of slightly increased risk.
