Moneyline: Los Angeles Lakers (+145) @ PointsBet

In the NBA, form is worth a lot when considering a team's chances at victory. Between these two teams, the Lakers are in much more impressive form - mostly due to the play of Anthony Davis. Cleveland are sure to put up a fight, but they may fall short in certain areas through no fault of their own.

It isn't as if the Cavaliers are playing poorly, but they are sorely missing big man Jarrett Allen in the paint. Over their last six, the Cavaliers have allowed their opponents to outrebound them 41.3 to 40.2, with nine of those rebounds coming on the offensive glass.

But when you look at the Lakers they've been on a tear. Their defense still needs to improve, but they've averaged 125.7 points on 51.0% from the field and 39.4% from three-point range over their last six games. Given their rapid pace of play and size advantage, Los Angeles looks to spoil Cleveland's efforts at home.

Total: O 224.5 (-110) @ WynnBet

When it comes to scoring the ball the Lakers seem to have the advantage, but the Cavaliers certainly aren't shy. WynnBet provides a -110 for the teams to clear 224.5 when they meet up on Tuesday night, a high but possible total between two capable teams.

The Cavaliers' offense has been buoyed by the acquisition of Donovan Mitchell, but they still hang their hat on their league-best scoring defense (105.0). The Lakers on the other hand aren't so focused on two-way play, scoring 114.8 points per game, but allowing 115.1.

Cleveland have only cleared a combined 224.5 in seven of their games this season, but the Lakers have done it 11 times this season. On a scoring run where they're averaging 125.7, but allowing 117.5 per game, the Lakers look set to welcome Cleveland into the running game. They have more than enough talent to oblige.
