You’re not dreaming, the weekend is here! And to celebrate the start of the weekend, we’re about to share our five best NBA prop bets.
We nailed a bunch of picks yesterday, including a couple at plus-money odds. One of those was Kyle Kuzma under 5.5 rebounds, as he couldn’t even get on the court for the terrible Washington Wizards in their near-fourth-quarter comeback against the Phoenix Suns.
The biggest winner of Thursday was undoubtedly the Oklahoma City Thunder, who walloped the 34-6 Cleveland Cavaliers 134-114 on their home court just one week after they lost to them on the road.
We won’t make you wait any longer. Here are our best NBA prop betting picks for Friday.

Adebayo dished out five dimes in his last game against the Los Angeles Lakers. He also went over this line in three of his last four games and had four assists in his only matchup with the Denver Nuggets this season on Nov. 8.
The Nuggets are led by Nikola Jokic, who is having a fairly poor defensive season. The Nuggets allowed the most assists per game in the entire NBA and rank 26th in assists allowed per game to opposing centers, giving Adebayo a favorable matchup against the team he fell to in the NBA Finals a couple of years ago.

The 21-year-old first-round pick from Kansas went over this line in three straight and in 10 of his last 11 games, immediately making this an attractive pick. He lost some minutes in the rotation recently but still averaged 26.6 minutes per game in January, which has been enough for him to continually go over this line.
The Toronto Raptors are facing the Milwaukee Bucks, who are only 23rd in rebounds allowed per game and 25th in rebounds allowed per game to opposing shooting guards. Dick also posted three and five rebounds in two games against the Bucks, the last of which came on Jan. 6.

Murphy is firmly in the running for the Most Improved Player in the NBA award, boosting his scoring average from 14.8 to 21.6 points per game from 2023-24 to the current season. He also went over this line in four straight and in 10 of his last 12 games.
We’re confident in this pick because Murphy went over in five of six games in 2025 despite shooting just 32.3 percent from three during that time. As a high-volume three-point shooter, he has a much higher upside, particularly against a Utah Jazz squad that allowed the fifth-most points per game.

The Stifle Tower has seen his minutes decrease with every passing month, and he only made it 29 minutes in two of his last three games. He went under in both of those games, though it’s still worth noting that he went over in four of his last six outings.
With that said, Gobert also went under in 10 of his last 16 games and averaged exactly 10.5 rebounds per game. He’s about to take on his old teammate, Karl-Anthony Towns, and the New York Knicks, whom he only managed four rebounds against in their last meeting and who lead the league in rebounds allowed per game.

Tatum went under this line in eight of his last 10 games and only shot 30.9 percent from three-point territory to start the new year. He also scored just 16 points in his last game, while the Boston Celtics are playing some of their worst basketball of the last two years.
The Orlando Magic are huge underdogs on Friday night, which means this game could be a blowout, and Tatum doesn’t get to play heavy minutes. But whether or not it is a blowout, the Magic defense will make life hard for Tatum, seeing as they’re first in assists and second in points and rebounds allowed per game.
