The NBA is back in full swing on Thursday, and we’ve got the best player prop bets from around the league.

Karl-Anthony Towns had a historic night with 31 points and 21 rebounds in the New York Knicks’ win over the Utah Jazz, while the Sacramento Kings surged past the Philadelphia 76ers to earn their second win of the post-Mike Brown era.

Here are our best NBA player prop betting picks for the Thursday action.

Best NBA Prop Bets for Thursday, January 2

James Harden Under 20.5 Points (+104) at FanDuel

This is just silly. Harden is coming off his "best month" of the season in December, during which he still only shot 40.8 percent from the field and 35.9 percent from three and went under in four of his last five games.

The Los Angeles Clippers are taking on the Oklahoma City Thunder, who gave up the fewest points per game and held Harden to 17 and 12 points in their two matchups this season on a combined 32.1 percent shooting. This is a bad matchup for a player that has been extremely inefficient from the floor.

Khris Middleton Over 4.5 Assists (-162) at FanDuel

Middleton dropped seven dimes in his last game and went over in seven of 10 appearances this season. He also played a season-high 31 minutes in his last game and seems to be transitioning to a higher workload.

The Brooklyn Nets just traded their best defender in Dorian Finney-Smith and already ranked 28th in assists allowed to small forwards per game. Middleton also already went over in two of two games against the Nets this season.

Cason Wallace Under 7.5 Points (-122) at FanDuel

Wallace went under this line in three straight and in seven of his last eight games. He also went 0-6 from the field for zero points the last time he faced the Los Angeles Clippers and went under this line in both matchups with his upcoming opponent.

Wallace, who shot 41.9 percent from three as a rookie, is also down to 29.2 percent this season. He played heavy minutes recently and still went under and is now facing a defense that ranks fifth in points allowed per game.

Steph Curry Under 4.5 Threes (-128) at FanDuel

Don’t tell anybody, but the Philadelphia 76ers ranked eighth in three-point percentage allowed (34.7) during December. They also held the Sacramento Kings to 9-31 (29 percent) shooting in their 107-113 loss last night.

Curry is unquestionably the greatest shooter the game has ever seen, but he’s also showing the inconsistency that comes with age, particularly after an Olympic summer. He went under in three of his last four games and in eight of his last 12 and shot just 36.2 percent from three last month.

Giannis Antetokounmpo Over 29.5 Points (-111) at FanDuel

The Greek Freak went over in seven of his last eight games and averaged a league-leading 32.6 points per game. He also poured in 34 points on 63.6 percent shooting in his last matchup with the Brooklyn Nets, which was just a few weeks ago on Dec. 8.

As we mentioned, the Nets lost their best defender and now don’t have a player remotely capable of guarding Antetokounmpo. The Nets gave up 130 points to the Toronto Raptors in their last game and could be in for a world of hurt on Thursday.
