The middle of the week is reserved for NBA betting, and we’ve got the best player prop picks for Thursday’s action on the hardwood.
The Miami Heat wiped the floor with the Los Angeles Lakers in a 134-93 win on Wednesday, while Franz Wagner’s hot streak continued as the Orlando Magic handed the Philadelphia 76ers yet another loss at home.
Before the NBA In-Season Tournament returns on Friday, we put together a list of our favorite bets for Thursday night. Without further ado, here’s where we’re looking.

The Golden State Warriors are resting Stephen Curry and Draymond Green on Thursday, which means that Podziemski should be in for a heftier-than-usual workload. However, he went under this line in 13 of his last 14 games and in 16 of 19 total appearances.
The 21-year-old Santa Clara guard shot a horrific 20.6 percent from deep and did not take more than four three-point attempts in a game in his last five games, which could be an indication that he’s lost his confidence. The Houston Rockets also held their opponents to 34.3 percent shooting from deep (fifth), and Podziemski did not make a three when he faced the Rockets on Nov. 2 (also without Curry).

Washington is having himself a career year in his first full campaign with the Dallas Mavericks averaging 12.8 points and 8.6 rebounds per game and shooting 38.5 percent form three. He averaged 17.3 points and 9.3 rebounds over his last seven games and made at least 40 percent of his threes in his last four games, which puts him in a good run ahead of Thursday’s matchup with the Washington Wizards.
The Wiz give up the second-most points per game (123.1) and rebounds (47.7) per game. There shouldn’t be much issue for the Mavs to win this game, and Wasington’s high level of play gives him a great shot against a dreadful opponent.

There’s no doubt that LaVine can get buckets in a hurry, but he only averaged 21.8 points per game up to this point. He went under in three of his last four and just isn’t taking as many shot attempts as most star players despite shooting the ball well.
The San Antonio Spurs aren’t a great team, but they give up the eighth-fewest points per game and rank 10th in three-point percentage allowed (35). LaVine could get close to this line, but it’s above his average and recent performances, and the Spurs’ D is solid

Jones might not be the flashiest player or have excellent court vision, but he gets the ball where it needs to be to create scoring actions. He averaged 7.1 assists thus far and went over in seven of his last 10 games despite going under his last time out.
Jones and the Phoenix Suns are taking on the New Orleans Pelicans, who rank 23rd in points and 28th in assists allowed per game. Kevin Durant is also out with an ankle injury, which could create more minutes for Jones.

Rarely do we discuss Ja Morant as a rebounder, since it isn’t his primary focus. He has been dynamic on offense and is a major reason why the Memphis Grizzlies have one of the best offensive ratings in the league, but that doesn’t carry over to his abilities on the glass.
Morant averaged 4.1 rebounds and went under in five straight games and in seven of 12 games overall. The Sacramento Kings give up the second-fewest rebounds per game, and Grizzlies coach Taylor Jenkins doesn’t play his best players for more than 30 minutes anyway.
