The NBA is here to save the kingdom of sports fans from the new-week Monday monotony with an exciting schedule of nighttime matchups.
The Cleveland Cavaliers scored the biggest win of the weekend by taking down the Boston Celtics 115-111 on Sunday, while Victor Wembanyama became the youngest center with a 30-point triple-double as he dropped 34 points, 14 rebounds, and 11 assists in a win over the Sacramento Kings.
Here are our best NBA player props for Monday.

The LA Lakers’ 26-year-old forward averaged 12.1 points on 44.3 percent shooting from the field and 43.9 percent from three. But despite his overall efficiency for the year, he only went 5-11 (2-8 3PT) and scored 13 points in 40 minutes in a one-point win against the Utah Jazz last night.
Now on the second night of a back-to-back and being unlikely to play another 40 minutes, we’re bearish on Hachimura’s chances of going over against the Minnesota Timberwolves’ defense. He also went under in eight of his last 11 games, which gives more credence to that thought.

Randle’s chemistry with his teammates remains a long-term concern, but he’s been productive. He went over this line in back-to-back games and in 12 of 19 overall and now faces a Los Angeles Lakers squad that gives up the third-most assists per game.
Anthony Davis is still a terrific interior defender, but LeBron James is too old to track heavy off-ball movement, and injuries have forced the Lakers to adjust their rotation and play combinations of players who aren’t familiar with one another. All of that leads to Randle going over this line.

Hunter was terrific over the last three games as he averaged 22.3 points and made 52.6 percent of his three-point attempts, bringing him to season averages of 18.2 points per game and 47.6 percent shooting (40.4 percent form three).
The Atlanta Hawks are playing free and confident amid a three-game win streak that saw them beat the Cavaliers (twice) and the Charlotte Hornets. Meanwhile, the New Orleans Pelicans posted the second-worst defensive rating in the sport and allowed their opponents to make 37.8 percent of their triples, the fourth-highest mark in the league.

Still only 26 years old, Tatum snatched exactly 8.5 rebounds per game but went over in eight of his last 11 games. He should also have a chance to grab more offensive rebounds seeing as the Celtics are on the second night of a back-to-back, and tired legs lead to more missed shots.
The Miami Heat are only 20th in rebound rate and allowed Tatum to go over this line in four of their last six meetings. On top of that, we expect Boston’s leader to come out energized and looking to push his team back to winning ways following yesterday’s loss.

Murray was traded from the Hawks to the Pelicans during the offseason and should have plenty of motivation in Monday night’s meeting between the two. The problem is that motivation to take a ton of shots might be the worst thing possible for him and his team.
Murray only averaged 14.8 points per game on a pathetic 30.3 percent shooting (23.8 percent from three). He also only played four games and recently returned from an injury, meaning that he doesn’t have any sort of rhythm to fall back on. Murray only beat this total one time (by 0.5 points) in four appearances this season and should struggle to hit the over.
