The Denver Nuggets held off a short-handed but resilient Minnesota Timberwolves squad as Anthony Edwards’ game-tying three clanked off the rim at the buzzer, while the New Orleans Pelicans continued an impressive run with a 13-point win against the Brooklyn Nets.

The Haliburton under has been printing money recently as the first-time All-Star starter is continuing to struggle since his return from a hamstring injury. Since rejoining the Indiana Pacers’ lineup on January 30, he averaged 15.6 points and 9.2 assists on 28.2% three-point shooting, a stat line that doesn’t appear to be getting any better.
The 24-year-old cashed the under in four straight and 10 of his last 12 games. The Detroit Pistons aren’t a great ball club, but they’re typically better at home than they are on the road, and they’re up to 19th in points allowed per 100 possessions since the All-Star break. They also haven’t faced a non-contending team in a week and should come out with lots of energy.

The Milwaukee Bucks leaned into the Damian Lillard-Giannis pick-and-roll heavily over the last few weeks, which is part of why the 29-year-old averaged 33.2 points and scored 30+ in five of six games to start the month. He and his teammates will be desperate to send a message when they take on the Boston Celtics at 8.5-point home underdogs on Wednesday.
Giannis scored 24 points in 26 minutes the last time he faced Boston but didn’t get to play down the stretch since his team was up by so many points. Assuming this will be a closer contest, we like the Greek Freak to continue his scoring momentum against the class of the Eastern Conference.

We took the Hendricks over in a game earlier this year, only for him to get injured near the start of the game. Oops! That aside, we’re looking back to the 20-year-old rookie forward as he and the Utah Jazz prepare to take on the Oklahoma City Thunder on the road.
OKC is an excellent basketball team that excels at every part of the game except for one: rebounding. They rank just 28th in rebound rate, while the Jazz are second in the same category. Hendricks hit the over in five of his last seven games, averaged 8.2 rebounds in March, and should play lots of minutes since Lauri Markkanen is out.

The Phoenix Suns are at their best when they get Nurkic involved as a playmaker at the top of the key and around the free-throw line. Although he will never become a hub the same way Nikola Jokic and Domantas Sabonis are, he has a knack for finding the opening man in a way many centers cannot.
The big Bosnian went over this line in three straight games and four of his last five. The Philadelphia 76ers have defended teams decently well since the All-Star break but are at a severe disadvantage talent-wise and also don’t have a center capable of getting consistent stops against Nurkic.

Remember when the Los Angeles Clippers were tier-one contenders in the Western Conference? So do they. George has actually had a decent month, scoring 20+ in seven straight games, though he beat this line in only four of those seven and went under the last time he faced the Portland Trail Blazers.
The Blazers aren’t a great defensive team, but they defend the three-point line just about as well as anyone else (35.1% allowed). George can do a lot more than just make threes, but he likes to do a lot of his damage from long range or defer to his teammates. Watch for the Blazers to anchor down at home and keep him under his line.
