Let's check out the bets!

Boston Celtics vs Philadelphia 76ers: Best Prop Bets

Fresh off of being named the 2023 NBA Most Valuable Player, Joel Embiid put in a dreadful playoff performance that he'll be motivated to bounce back from. At DraftKings Sportsbook, Embiid is a -105 to clear 9.5 rebounds when he plays the Boston Celtics in Game 3. With the series shifting to Philadelphia, homecourt will favor Embiid.

On the season, Embiid averaged 33.1 points, 10.1 rebounds, and 4.2 assists on 54.8% from the field and 33.0% from three-point range. He's only played four playoff games, averaging 18.8 points, 9.3 rebounds, and 3.0 assists on 45.8% from the field. In the Sixers' blowout loss to the Celtics in Game 2, Embiid posted 15 points, three rebounds, and five blocks.

Embiid's rebounding ability is sound, so only his health will be questioned regarding whether this bet hits. Embiid is a force on the glass, clearing 9.5 rebounds in 38 of his 66 regular-season appearances. He's removed 9.5 boards twice through the playoffs, despite playing just four games.

Despite the Boston Celtics' blowout victory in Game 2, Jayson Tatum had one of his worst-ever playoff performances. At DraftKings Sportsbook, Tatum is a +120 to clear 3.5 threes made when he faces the Philadelphia 76ers in Game 3 of their Eastern Conference Second Round series. One of the NBA's best scorers, Tatum, will bounce back in Game 3.

Through the regular season, Tatum averaged 30.1 points, 8.8 rebounds, 4.6 assists, and 3.2 threes per game on 46.6% from the field and 35.0% from three-point range. In his eight playoff games this year, Tatum has averaged 26.1 points, 9.8 rebounds, 5.0 assists, and 3.1 threes per game on 45.6% from the field and 36.8% from deep. He was awful in Game 3, posting seven points, seven rebounds, three assists, and one made a three-pointer in 19 minutes of play.

With the chance to regain homecourt advantage while bouncing back from a dreadful Game 2, Tatum will be locked in from deep. Tatum hit four or more threes in 28 of his 74 regular-season appearances. In the playoffs, he's done so in five of his seven appearances.

Kevin Durant's contributions to the Phoenix Suns' offense are unquestionable, but his ability to support the Suns on the glass has been invaluable. At Caesars Sportsbook, Durant is a +112 to clear 8.5 rebounds when he faces the Denver Nuggets in Game 3 of their Second Round series. While his scoring ability is the focus, Durant has been excellent at supporting the Suns on the boards despite their two losses to the Nuggets.

On the season, Durant has averaged 29.1 points, 6.7 rebounds, and 5.0 assists on 56.0% from the field and 40.4% from three-point range. In the 2023 NBA Playoffs, Durant has averaged 27.9 points, 8.6 rebounds, and 5.0 assists on 50.4% from the field and 35.9% from deep. He's coming from a game where he contributed 24 points, eight rebounds, and three assists on 37.0% from the field but just 16.7% from three.

Through 47 regular season appearances, Durant cleared 8.5 rebounds 13 times. In the playoffs, he's collected nine or more rebounds in three of his four appearances. As the series shifts to Phoenix and the Suns enforce a team-rebounding effort, expect Durant to clear 8.5 and be one of his team's top rebounders.

Nikola Jokic Assists Under 7.5 (+112) @ Caesars Sportsbook

Nikola Jokic may not have secured his third-straight Most Valuable Player Award this season, but he remains an MVP-level threat on the offensive end of the court. At Caesars Sportsbook, Jokic is a +112 to fall short of 7.5 assists when he faces the Phoenix Suns in Game 3 of their Second Round series.

On the season, Jokic has averaged 24.5 points, 11.8 rebounds, and 9.8 assists on 63.2% from the field and 38.3% from three-point range. In the playoffs, Jokic is averaging 27.7 points, 13.9 rebounds, and 7.9 assists on 49.3% from the field and 46.7% from deep. He's coming off a Game 2 win where he posted 39 points, 16 rebounds, and five assists on 56.7% shooting from the field and 33.3% from deep.

In 69 regular season appearances, Jokic fell short of 7.5 assists just 12 times. Through the playoffs, he's failed to clear 7.5 assists in four of his seven matches. Seeing how the Suns are allowing Jokic to focus on his scoring rather than his playmaking, expect the two-time MVP's assists numbers to fall short of 7.5 once more.
