While the NBA is putting on an excellent five-game Tuesday night schedule, we're keeping an eye on some of the league's most consistent performers.
When the Chicago Bulls face the LA Clippers, DeMar DeRozan will be expected to maintain his excellent scoring record against the California outfit. Julius Randle will be trying to keep up his excellent rebounding numbers when his New York Knicks host the Los Angeles Lakers. And when the New Orleans Pelicans face the Denver Nuggets, Nikola Jokic aims to add another triple-double to his collection.
Let's check out the bets!
DeMar DeRozan has already proven himself to be one of the NBA's most talented scorers, and he'll look to maintain his fantastic form. At Unibet NJ, DeRozan is a -106 to clear 26.5 points when he faces the LA Clippers.
On the season, DeRozan is averaging 26.4 points, 5.0 assists, and 4.9 assists on 51.3% from the field and 32.4% from the three-point range. Over his last five games back from injury, DeRozan has averaged 29.0 points, 5.4 assists, and 4.0 rebounds on 56.8% from the field and 66.7% from three.
DeRozan really enjoyed playing the Clippers last season, averaging 42.5 points, 6.0 rebounds, and 5.5 assists in two games. The Clippers are a strong defensive team, but their considering they were missing six players in their last match their defense doesn't project to hold down DeRozan.
Julius Randle continues to push for another All-Star berth given his spectacular recent play. At DraftKings Sportsbook, Randle is a +105 to clear 12.5 rebounds when he faces the Los Angeles Lakers.
On the season, Randle is averaging 24.7 points, 10.8 rebounds, and 4.0 assists on 46.1% from the field and 34.3% from three-point range. Over his last 20 games, Randle's effort on the boards has been immense. Through that run, he's averaged 2.5 points, 13.4 rebounds, and 4.7 assists while clearing 12.5 on 13 different occasions.
He'll have his hands full with an aggressive Lakers team, but with Robinson out he's more than done his fair share on the boards. Nationally televised and aiming to make another All-Star berth, Randle should clear 12.5 with ease.
Nikola Jokic continues to be one of the league's most dominant players, now pushing for his third-straight MVP award. At PointsBet, he is a +125 to collect another triple-double when he faces the New Orleans Pelicans.
On the season, Jokic is averaging 25.1 points, 10.9 rebounds, and 9.9 assists on 62.9% from the field and 39.0% from the three-point range. However over the course of his last eight games, Jokic has averaged 24.5 points, 12.0 rebounds, and 11.4 assists on 70.6% from the field and 58.8% from three-point range.
Jokic already has 15 triple-doubles this season and is sure to collect many more. The Pelicans are hampered by injury, with the likes of Ingram, McCollum, and Williamson questionable to play. Jokic is set to have a big night, and with the stars out he can focus on his all-around effort.
