The NBA puts on an exciting night of 11 matches with some exciting individual performances set to come!
As they continue to try and climb up the Eastern Conference ladder, Joe Harris hopes to help his star-studded Brooklyn Nets to victory. In one of the night's most exciting matchups, Trae Young returns to New York to take on the Knicks and their raucous fans. And when the Chicago Bulls take on the Washington Wizards, DeMar DeRozan looks to shake his recent poor run of form.
Let's check out the bets!
Nets sharpshooter Joe Harris has been on a positive run of form as of late, and will be looked at to find his range again in his next outing. At PointsBet, Harris is a +110 to score fewer than 11.5 points when he faces the Charlotte Hornets.
On the season, Harris is averaging 8.6 points, 3.2 rebounds, and 1.7 assists on 39.8% from the field and 36.8% from three-point range. However, over his last four games, Harris has been positive by averaging 15.3 points, 5.0 rebounds, and 1.3 assists on 53.8% from the field and 53.8% from the three-point range.
It's an interesting balance when selecting Harris for this wager. He's only cleared 11.5 points in eight of his games this season, but he's been performing well enough as of late to suggest he could do it. As a near-exclusive three-point shooter, the difference for Harris will likely be the Hornets' sixth-ranked three-point defense (34.1%).
After a controversial moment where Trae Young didn't dress for the Atlanta Hawks, he bounced back in his most recent game despite the loss. Young's shooting will be under the microscope this time, as he's a +130 to score three or more three-pointers when he faces the Knicks.
On the season, Young is averaging 27.6 points, 9.6 assists, and 2.9 rebounds on 40.8% shooting from the field and 29.6% shooting from three. Most recently, Young is coming off of a game where he posted 23 points, 10 assists, and 3 rebounds on 31.6% shooting.
Young's shooting has been a bit off this season. He's not been particularly efficient, but he's also historically relished his matchup with the Knicks. In 14 career meetings with the Knicks, he's made 43 threes, good enough for 3.0 per game. Expect another big night for Young.

When it comes to scoring, it's a good idea to not count out DeMar DeRozan - even if he's been on a down run of form. At bet365, DeRozan is a -115 to clear 25.5 points when he faces off against the Washington Wizards.
On the season, DeRozan is averaging 25.5 points, 4.7 assists, and 4.4 rebounds on 50.2% from the field and 31.3% from the three-point range. However, over his last two games, DeRozan is averaging just 17.0 points, 5.5 rebounds, and 5.5 assists on 30.3% shooting from the field.
Is DeRozan's recent cold streak something to worry about? Not really, especially considering he cleared 25.5 in his last seven games by an average of 5.6 points. Expect him to clear 25.5 against a shorthanded Wizards team who are unlikely to hold him to a poor performance for his third straight game.
