The NBA Finals is in full effect! With the Golden State Warriors and the Boston Celtics facing off for the Larry O’Brien trophy, fans have been able to see some electrifying performances by some of the league’s best players.
Stephen Curry has been amazing for the Golden State Warriors. Leading the series in scoring, making him the early frontrunner for the NBA Finals MVP Award. Jayson Tatum and Jaylen Brown continue to share star duties for the Celtics, but their youth and inexperience has been apparent at times.

Stephen Curry is the obvious pick to lead Game 6 in scoring, especially considering was the scoring leader in Golden State’s first four games against the Celtics.
On the other side of the ball, Jayson Tatum is sure to be liberal with his shot selection in order to stave off elimination. Outside of Boston and Golden State’s stars, only Jaylen Brown has shown real consistency with his scoring.

The rebounding battle has been closely contested through the course of the NBA Finals. Boston are averaging 2.4 more rebounds per game, but the Warriors have the series leader.
All eyes will be on center Robert Williams, who is tied with Jayson Tatum to lead the Celtics. However, despite the size of the Warriors team and the pace that they play, athletic wing player Andrew Wiggins is leading the series with 9.4 rebounds per game.

The Boston Celtics have been able to play with a much more free-flowing offense through the first five games of the NBA Finals.
Due to his struggles shooting the ball, Warriors assist leader Draymond Green hasn’t had as big of an impact as expected. On the other side though, Jayson Tatum has been able to invoke his playmaking when his shooting hasn’t quite been on point.

Stephen Curry is probably in the most precarious situation of his NBA Finals series. He’s averaged 30.6 points on 46.6% shooting from the field and 41.7% shooting from three.
However, he is coming off of a 16 points night where he shot just 31.8% from the field and 0 of 9 from three. Don’t expect Curry’s off night to last more than one game though.
Stephen Curry Points Over 28.5
While it may be considered one of the NBA’s greatest memes, but there is some merit behind the “Game 6 Klay”. In 12 career Game 6 appearances, Klay Thompson has averaged 20.6 points.
Dating back to his first NBA Championship run, Thompson has averaged 24.6 points per game. He’s only averaged 18.0 points on 38.3% shooting through the 2022 NBA Finals, but his last game, a 21-point performance, shows promise when considering an Over 20.5.
